Thanks, Kate! :)

I'm soooo looking forward to Bel Ami. To think of Rob going on older women... will kill me. If Remember Me's sex scenes don't kill me first.

Oh boy, I hopeless...

I'm even more excited for Bel Ami after hearing his excitement!

Hmmmm he sounds a little cocky about getting the "Best scripts around"!
Well, I hope they turn out to be just that and bring him more respect and a wider audience. Hope Unbound Captives will bring him some male audience too.

Funny how people think his acting in Remember me will be so much better and he's really just being more himself in that movie. Seems like it would take quite a bit more acting skill to play a 100 year old vampire with teen angst and brooding serious face. How do you make a story feel real when there is no reality to compare it to? THAT seems more like acting to me!

IMO Rob doesn't know how to be cocky. He's excited about what he considers to be some really good scripts.

Melissa said...

Rob cocky? Pffffttt....RIGHT.

Suz said...

Cocky?

Listen again..

what he said, essentially is that Remember Me and Bel Ami are (were) the BEST SCRIPTS floating around Hollywood (at the time)

That is why he is (was) excited. He did NOT say that HE's been given the best scripts around...

Though it would not have been an inaccurate OR cocky statement if he did say that. Facts are Facts.

He is an A-lister. He IS getting all the BEST scripts.

I, for one, could NOT be HAPPIER!

xx

Nah, I don't think he's bring cocky at all. He reads a lot and knows what he likes & what he doesn't, and what feels right to him....

My only fear is that we're going to love what he does because we see his talent, I just hope some asshole critic won't tear him down like they always do.. and I really hope they stop calling him that vampire guy!

I love interviews where he says the word "books" repeatedly. It just sounds so cute the way he says it with his accent. I can't even imitate it. "Premiere" is another cute one. He says "PREMeire".

wow you guys are overreacting just because someone thinks he came across as "cocky"?

chillax.

@youarenotlost

I don't think anyone is "over- reacting" just having a healthy discussion.

You are new? yes? If so, you'll get the hang of it...

chillax.
