First up is Marcus Foster. Rob and Marcus go way back....awwwwww :)

He was talking to The Line of Best Fit when Robert Pattinson was mentioned:

Is that how you also got a song in one of the Twilight films?

That was a different thing. That just came about as an accident. I just happen to be friends, well best friends, with the guy who is in the films.

Like who – Robert Pattinson?

Yes, he just took one the songs and ended up, yeah, putting it in the film.

Er, backtrack please. You are best friends with Robert Pattinson? As in, teen-idol, Robert Pattinson? You kept that quiet, that’s a pretty big deal.

It is not a big deal for me, because he always used to play and sing my songs for years and years and years.

From your body language, I can see you are not hugely comfortable talking about this?

Well, it’s something that happened two years ago. But it was great; it allowed me to tour America and Canada twice. I was playing sold out shows in every state in America – it was crazy. I went out by myself for the first tour and it was a good opportunity to test the water. I got a taste of touring and traveling.

Next, Tom Sturridge was answering fan questions for the promo of Waiting For Forever when he mentioned the infamous road trip.

So cute :))

And lastly, Lee MacDougall mentions Rob just after the 4:00 mark in an interview conducted while on tour.

Lee MacDougall Talks About Jamming With Robert Pattinson In His Living Room

RobPattzNews had the opportunity to chat with Lee MacDougall (in the pic above with Rob and Tom) and in the interview he spoke a bit about Robert Pattinson.

'How To Be'

My friend Robert Pattinson told me about a movie he was making called "How To Be" and that he was to play a guy who was a bit of a super loser. He said the guy wanted to be a singer, but couldn't really sing, and his girlfriend dumps him, and he is just generally a bit lost with his life and doesn't really know where he's going. I thought it sounded really funny, and a good idea for a song, and being both actors and musicians struggling to achieve a higher degree of success at the time, I think we could both identify a little with the character. I said that I was going to try and write the theme tune for the movie based on what he had told me and I went home and wrote it in a couple of days. I went back to his house and played it to everyone and everybody really liked it, so I gave Rob a CD to give to the people doing the movie. Unbeknown to us though, I think the soundtrack had already been selected and I was too late, so it never made the cut. I didn't mind too much because soon after I started to play the song live and it got such a great reaction from the crowd that I just decided to keep it for myself. I always have to tell the story behind it when I play it because people still assume it's about me! The amusing thing is, looking back at it though and how I felt at the time, I think it probably is semi-autobiographical.

You play gigs with Lizzy Pattinson once in a while, but fans want to know if you would you like to collaborate with Rob Pattinson musically in the future and have you ever played together?

Yes we have - but only if you count jamming on the piano in his living room! (Kate: Oh to be a fly on the wall) We've never done an actual gig together, although he did used to come and watch my shows in London. Rob is a really natural musician, he's amazing on the piano - although he always claims he doesn't really know what he's doing, but I think he's just very modest. We have quite different styles, but that can often produce the best results. Of course if the chance ever presented itself to collaborate I think it would be great, and a lot of fun. Would you guys like to see Rob and I collaborate? (Kate: Do we really need to answer that?)

These are just the parts where he mentions Rob but if you'd like to read the full interview and hear Lee's music head over to RobPattzNews.

MacDougall recently gave an interview to Twilightish.com. Here's the part about Rob:

What is your reaction to people that believe that Robert Pattinson composed/wrote the song ''Falling in love for the last time"?

It's a great romantic story, and I'm all for great romantic stories. I've heard people are saying that to some of their fans, it has become a sort of Rob & Kristen theme tune. I love that! They are two incredibly talented people who to their fans seem to symbolize a sort of modern day Romeo & Juliet or something. Fans want to believe in their heroes. I know because I've been there. I can kinda see how it started, I was hanging out with Rob a lot at the time and I did write my song "How To Be" for him. Though to be honest I don't really mind what people say as long as they're enjoying my music and judging by the amazing response it's had so far that seems to be the case.

Thanks Nel for the tip!
