LMAO Emily!! The shoelace as a present is hilarious - I think if some dude presented me with a shoelace on my bday, I would look at him like WTF is this? But if Rob presented me with a shoelace, I would think it was adorable :)
Also, I went back to read the scan, and I think it says that Rob wore the shoelace around his WRIST, not waist. Something tells me Rob has never worn any form of belt in his whole life (atleast I'd like to think so lol).
I love the shoelace gift! I think you're right Lyla, it's wrist. I believe I've seen that on him in earlier interviews, like when he was in HP. I think that if he wore that thing for 4 years it must have meant something to him and to give it as a gift is sweet as hell. I love the way Rob's brain processes things.
I'm such a dork. Wrist, not waist. I was even thinking, I know Rob's skinny and all but that got to be a long shoelace to go around his waist. Duh. I do remember seeing him with that bracelet in most of his HP interviews. I think that's a very romantic thing to do. Lucky girl.
Yeah, it must have had some significance if he wore it for 4 years, and you're right, it IS a very touching gift. I wonder who the lucky girl was? Perhaps his ex Nina Schubert? They were together right around his Harry Potter days, so that would make sense. How is it that he continues to get more and more adorable?

Rob should definitely have Cam and Kellan with him at all times. Without shirts, please. Rob, we love you but I'm not sure you could defend yourself against a pack of TwiMoms.
