I just saw this! What a huge laugh! Rob really does nothing for the most part (as he says), and the gossip mongers can't stand it because he's so hot right now. I wonder if Rob reads this stuff with his morning coffee trying to get a read on his day..."So what's going on in my life? Who am I shagging? How is my alcoholism doing? Who am I pissing off in a love triangle this week?" Like Rob alluded to in GQ...there is an "alternate Rob" out there on the net...a caricature Rob, if you will. He is so hot right now and there is so little to actually say about his life that everyone has become very creative to ride the wave (more like a tsunami)of his success. What does the cover say? "Lust, Love and Lies"...sounds more like a report on his fans on Casablunkhead's trashsite.
Oh, Ryan Gosling is Totally a hottie. In my opinion, OK should have left John Mayer out. Like his music, but he seems like such a douchebag...

LittleBear I think Rob is able to laugh it off really, atleast in the GQ interview and others he seems to take it in stride or well atleast joke about it. I HOPE so anyways, if not he'll go insane being too concerned. So he really is better off laughing it all off.

They are the ones who know what is going on his life, so the gossip doesn't really matter in that context. I think he also cares that people enjoy his projects and find them meaningful. The rest of it? He knows who he is, and that's probably the most important thing to him to keep him sane. I'm sure he's learning that this crap is an unfortunate part of the job. No wonder his closest friends are those he's had for a long time.

Bold - I think that Rob can be somewhat an innocent but wise about many things at the same time. There is a bit of a paradox here with Rob, and that is one of the reason I believe he is so attractive to so many. People don't know if they want to sleep with him or mother him. Lust and protectiveness are powerful emotions, especially when they come together.

I liked Ryan every since he did this TV show were his high school was on a cruise ship. He was the lead and was so cute and charming in it. I remembering thinking after it got canceled I hope he would be able to do movies. Thank goodness he has and I can see why OK would put him on their cover. He does have a swagger about him and I saw it in a few of his movies. Hell he got with his co-star Rachel and they were off and on for awhile. He just has a bit of the bad boy and mysterious side to him that us girls tend to go for. Yes next to RP he doesn't measure up possibly, but to each their own...
Shani~I like Gosling, I had a thing for him when he was on that show. It was a Canadian show I remember. The theme song was really catchy and cheesy. lol but he was funny. He was also young Hercules. I'm such a friggin loser remembering that. I've seen all his movies, and he's quite a seasoned actor. I recommend The United States of Leland, The Believer and Lars and the Real Girl. The Notebook is my favorite of course cause that's where he had me swooning. I was a Mcgosling shipper for a while.
