So much great music from all of Rob's movies but which is your favourite?
It's a tough choice as we found out!

"This wasn’t easy because i love several soundtrack/scores from Rob’s films. i love how the Cosmopolis score puts me in the mood of the film and i love singing along to Metric (debb knows this). i also love the Remember Me score. it’s haunting and beautiful. a portion of the song titled Tyler has been my alarm clock sound since the film came out. lastly, i have sentimental love for the New Moon soundtrack and through the Twilight series, i’ve loved many songs and what memories from the film they trigger. but i went with Bel Ami because it’s the most classical score of all Rob’s films and i love it. it’s beautiful and the strings soar. my favorites: Love Nest, George Meets Madeleine and A More Memorable Name." (Kate: This is the only one I don't have, but that will soon be rectified!)

I’ve learned that Summit Entertainment will report that first day advance ticket sales for Breaking Dawn – Part 2 are outpacing Part 1. Tickets went on sale Monday and grosses already are shattering Twilight Saga films as the last in the series gets ready to release November 16th. In comparison to Part 1, Summit’s first day total for Part 2 advance ticket sales is 87% higher. (Part 1 came in at $626K; Part 2 at $1.17 million). Over a quarter of all tickets sold yesterday were from moviegoers snapping up tickets for ‘The Twilight Saga Marathon’ show which offers fans the chance to screen all of the films in the franchise on November 15th before the release of the final installment. Summit’s first day total for Part 2 is already running ahead of the three-day cume for Part 1.Go Rob & co! The soundtrack for Cosmopolis reunites composer Howard Shore and the band METRIC for another cinematic collaboration. While writing the score for David Cronenberg’s film adaptation of the Don DeLillo novel Cosmopolis, Shore conceived of a particular live sound to achieve his vision and invited METRIC to perform the score and co-write three songs. The music was recorded in November 2011 at the band’s own Giant Studios in Toronto, produced by Howard Shore and METRIC guitarist Jimmy Shaw, and mixed by John O’Mahony at Liberty Studios in Toronto and Electric Lady Studios in NYC. The result is an atmospheric, urban soundscape of analog synths and layered guitars featuring the hypnotic vocals of METRIC lead singer Emily Haines. The Cosmopolis soundtrack also features “Mecca” by Somali Singer/Rapper K’NAAN with lyrics by the artist and Don DeLillo.

Soundtrack details from Film Music Reporter:
Varese Sarabande has announced the details for the upcoming period drama Bel Ami. The album includes the original score from the film written by Lakshman Joseph De Saram and Academy Award-winning composer Rachel Portman. The soundtrack will be released on March 20, 2012 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. Bel Ami is directed by Declan Donnellan and Nick Ormerod and stars Robert Pattinson, Uma Thurman, Kristin Scott Thomas, Christina Ricci and Colm Meaney. The film revolves around a young man’s rise to power in Paris via his manipulation of the city’s most influential and wealthy women. The drama recently premiered at the Berlin Film Festival and will be released in the UK on March 9, 2012. A domestic release through IFC Films is expected later this year.

Bruno Mars performed on Jay Leno when Rob was there for Eclipse promo! We all know that appearance and adore it (daddy emails! hello!). I also attended that show but didn't register anyone singing. When Rob went over to listen to the musical performance...I was watching Rob. Duh. Was there even singing?

Twilight just announced on twitter the 1st song on the Breaking Dawn soundtrack:
'It Will Rain' by Bruno Mars is the first song unveiled from the Breaking Dawn soundtrack!
Yeah. Cool. I won't act ridiculous about this choice until I hear the song. ;)

"Breaking Dawn" Soundtrack Will Be Released On 8th November 2011
SO it was announced today that the Breaking Dawn Soundtrack will be released on 8th November 2011 and they asked who we'd like to see on it.
Now do we HAVE to answer that question, or is it pretty obvious?
Of course we do know that there's a possibility that some the twilight cast may be showing off their musicial talents on the soundtrack because Mr Condon teased us with that in an interview at Comic-Con sooooooooo could it be Robert Pattinson?
I guess we'll just have to wait until the list of artists is revealed to see if Robert Pattinson is on there and until then keep all your crossables crossed.
