Breaking Dawn Screencaps featuring Robert Pattinson - Part 1

Breaking Dawn Screencaps featuring Robert Pattinson - Part 1

Screencaps are awesome because we get to frame shots that sometimes go by too quickly. Robward was heaven (when is he not) in Breaking Dawn and we're lucky to have the whole film screencap'd for our drooling pleasure.

There are tons of them so we'll make a series of these posts. You can visit the source if you must have all 4000+ caps now but they'll be broken down here, contain only the shots with Rob and feature some of the lesser seen angles.

Let's start at the very beginning. A very good place to start.

Hey good lookin'! What's on ya mind?

Oh my word...

This part had the best "Edward" hair in Breaking Dawn Part 1. I felt like it looked wind-blown from his run to Bella's house.

Mmmmmmm

Ahhhhhhh...

Photobucket

Ooooh, pobrecito, tell us what's wrong.

Photobucket

Oh dear.

This pic cracked me up when I noticed that one extra that couldn't follow directions. Can you blame her? Might need to look at the LARGER version after the cut to find her. ;)

Bel Ami Review: "Robert Pattinson Is Spot On As The Louche Lothario"

You have got to read this great review of Robert Pattinson's "Bel Ami" from WhatsonStage.com
I promise it will put a smile on your face. Check it out below!

Photobucket

Bel Ami is a sumptuous transposition to the screen (by no means the first) of Guy de Maupassant's fin de siecle Parisian novel starring Robert Pattinson as Georges Duroy, the dissolute French soldier who rises to the top of society and journalism by the simple expedient of sleeping with the wives of his employers.

These three married lovers are played by Uma Thurman, sly, slinky and smouldering as the political editor's wife, who writes Georges' articles for him; Kristin Scott Thomas, giving a brilliant performance of vulnerability thawing into hysterical abandon as the editor's wife, whom he seduces in church and viciously rejects partly in order to marry her daughter; and Christina Ricci, foxy and flirtatious as the deeply attractive Clotilde, whom he loves above all the others, and whose pert little daughter dubs him "bel ami."

It's a deeply sour tale of having your cake and eating it, and it's beautifully played and sumptuously costumed. And you can't fail to notice in these rocky days for newspaper ethics, that Georges moves sideways from his diary of a cavalryman in the Algerian war to head of gossip on the broadsheet; he draws a line, though, at taking his share of the profits when war-mongering becomes a sort of insider trading.

Donnellan and Ormerod ran a five-week rehearsal period before they even got on the studio floor, and it shows. The music swells, but not all the time; you can hear the actors breathe, the long dresses rustle, the symbolic cockroach scuttle across Georges' attic before he pummels it to death.

As a debut movie, and made for the comparative pittance of nine million euros, it's almost indecently good and highly accomplished. And although Pattinson twitches his nostrils a little too often, he's spot on as the louche lothario.

The set-piece scenes, too, in low taverns and high society, are a vigorous swirl of colour and choreography, studded with sharp performances all round. Nice to see little nuggety vignettes from Timothy Walker (an early Cheek by Jowl stalwart) as a lawyer and Christopher Fulford as a police officer.

There's a magnificent deathbed scene when Georges goes to comfort Uma Thurman's almost-widow as Philip Glenister coughs up his last on the coast at Cannes. And the interiors and location shots (Budapest stands in for Paris) are a continuous delight.

Fan pictures and encounter with Robert Pattinson at Berlinale + fan review of Bel Ami

Here's another fan experience at Berlinale to sink your teeth into. Reader Estelle, provided us with plenty of details from her trip as well as pictures.

BlurryRob is still SexyRob.

The blurry pictures have meaning with Estelle's story and honestly, I think they're the most reflective of what it's like to be in Rob's presence. It's too intense! I was trembling outside of the BD Kimmel taping (I know, Kate. I still need to share my BD pics, vid, etc. Please don't break out the flogger). How blessed is Rob's fandom that he takes the picture for so many of his fans? That is so considerate since it's physically altering to meet him.

More Details from Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart's Night Out Oscar Weekend

Photobucket Photobucket

We already know Rob & Kristen were out and about this past Oscar weekend but a few more details have been revealed. People.com reports:
Longtime lovebirds Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart made a rare semi-public appearance together during the Oscar weekend in Los Angeles.

The couple attended WME's pre-Oscar bash at agent Ari Emanuel's house and were "quite affectionate" in front of other revelers, a source says. Adds the source: "[They] seemed very comfortable and sweet with each other." The duo mingled with guests such as the Kardashians, Miley Cyrus and beau Liam Hemsworth.

The following night, the two stepped out for dinner at Il Covo, where they were joined by four friends, including actress Mia Wasikowska for their meal on the restaurant's patio. The couple were the last to arrive at the party, and they each sipped a beer. Later, Stewart ordered a tequila cocktail. Unlike at the WME party, at dinner the couple kept their PDA to a minimum.

Robert Pattinson - "Hangover"

Well if you're anything like me you'll often feel like you're drunk on Robert Pattinson so I guess a hangover is to be expected right?

This video may not help you with your torture tuesday decision below. Sorry about that ({evil laugh} I'm not really ;-P)

Also I'm overlooking the use of one manip in this vid (I normally don't).
Usually if a manip is used in a vid then it doesn't go on the blog (I'm SO tough {giggle})
BUT this one is SO quick and I love the editing and all the other pics used in this.

Enjoy!
