  2. Gosh, I've never seen this picture...tooo yummy. I'm so helplessly, shamelessly hooked on this man!!!

  3. He has beautiful eyes.

  4. Skinny looking here.

I was reading your 80's flashback thread from last night. Your giving me some serious flashbacks.

Me-I was more of I guess a punker though. 2nd hand store clothes/ side of my head shaved. Still have the same mentality though. Every scary looking punk I knew was by far the most accepting caring people I ever knew. I see punk looking kids now and they kind of give me a sideways look and in my head I'm like
if you only knew..........Don't let my Mommy Exterior fool you.

  5. Love reading all your comments though I don't post often. You all make me smile.

    Gotta go Christmas Shopping!

    ReplyDelete
  6. Lisa, I went through a punk stage as well. Crew cut shaved hair in the back, long bangs dyed blue that hung over my eyes, pale make up with black lipstick and I rocked the Anarchy jacket!

I show those pics to my kids and tell them "That's your real mother!"

  7. I used to work with an older woman who was extremely superstitious, and whenever she saw a pic where one eye was closing faster than the other when the flash went off, like Rob's left eye in this pic, she called it an "Impish Eye" and said it meant luck and humility. I'd say she was spot on for Rob wouldn't you?

  8. Boy, Dana, Sabrina and I were up late last night...I'm surprised I'm functioning right now....

    ReplyDelete
  9. awwww I'll just have to send Rob over to give you a morning backrub to rejuvinate ya.

    ReplyDelete
  10. Lisa you post away babe we are glad you're here. Now you get your butt in gear and register so we can have a look at your mug. Don't be shy!

    Morning ladies!

My migrant is gone. And I took a pill for my migraine. So all is well, and Hay slept in today too so that was lovely.

I have some Christmas shopping to do today. Ugh....I'm dreading it big time!

    ReplyDelete
  11. Dani...I forgot about the migrant. Too damn funny!

    ReplyDelete
  12. I just looked back on my comment. Total *face palm* moment. I couldn't think last night my head hurt so bad. But I giggled my butt off about my typo.

    ReplyDelete
  13. Good morning loves! I don't think I'll be able to chat much during the day because my mom is about to put me to work as her decorating elf.

    ReplyDelete
  14. I will be out most of the day as well. But I think Rob is in hiding so no news should be coming out today.

Enjoy your decorating my dear. I'm off to the mall soon. I'm a little scared.

    ReplyDelete
  15. Oh, the mall can be a little scary this time of year. I hope you have fun shopping Dani.

    ReplyDelete
  16. Enjoy your shopping DAni glad the migraint is gone !
Sabrina enjoy your decorating, I'm gonna do mine tomorrow.
I have the Xmas cake in the oven and am settling down to watch X-Factor (with the Twilight Tv SPot) and write some Xmas cards (about time) !! LOL
    Back later!

    ReplyDelete
  17. Good morning (or afternoon), lovelies! Glad to see that everyone is feeling better and trying to get in to the holiday spirit. I have to brave the malls to get said little daughter appropriate holiday gear for caroling.

Welcome, Lisa! Don't be shy, post away....Rob and off topic issues welcomed...proper crassness and mischief a must;0)

    ReplyDelete
  18. Oh, I forgot about the blast from the past Rob pic...digging the brows and the grey eyes (constantly changing, eh?)!

    ReplyDelete
  19. I agree Lynn, I think his eyes look diff color in every pic.. lol but oh so dreamy!!!

    ReplyDelete
  20. Hey, Mona! Ooohhh, I am crushing on Rob' grey eyes...my dh's are the same. They change with what he's wearing and sometimes by mood.

    ReplyDelete
  21. hey guys i found this blog that has rob pictures. this girl met rob and asked him to take a funny picture with him...im not sure if you guys have seen it yet, but its hilarious

    http://howtobe-france.blogspot.com/

    ReplyDelete
  22. Hey girls.

Lynn- my eyes change color too. Sometimes they are super green and then other times they look more hazel or goldish around my pupils.

    ReplyDelete
  23. Pattlover- Thanks for the link. Did you see that the girl took pictures with Oregano!!! And she sure got right up next to Rob for that first pic of them, although I don't blame her. Lucky bitch.

I love how Rob signs the books "lots of love". He's such a cutie.

    ReplyDelete
  24. Good afternoon, lovely ladies!

I'm back on and loving it!!! I SO missed being on with you last night. We had to wait for the phone co. yto come today and hookup the wires again to get service and the DSL...Yipee!

3oo comments last night; I missed a lot. Now we have to wait for the cable guy to come...

    ReplyDelete
  25. Why are men always blessed with prettier eye lashes than women? Look at the lashes on Rob in this picture. Gorgeous!

My word, those brows mean business, don't they? I love them! I want to run my thumbs over them. They look soft.

    ReplyDelete
  26. So what ... no drunk Rob pics? No Rob licking/sucking on some girl's face pics? No dirty hair/wolverine unshaven pics? No flipping the paps the bird pics?

Does Camilla have him tied to her bed and is not willing to share? Beotch!

Where is the boy and why is he not misbehaving for my own personal amusement?

    ReplyDelete
  27. BAHAHAA.. anon, you're so funny!

Girls, it's official: Chris Weitz will be the director of New Moon.

Here's the statement from SM herself:

    http://stepheniemeyer.com/

Summit Films is moving forward with a new director for New Moon. They've asked Chris Weitz, director of American Pie, About a Boy, and The Golden Compass, to join us, and I am very pleased to announce that he's agreed to be a part of our Twilight world. I've had the chance to talk to Chris, and I can tell you that he is excited by the story and eager to keep the movie as close to the book as possible. He is also very aware of you, the fans, and wants to keep you all extremely happy.

    ReplyDelete
  28. nope i wouldnt id handcuff him to my bed lol

    ReplyDelete
  29. Yup. I've got him and I'm not letting him go. Oh and your musings on his thumb measurements ... grossly underestimated.

    C.B.

    ReplyDelete
  30. C.B. LOL! I knew it! That whole thing about three times the length of the thumb always seemed inaccurate in this case...

    ReplyDelete
  31. Hi Girls!

Just stopping in to say hello. I've been Christmas shopping ALL day. Anyway, I'm out again...

Hopefully chat with you all later :)

    ReplyDelete
  32. Thanks for the info Mich. I just read the letter on SM's website. I feel better now. I still feel bad that Catherine won't be the director because I really liked her energy but sounds like this guy knows what he's getting himself into. Let's hope it turns out awesome!

    ReplyDelete
  33. Oh I just read the confirmation that Chris is the new director!! Yay this is good news :)

    ReplyDelete
  34. I haven't seen any of the movies he has directed so I'm just going to trust everyone else's judgement that this is a good thing.

Good luck with Christmas shopping, Amy. You're braver than me. I just keep procrastinating and it's only going to get worse. Plus it's snowing like crazy here today and I really don't want to go out in this. That's my excuse today.

    ReplyDelete
  35. The effects in The Golden Compass were really good especially the bear fight scene. So I am hoping he will be able to make the werewolves look realistic. I am excited to see what he comes up with.

    ReplyDelete
  36. Yeah, the werewolves will probably be the biggest challenge. That's good that he's had experience with special effects before.

I know we won't be seeing as much of Rob in New Moon but for what we do see of him, let's hope he's shirtless! Sparkle, baby, sparkle!

    ReplyDelete
  37. Yeah I have faith in this guy. I think he will do a fine job. From here on out the series has to be pretty spectacular and it sounds like he totally recognizes that :)
I'm happy the director drama is over with.

And thanks Emily! I have more shopping to do still so i'm going to try and get it done tonight if I can. And maybe see Twilight again...lol - I have a friend who hasn't seen it yet and well that is just not acceptable, lol

    ReplyDelete
  38. Emily- oh yes! Rob sans shirt is a must.

    ReplyDelete
  39. Well i'm off. Gotta get ready for a little siesta tonight. It's time to drink em up. Talk to you all later.

    ReplyDelete
  40. Good idea, Amy. Maybe I'll go see it again tonight, too. I'd brave the snow to stare at Rob for two hours.

I'm not sure if Rob is in favor of being shirtless or not - probably not. Honestly, like we actually care if he has a six pack or not? I'll take him shirtless anyway I can get him - beer belly and all.

    ReplyDelete
  41. Good afternoon, lovelies!

Amy---I wish for another viewing...but I will be waiting until Christmas break.

Anon---we are all wishing for a Rob sighting, but, we are all thankful that he's smarter then the average bear and laying low!

    ReplyDelete
  42. Hey Lynn! I wasn't able to catch up with all the comments from yesterday so I don't know if this has been answered. Is Rob still in LA or has he been able to go back to London? I really, really hope he's either already back home or will be soon. Poor guy needs some down time before PPB in January and then New Moon in March.

    ReplyDelete
  43. Just a curious question from me, but why was oregano at the How To Be event, UNLESS Kristen was there to support Rob.. Hmmmmm?

    ReplyDelete
  44. BTW Mountain Screamers... You have mail!

    ReplyDelete
  45. Yes Mona thanks for that - it will be very interesting to see what Mr Weiz does with New Moon.

    ReplyDelete
  46. Good question, Mona. Maybe he was hoping for an audition. We know he's been out of work, er I mean "in between" jobs for a while now. Or maybe he has a man crush on Rob - I certainly wouldn't blame him.

    ReplyDelete
  47. He was in Forbidden Kingdon with Jackie Chan and Jet Li last year so he shouldn't be hurting for money.. lol

    ReplyDelete
  48. Oh, didn't know that. I'll be honest. I don't really have any idea what he has been in besides Will & Grace years ago. He's not someone I'm interested in following. Must be the man crush then.

    ReplyDelete
  49. lmao well we can't blame him if so.. at least he has good taste.. hahahaha

    ReplyDelete
  50. That is funny that he was there. I didn't even really think about it. I guess I'm just used to seeing him lurking around everywhere that I didn't even realize it was a non-Twilight related thing.

    ReplyDelete
  51. A little OT but I was watching "National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation" the other night and I noticed that Chevy Chase has the same plaid shirt as Rob. THE shirt featured in this picture. At least, I think it's the same. Must have been a popular pattern 15 years ago.

    ReplyDelete
  52. Hey he is very "green" minded.. lol doesn't want to throw perfectly good clothes int he landfill!

    ReplyDelete
  53. Haha! I don't think he's gotten rid of one scrap of clothing ever. I love it! It's also very eco-friendly of him and TomStu to share their limited wardrobes with one another.

    ReplyDelete
  54. Hi Ladies, how's it going???
I'm here recovering from Jules' fanfic !!

    ReplyDelete
  55. Okay...I've definately lost my mind over Rob. My obsession is bad. I was walking through the grocery store and an overhead announcement said "Customer Service needed in the bakery department."

My Robsessed adled brain heard: "Customer service needed in the Diggory Department." LOL!

Then whilst chuckling to myself about it getting in the truck, the radio comes on and Kings Of Leon "Sex on Fire" is on. GAAAAH!

    ReplyDelete
  56. His right eye wants to kill me. :|

    BAHAHAHAAH!

    ReplyDelete
  57. **greetings everyone** I'm just jumping in here without reading the comments, but I just want to say how much I'm loving this picture of him.. (ahhh... the eye... they eye...)

Jules- Holy hot picture of you.

and yesterday was a banner day for me! The soundtrack finally hit the stores, and I bought tickets to see a sneak preview of the movie tonight... Squeeeee

    ReplyDelete
  58. Emily---I am guessing that Rob is still in HelLA, because, TMZ and X-17 On-line would know if he was leaving LAX or not. I guess it was KROQ that a leaking a sighting at Bar Marmont (Hotel Marmont), but, I personally think that Rob's working and laying low.

SoCal weather has been really unpredictable the last few days...I hope that Rob's not getting sick with all the traveling.

BTW, (OT) I volunteered in my daughter's classroom yesterday and the teacher decided that it was stuffy and turned on the bloody AIR CONDITIONER...guess who's the only person that got a sore throat and a cough...you guessed it! MEEE!

    ReplyDelete
  59. ...that was leaking not a leaking...sorry, I just got home!

    ReplyDelete
  60. Hi girls. I'm back and i'm a tad typsy.

    ReplyDelete
  61. Good evening, lovelies!

I am perplexed at how quiet it is and even in my own home. How is everyone this evening?

    ReplyDelete
  62. Hey sorry for the lack of updates I will get on my computer later and post some goodies. I love ya'll much and I survived the horribly busy mall!

Yay for me I'm getting my own laptop next week so I can update while my hub is working late on the computer. I'm thinking something in red. My favorite color.

    Muuuuuuuaaaaahhhh until later!

    ReplyDelete
  63. Good evening! It looks like it has been pretty quiet around here today.

    ReplyDelete
  64. Hi ladies! Question for you...are any of you friends with Sam Bradley on his music MySpace page??

    ReplyDelete
  65. Hi Talent! I'm not friends with him on Myspace.

    ReplyDelete
  66. I have a reason for why I'm asking...he has posted a recent blog stating that he will send two free MP3's of his songs to anyone who e-mails him at the appropriate e-mail address...I did and he sent me the two freebies, but in the e-mail there is nothing but encoding and I have no idea how to transfer that to a downloadable text? Can anyone help, please??

    ReplyDelete
  67. Hi Sabrizzle! Hope you are having a good evening :)

    ReplyDelete
  68. Sorry, I don't know how to switch it to text.

    ReplyDelete
  69. No problem, Sabrizzle! Thanks for responding.

    ReplyDelete
  70. I am having a good evening, it just started snowing here and then it turned into ice, hopefully it will go back to snow. How are you?

    ReplyDelete
  71. I'm good, but about to go to bed, since my computer is next to every room in the house, and they are not happy when I wake them up. LOL!

Have a good night :) Talk to you soon!

    ReplyDelete
  72. Sabrina...Dani...DAMN where has everyone been... WE have to chat about the Chris Weitz letter from Summit...

    ReplyDelete
  73. Jules! I'm hopeful that Weitz is going to make NM awesome. He seems like he wants to please the fans.

    ReplyDelete
  74. Jules----Dani will be back on later to post it!

Hey, but if you're ever in for a scary read...try Red Dragon by Thomas Harris. It is way more scary then the film!

    ReplyDelete
  75. Well, they start as early as Monday... Then filming in March...what a nice b-day present for me! Now if Rob would only show up at my door with cake and ice cream and nothing else....

    ReplyDelete
  76. Read it Lynn. I read that way before he published "Silence of the Lambs". My Dad gave it to me...said I would love it!

    ReplyDelete
  77. That would be a very nice present indeed.

    ReplyDelete
  78. I had the hardest time leaving my blinds open after reading that...I read a long time ago. I think that was pre-SOTL for me, too.

    ReplyDelete
  79. I'm good Lynn. We finished decorating the house today, which took forever.

    ReplyDelete
  80. Another great book I shared with my Dad was by the author of "Gone Baby Gone". It's called "Shutter Island". Jaw dropping ending!

    ReplyDelete
  81. LOL We are still trying to finish putting all our decorations up...I keep forgetting more hooks. I am still trying to get in to the mood. I think that I just need a vacation!

    ReplyDelete
  82. Good evening, my girls! How is everyone tonight???

It feels so good to be back onlune...

    ReplyDelete
  83. Ellie are you on the moon or online...LOL!

    ReplyDelete
  84. We have so much Christmas crap, it's ridiculous. We spent most of the day decorating the house and tree.

    ReplyDelete
  85. Sabrina...I baked 5 dozen cookies today for our church choir concert tomorrow! I have red and green sugar stuck under my fingernails...

    ReplyDelete
  86. Hey, Ellie! How are you?

    LOL @ Jules!

    ReplyDelete
  87. Hi girls, how you doing?
I'm here recovering from Jules' fanfic.. all I can say is.. Jules, you rooooooooooooock! And I'm so looking forward to "A night to remember, Part 7". GAAAHHHHHHHHH..

    ReplyDelete
  88. I should bake some cookies...it would get me in the mood! Holiday mood that is!

    ReplyDelete
  89. I'm singing in the Christmas Cantata tomorrow...hope your ears won't be burning all the way out to where you all live! LOL

    ReplyDelete
  90. Jules--just caught what I wrote and what you wrote...DUH!

    ReplyDelete
  91. Wow, that's a lot of cookies. I need to make some this week.

    ReplyDelete
  92. MiCh...I swear since writing those damn things I have been in a permanant state! Did you see my earlier post on this thread about the grocery store?

    ReplyDelete
  93. Ellie---I will keep my ear out for you! LOL Be glad, you have a voice...mine is almost MIA.

    ReplyDelete
  94. The power's back on here, as well as the phone line (and DSL), but no cable yet...The SUV's got packing tape on the taillights.

    ReplyDelete
  95. I'm so glad y'all are here...I was feeling blue when i didn't see any of my favorite gals hanging out, swapping lies....

    ReplyDelete
  96. Jules, did you send out part one of "a night to remember"? If you did, I didn't get it.

    ReplyDelete
  97. Ellie---you have the essentials! That's good to hear! Every SUV needs packing tape!

    ReplyDelete
  98. "mine is almost MIA."
    LMAO, Lynn...

    ReplyDelete
  99. Yeah, I got 2-6 and the E&B stuff.

    ReplyDelete
  100. Sweet, I didn't want to start reading it without reading part 1.

    ReplyDelete
  101. Hello my name is Jules and I write porn for women....

    ReplyDelete
  102. "My Robsessed adled brain heard: "Customer service needed in the Diggory Department." LOL!"

    LMAO on that one, too,Jules

This stuff goes through our heads at the damnedest times doesn't it?!

    ReplyDelete
  103. Ellie---Jordan's teacher felt it was stuffy in her classroom yesterday...she turned on the air conditioner. My throat tightened up almost immediately...now I sound like a tranny and I have my own spitoon!

    ReplyDelete
  104. "Now I sound like a tranny..."

Lynn! LMAOROTF thinking about Tess and I thinking you were a very confused man once upon a time....

    ReplyDelete
  105. "Hello, my name is Jules, and I write porn for women and in hopes that Rob Pattinson, aka the schmexy manb of my dreams, reads it and decieds to try it all out, and with, me."...

    ReplyDelete
  106. Shhh...Ellie...that disclaimer is very personal! Damn you for sharing it with the whole wide freaking world!

    ReplyDelete
  107. Well, now the cat's outta the bag!

Seriously, I could do some major phone business at the moment...I just wasn't as acclimated as the kiddos. I felt like an Eskimo yesterday!

    ReplyDelete
  108. "thinking you were a very confused man once upon a time...."
Lynn, is there something you'd like to confess to us??? lol

    ReplyDelete
  109. "Phone Business"! Priceless...I almost want to call you right now just to hear you talk to me in that dirrrrrty sexxxxy tranny voice....

    ReplyDelete
  110. Jules, I hear ya. I was xmas shopping all day and my mind was in the gutter aaaaaaaaall time. Body Shots!?!?! Gaaah, you're amazing!

Rob and your fan fiction are going to be the death of me! BAHAHAA..

    ReplyDelete
  111. wOW, MY TYPING SUCKS...GOT ALL EXCITED WHEN i TYPED "THE NAME"...
I EVEN TYPE IN CAPITALS, NOW

    ReplyDelete
  112. LOL Ellie---Tess and Jules thought I was a confused gay man (screenname is lynnguys...very confusing) because I had my gender listed as male on my profile. Well, surprise, suprise when I uploaded my avatar. Jules told me to change it immediately!

    ReplyDelete
  113. Jules, it still hasn't shown up in my inbox :(

    ReplyDelete
  114. MiCh...I was chatting with Kathryn on FB earlier this evening and remember she had posted she was quite drunk?

I asked her if she had been tipping back pints with Rob and TomStu...

She came back with she was doing "sexy" shots with them! LOL!

    ReplyDelete
  115. MiCh, hi!

Gahhhhh, much? :)...Jules' fanfic will do that to a person...

    ReplyDelete
  116. Sabrina...It's showing I sent it, but I'll do again just for good measure. TWICE IS ALWAYS SO NICE!

    ReplyDelete
  117. Gee, I want to do sexy shots, too...

    ReplyDelete
  118. Yay, it worked that time. Thank you dahling!

    ReplyDelete
  119. My throat is killing me...I could use a shot of Peppermint Shnapps...that sounds delish right about now!

    ReplyDelete
  120. I hadn't written part 7 yet...I promised Kathryn I would wait until she got home...but she gave me the greenlight tonight!

    ReplyDelete
  121. It has to be cold for me to do Peppermint Schnapps. It's warm again here... Snow a couple of days ago... shorts today...No wonder my kids are sick!

    ReplyDelete
  122. Hell, don't like the weather in Texas? Give it 5 minutes...it'll change!

    ReplyDelete
  123. Jules--We didn't read part 7 yet??
    Oh, BTW, LOVE your avatar!

    ReplyDelete
  124. Hay babes! Im about to put Hay boogie to bed but I will be on in a few hours to post a new interview, the Chris Weitz letter, and a new image from some Twilight trading cards, oh and a may scan I can't remember which one though. Anywho I am sorry I have been super busy today and Goz is MIA getting ready to go home tomorrow.

God bless her Turkish soul I was looking at some wine decanters today for Christmas gifts and we bought this beautiful Lenox one for Ben's brother. I looked at the price on the bottom...and it said it was made in Turkey. Awwww made me think of Goz, I giggled a little and looked like a crazy person but I knew what was up. Asshole mall people just can't let someone giggle to themselves among the expensive crystal in peace! I bet they thought I I going to break something.....I am very accident prone. Bastards!

    Okay gotta run....much love!

    ReplyDelete
  125. Jules---we are dealing with the same here...hot, cold, hot...today was blustery and cold.

    ReplyDelete
  126. Hi Ellie, hi Sabrina.. hola Lynn!

My flatmate and I just finished decorating our Xmas tree. It took ages! And now we're laughing 'cause she's going to home for 2 weeks next Monday and I'm gonna fly home for 2 weeks this Friday. So, our little tree will be home alone! BAHAHAAA..

    ReplyDelete
  127. Thanks Dani! We love you for not letting us starve....

    ReplyDelete
  128. We've got the temp in the 20's and 30's. Our lake's freezing over . Well, not "our" lake , but we live on one.

    ReplyDelete
  129. Dani---"Come back to me"...see you in a while!

I saw the trading cards on RPL...very cool! They are $2.99 at Hot Slopic.

    ReplyDelete
  130. On a mountain...but we've got all our teeth! LOL

    ReplyDelete
  131. Hey Mich! I just decorated my tree today too! That's sad that your tree is going to be all alone, but I'm glad you get to spend some time at home.

    ReplyDelete
  132. Ladies...do you realize that on an average I receive almost 100 e-mails a day because of you nuts?

Since November 4...I've had almost 1500 e-mails sent to me all about Rob and our silly conversations...

THAT'S INSANE!! (I love being popular..)

    ReplyDelete
  133. Ellie---Holy Moses Malone! That sounds cold! We had an artic freeze come through about two years ago and the night temps got down in to the 20's...that is rare for us.

Do you get lake effect snow?

    ReplyDelete
  134. Jules---as Charlie says, "You da bomb!"

    ReplyDelete
  135. Thanks Lynn! I've been looking for those suckers...We sell all the hottest trading cards at Target, but we hadn't gotten them in yet.

How much money do you think Hot Topic paid Summit to lay in bed with them?

    ReplyDelete
  136. Lynn--No real lake effect, just effing cold, and some wind chill factor in there. It's gotten down to 0 some nights, but not yet this year. It sucks if the pipes freeze.

    ReplyDelete
  137. 'Course the idea of forking money over to Hot Slopic just blows...

    ReplyDelete
  138. Summit's also getting major butt hickies from HT...I hate that place. I always felt like they're sell outs peddling stuff in the malls...takes away from all the mom and pop record stores and head shops.

    ReplyDelete
  139. No wait...I ammend that last comment. As Bart Simpson says "It blows and sucks at the same time!"

    ReplyDelete
  140. Eliie---BRRRR! I always wonder what life would have like if we wound up in Cleveland...I would probably look like an idiot!

    ReplyDelete
  141. We have two indie owned record shops in my immediate vicinity. They are unfreakingbelivable! They have some of the best old vinyl ever! Plus really hot, under the radar stuff....

    ReplyDelete
  142. LOL @ Jules! I have been scarred after viewing Bart's yellow no-no in the movie!

    ReplyDelete
  143. His hoo-haw as we so loving refer to it here south of the Mason-Dixon line?

    ReplyDelete
  144. We have two down south (closer to Miss Cherifire) that I haven't been to in years...I love seeing old vinyl but I wouldn't even have anything to play them on!

    ReplyDelete
  145. Have you seen the new record players that convert vinyl into USB compatible to upload?

  146. Hey girls, just popping in for a moment.

Jules - I've yet to read any of your famous (or infamous) fanfic, but am dying to. Care to send me some??

    ReplyDelete
  147. I have tons of old punk and 80's vinyl that I would love to convert.

All my old Sex Pistols, Squeeze, Adam and the Ants, and Duran Duran albums....

    ReplyDelete
  148. I want to get old Metallica stuff on vinyl and some AIC stuff too, but we don't have a record player stashed anywhere. They would still be good collectibles.

    ReplyDelete
  149. Hey, Karla!

  162. Hair Cut 100 is my sister's, she got it when she went to London. I love ska from that era...I was trying to explain it to Stella the other night about Ranking Roger and the English Beat. She's so cute...she's only heard Mexican ska. But, she says it's the same! I love Madness!

  163. Dani--thank you greatly...xoxoxo

Do you think Rob is getting some residuals for his face being on just everything they can think of?

    ReplyDelete
  168. For some reason, I think not.Just a feeling...

    ReplyDelete
  169. Mich---I think that it depends on what his contracts say as to how he gets royalties on merchandise. It would be sweet!

    ReplyDelete
  170. His appearances at Hot Topic were part of the promotion, but I have doubts about the merchandising.

    ReplyDelete
  171. Jules, just emailed ya. Thanks in advance!!

Off to my bubble bath and bed. Love ya girls!

    ReplyDelete
  172. And yes, Lynn, it WOULD be sweet. Let's hope.

    ReplyDelete
  173. Sweet Rob dreams to ya', karla. Nite-nite!

    ReplyDelete
  174. My aunt works in printing (now mostly for DVDs) and she was saying how everything is constantly repackaged, revamped and reissued and most royalties have stopped by then.

It reminds of the song, Death of a Disco Dancer by The Smiths...it's rather sad if you think about it!

    ReplyDelete
  175. Karla---good night, lovely!

Ellie---Dude...Sweet! I want to watch Dude, Where's My Car? now!

    ReplyDelete
  176. Lynn, Dude, you're a panic! hahahaha!!!
