i really like LA. Rob is so beautiful there. for the first time in my life i enjoyed watching man on man scene, and i didn't feel dirty about it. i dont understand why LA didn't get proper income, the movie is great..

hahah, that street picture looks like he's sucking on a lemon. And the LA pictures are purty, I like Robert with black hair, but wow, he was so young looking just in 2007, he's matured in the last two years bunches.

I love this movie! Can't wait to buy it in the U.S.! Rob is so good in LA I wonder if the academy will overlook this little gem? Cinematography, Music,Acting(Javier and Rob) might deserve nominations and costumes winning an oscar is so political people are always overlooked!

wow!! Is that how they shot that beautiful water scene? These are great!

Thanks for posting Dani.

Mmmmmm, the midnight swim scene. Please let there be an hour long documentary on the making of that.

Love Rob in LA. The last scene where Dali got all depressed on Lorca's death. Man, Rob nailed it. I almost cry. And i'm not even the sensitive type of woman.

Thank you Dani! Little Ashes is such a good movie, touching and enigmatic. So interesting to see some of the behind the scenes.

(By the way, how are you doing? And WHEN are you due?) Love ya girley!

Finally got to see this movie and I enjoyed it. Rob and Javier were wonderful!! You really felt the innocence with Rob in the beginning of the movie and the eccentric Dali at the end. He did a great job!! Can't wait till I can buy it on DVD. Thanks for posting the behind-the-scenes photos. Didn't know that that is how they filmed the night swim. Very cool!

I absolutely loved this movie. It is his best so far, IMHO. I had no idea how they filmed the lake scene, but that is so cool to see it. I took 5 girlfriends to see it the one day it played in all of Michigan and bought the DVD from Amazon.co.uk.

THIS is the kind of stuff Rob is capable of. Twilight is practically fluff for his level of skill and talent. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE LOVE LOVE him in Twilight - no one could do Edward like Rob does - but he has so much more range.

Does anyone know if there is a soundtrack to LA?

I just have to say, I just saw Little Ashes and Rob was amazing in it! He deserves so much credit for the courage it took to play that role. And not just for kissing a man, which he did quite beautifully, but for the beautiful job he did portraying Dali and his craziness and angst.

@Kathryn,

I've been waiting for the soundtrack as well-the music is so beautiful!

I don't think it's been released yet...but I keep checking...

I completely agree with you. I like Edward, but it's my least favourite among the roles Rob's played so far. Salvador Dalì and Toby Jugg get the cake, for me :).

I am so looking forward to his next roles!
