If you listen carefully, Rob is consistently talking about control, freedom, with respect to how he played Edward. I think he was frustrated with Eclipse and we will hear more about it later.

Kristen is also making similar statements.

That said, these two being frustrated, could be a good thing because maybe Eclipse needs to be different and they don't even see that yet because they are too deep in and too young.

Where is everyone? Let me hear you!!!

Wow Angela, not sure I can process such deep thought, tonight. Great insight!

I agree, Eclipse is all about frustration.

Edward is frustrated with Bella's need to maintain a friendship with Jacob.

Bella is frustrated with Edward's need to protect her at all times, preventing her from doing what she wants.

Jacob is frustrated with Bella's love of Edward and his own love for her.

I am sure I could continue.

Perhaps this will come across in ways they did not expect. Hopefully, positively for the film.

Angela I think you are spot on. They are young...and shouldn't become accustomed to being given creative freedom at such a young age. This is what ends up making surly actors with which other actors and even directors, do not want to work or be associated with. Kudos to the director, David Slade for sticking to his guns and not caving into pressure. I think a pivotal error with Twilight was CH allowing Kristen to portray Bella drastically different than the book. Of course the damage was done and CW had to allow for the actors to portray the characters as they were started.
