Cedrig was certainly the best looking in all of hogwarts. :-D.

OT--Billy Burke was just on a new TV show called Rizzoli and Isles.

And did we clearly understand what a man this boy was going to turn into in just a few short years? Unbelievable.

Ohhh, I may have to buy another GOF when this comes out!

I'm a big Harry Potter fan and GOF was of course my favorite, LOL.

jmm--I also love Harry Potter books and movies, but even though ROb is so lovely, I cannot say GoF is my favourite. I think they jsut keep getting better and better. But Rob certainly was the best looking actor. :-)

and Laurie-- I knew. I was a fan of Rob since that time, before Twilight.

Solas, I am so excited for Deathly Hallows in the fall!! I loved that book.

Why are they doing this? After Deathly Hallows comes out, I'm sure they're going to put out a set with everything. The only reason to redo these DVDs is to suck more money from us. Now I have to buy multiple HP DVDs too?

I've already got the first five movies. I may only buy the one for Deathly Hallows when it comes out. I'll just have to get my Rob fix from his other movies.

Marna - and they will most likely make a Twilight Saga set of the 5 movies as well, don't you bet? With maybe some added features we simply CAN'T live without??
And we'll all just HAVE to buy it. I don't know about you but..........like, food, gas, mortgage, those are important too.

Exactly Femroc. I already have 3 or 4 versions of every Twilight movie, & I'm pretty sure Summit plans on screwing me over for Eclipse when it comes out on DVD. And I'm sure BD will be the same, only they'll get to do it times 2. THEN they'll come out with some kind of uber set with something that I have to have on it, so I'll end up with 15 versions of each movie. Now HP is going to do the same thing.

This is ridiculous! How to get more money... LOL...
GOF is a good Harry Potter but not the best one, whether it be with the books or the movies. My favourite one being The prisoner of Azkaban (I love Gary Oldman).
I remember seeing this movie and was quite surprised to see a young man that didn't look like a baby... LOL... I had no idea at the time that he would become my dirty little secret :o)

ahahaha sure its all because of Rob agree with you gwen

I'm actually going to be disciplined about this and only buy HP on Bluray when the series finishes. The last compilation set of HP I bought was just the movies, no goodies, I felt really conned.
As for Rob I'd watch him read the directory so I'll more than likely buy anything that he is in

In terms of greatness, The Prisoner of Azkaban and The Half-Blood Prince rule the series, but I haven't seen any of the films as much as The Goblet of Fire- even though I admit I've sometimes skipped the Avada Kedavra scene. Anyway, I like these ultimate editions but I'm not seduced this easily into buying it. I don't even have Twilight on DVD. (I borrow it from other people, of course.)

EEK, is it bad that I have not seen or read any HP? Only watched the Rob parts of GOF. LOL -just never got the bug. oh well. Saves me some money!!

@Haystackhair, you don't know how lucky you are. I got into Harry Potter because I wanted to know why people waited outside bookstores at midnight to get the new ones... I done the same with Twilight and here I am today, incapable of spending more than a few hours away from this place... LOL... One addiction at a time is enough... That's why I'm avoiding True Blood as much as I can, but I guess it's too late for me now! LOL...

Sissidelyon, True Blood is brilliant!

I especially like the TV show... I find the books a little difficult to get into for some reason.

Edward Cullen is my No1 boy, Bill Compton my No2 and Eric is my No3. The vampire in Being Human is my No4.

Notice a trend here???!!

I got into Harry Potter because I was working with a 10 year old boy from another country, where he had suffered much trauma and was now in PTSD. Although he spoke English at home with his parents who were Amercan-born, he spoke mostly in the language he had lived. He came to US and could get by wth his English in conversation, but was not understanding the book well enough and all of his peers were reading it and enjoying it, and it was important for him socially to be part of the Harry Potter phenomenon. So I read ahead to prepare him for vocab, syntax and nuances, and I got hooked! I loved it! So much more than a chldren's book! So rich as far as literature and psychologcal ssues and growth! After that, I made sure via amazon to receive each book when it was released, and when my eldest granchld was old enough, I read to her (and later, the younger when she was ready) each night from HP and took them to the movies when they came out. They in turn took me to Twilight and got me more hooked than they were! (I think they were really too young for it, but I was just right age. ;-)).

I love GoF especally for seeing Rob in it; as much as he can sometimes look sweet and young even now, especially depending on the hair cut, he really WAS so young and sweet there. But as films go, HalfBlood Prnce was, to me, the best from Harry Potter so far, and I soo look forward to The HAllows.

Chamber of Secrets is another one of my Harry Potter favorites.

Wasn't that the one with myrtle in the toilet, and ginny and the diary? and tom riddle getting diminished when the diary was stabbed?

Yeah, that was great! really, I enjoyed them all! Although such sadness and darkness, I am not sure that 'enjoy' s the rght word. But I must say, I watch them over and over, and one of my aims is to get a really big screen TV some day, mostly for HP and Twlight Saga movies.

I'm a huge HP fan, I've read all the books numerous times, & actually got all teary reading Deathly Hallows. I just wish I didn't have to spend a fortune just to own the movies with all the extras.

I'm a complete dork and love HP. I wasn't expecting much when Cedric Diggory leapt out of the tree in GOF. But imagine my shock when BLAMO, My jaw hit the floor. Hellooooo Cedric! LOL. When I heard he was playing Edward Cullen a few years later I pretty much squeed for joy. But in my head I saw the teenage Rob who was Cedric and not the shmexy hawt mess he's become. God, how can such a cute teen turn into this panty melting God?

Needless to say, I'll bye the over expensive extended movie. They know we'll pay for more Rob. Warner Brothers making a quick buck off our boy. Sighs.
