Well, as a former hurdleler and long distance runner, I can honestly say that Rob has absolutely no form (running that is) and I can see where the mountain goat image comes in to play. But, it doesn't stop his yum factor....!
I love the behind the scenes stuff. It just goes to show how repetitive and boring and all the hard work that goes into finding and creating the right shot.
Rob runs like a bull in a china shop. Yeah, he definately lied during the interview for Cedric about being sporty!

Jewels---remember the episode of Friends with Phoebe running? I think that Rob kind of runs like Kermit the Frog, too. Very, very adorable!
