With the DVD/Blu-ray out in several countries and its release in the US on Jan. 1st, there have been a few reviews popping up. Men continue to recognize Rob's magnetic turn and marvel over his terrific performance. Makes you want to pull the "proud mama Steph" face.

To top off the Cosmopolis love day, Rob was featured in this 2012 movie mashup video for Cosmopolis! He pops up at :36 and has one of the best lines from the film laced over.

PhotobucketCosmopolis already made a Best Of list for 2012 and now it's on another!
Indiewire/The Playlist reported about the addition of Cosmopolis on the Sight & Sound Best Of 2012 top 10 list:
Decided by a poll of around 100 critics, Paul Thomas Anderson's "The Master" has topped Sight & Sound's Best Of 2012. American cinema made a particularly strong showing, with Benh Zeitlin's "Beasts Of The Southern Wild" and Wes Anderson's "Moonrise Kingdom" also making the grade. Leos Carax, Miguel Gomes and David Cronenberg continue to get international love as "Holy Motors," "Tabu" and "Cosmopolis" all find slots here, as they did on the Cahiers Du Cinema list. The lone UK film is "Berberian Sound Studio" which is a nice boost for the little thriller.
1. The Master (Paul Thomas Anderson, USA)
2. Tabu (Miguel Gomes, Portugal/Germany/France)
3. Amour (Michael Haneke, France/Germany/Austria)
4. Holy Motors (Leos Carax, France/Germany)

Robert Pattinson's Cosmopolis places #2 on Top 10 list + HD screencaps of the film!

Robert Pattinson's Cosmopolis places #2 on Top 10 list + HD screencaps of the film!

Indiewire/ThePlaylist reported that Cosmopolis made the top 10 list for "French movie bible, Cahiers Du Cinema" and not just top 10 but placed #2! Love it when Cosmopolis gets positive recogniztion.

Movieline also had this to say:
And who would've thought, four years ago when the first Twilight movie launched him into the teen idol stratosphere, that Robert Pattinson would not only make the Cahiers du Cinema Top 10 but come in with a film in the #2 slot? Looks like teaming up with Cronenberg was RPattz's best career move, after all.
To celebrate, we have HD screencaps of the film! These images are AMAZING. If you want to save them for your files, there's a link to the zip file at the source. Click HERE if you'd like to download the zip file of screencaps!

Now for a lovely preview of the screencaps. I'm obsessed with the dialogue and might know it by heart so excuse my insertion of the dialogue that's near or from the image. I wasn't going to add it but my fingers didn't stop and I had to let it express itself. ;)

Robert Pattinson's 'Water for Elephants' already making Top Ten Lists!

Wonderful to see Water for Elephants already making a top ten list - I believe there will be many, many more... I have just one question, is it April 22nd yet?

'Water for Elephants' (April 22)

Robert Pattinson and Reese Witherspoon fall for each other under the big top in their new period drama based on the best-selling novel by Sara Gruen. 'Water for Elephants' follows an elderly man (Hal Holbrook) reminiscing about his days working as an animal caretaker at a circus. A young veterinary school student (Robert) witnessing the beauty and brutality of life under the big top, he falls for Marlena (Reese), the captivating star performer, and suffers the wrath of her charismatic but dangerous husband, August (Christoph Waltz).
