Also, Edward reaped what he sowed. he left bella, jacob filled in the void, he came back, and things weren't the same anymore.Which was a good thing, she was less dependent on him in Eclipse and more apt to stick up for herself instead of just accepting whatever he said. And again not gonna be popular but I love the books - did skim NM cos not enough Edward - but I love the sweet happy character of Jacob - good foil for the dark intensity of Edward especially during Bella's darkest moments. Just by the pained looks from Edward and the Reunion Kiss alone shows us so much more intense emotion and expresses true love than CH was able to give us in Twilight. The makeup, special effects, everything looks SO much better this time around. I cannot wait to see this, I think it's going to be awesome.

And I agree, Jacob and Bella's relationship has to be shown in this installment; after all, it is vital to the whole plot. I'm kinda glad that Rob is in it as much as he is, it seems to be as much as is needed. He'll have his front and center with Eclipse and Breaking Dawn.

This is going to be a very intense, sad, heartbreaking, and then somewhat happy movie, so bring on the kleenex!

And re the crap trailer, this try to sell Jacob 'aint working for me. On rereading the saga, I liked Bella and Jacob on first read - every reread I got o dislike both of them more and more. He just stays like a 14 year old trying to act tough and crushing, she well she never does what I would do - like hang on Edwards leg if he tries to leave me.
Rereads make you love Edward, Alice, Emmett, Jasper.

I kind of want him to dump Bella after reading it a few times.

I'm so addcited to fanfiction now so much of it is far superior to the original inspiration, especially loving some of the comedies and mysteries.
