Ahhhh darlin, newsflash... I still see you!!

    xxxx

  6. She's adding to it by putting her hood up. Don't worry it's not you they're after. It's the hottie walking next to you. lol.
Love that we've had so much Rob today.
Just watched the Haunted Airman with the DH who laughed at me through the whole thing because he knows I don't like movies like that, and the only reason I watched was because I wanted to watch Rob.

  7. Good evening, ladies!

    LMAO, Suz! Great observation!!!

    ReplyDelete
  8. I put my hoodie up like that all the time. Now, maybe people won't look at me like I'm such a freak.

    It's a faaashion statement, guys.

    ;-)

    Tee-hee!

    ReplyDelete
  9. Hello ladies!! :))

I think he needs to try a baseball cap and a new pair of sunnies... He's too noticeable walking around like that! looks like the unabomber!

    ReplyDelete
  10. boli...

    ReplyDelete
  11. Hey, Yessy Tessy! How was your Mother's Day??

  13. Well ladies, Rob's left L.A.

    http://bauergriffinonline.com/2009/05/our-pattinson-departs.php

I think it is a good thing (for me), because in those pics I knew exactly where he was walking and it's a 10 minute drive from me. I do not do those kind of stalker fan / take a picture / sign my book/ kind of things, so it's good to know he split. The Robnetic pull's gone and I'm safe. ;) ;)

    ReplyDelete
  14. Dude all that is missing are the shiteous nikes...
    Suz...roflmfao....

Ellie, Tess, bloi... anyone else.. hey girls.... boy our man is fine even hiding under all that...

    ReplyDelete
  15. @A/L.A. - "Robnetic pull"...GENIUS!!

    ReplyDelete
  16. Evening all, Summit's going to have to get him his own plane soon.

Yvonne you still here? Loved the tattoo.

    ReplyDelete
  17. A/L.A. Don't worry...he'll be back!

God...he can't even go through security at the airport without getting photographed.

    ReplyDelete
  18. Hey ladies!!

Actually, every since last year it's been the thing to do. The youngins including myself put the hoods up. Everybody has hoodies now. It's nothing new...

    ReplyDelete
  19. Tina - All they have to do is repaint a private jet to say "The Pattinson Express." Though if Rob doesn't like to fly, he may especially not want to get into a small plane.

    ReplyDelete
  20. LovetheLips- some genius on this blog coined that phrase. It's great!

    ReplyDelete
  21. Ha ha yes I agree with RPaddict: as if SHE needs to attempt to look inconspicuous; nothing short of a balaclava could hide Rob's drop-dead face, jawline, nose, etc...drool

    ReplyDelete
  22. KK- Remember Walmart set him up with a plane. So his not scared...

    ReplyDelete
  23. he looks tired...

I hope his destination is Heathrow!

    ReplyDelete
  24. I'm still waiting for Rob to try the comedy glasses with the nose and mustache attached.

    ReplyDelete
  25. Yep, he can not hide the pretty...

    ReplyDelete
  26. Shani - Was it a small plane or a big one cuz he's adamantly said several times that he hates to fly.

    ReplyDelete
  27. KK - those still won't hide that Jawline

    ReplyDelete
  28. No, don't say that, KK! If I ever saw him on the street my bones would melt. Not good. I need my insides in a solid state!

    ReplyDelete
  29. Hey Ten!

Shani~ Some people just aren't down with us kids. Or...whatever people might call me. :-)

    ReplyDelete
  30. Suz~ heathrow.... home sweet home... he looks like he could use some home cooking and loving

    ReplyDelete
  31. Suz- I doubt it. He has all these movie deals to get through and then off to Italy. "No time for the wicked or weary", is this the right saying I can't remember???

    ReplyDelete
  32. Tenneil - Oh God yes...the boy needs to get back home for a bit!

    ReplyDelete
  33. A/L.A - I can't keep up with the clever writing on this blog! Someone should put up a list of the Robisms that have come out of here...

He's so adorable - there's nothing he can do to hide his perfection.

    ReplyDelete
  34. Bol- I know, were still kids until 30 or what ever.

    ReplyDelete
  35. Hey, ladies. You don't have to end being young at 30! :))))))

    ReplyDelete
  36. Shani & Bol - I'm 46 and can still pull off the hoodie

    ReplyDelete
  37. Nice. *feelin' childlike*

I'm only like a year and a half older than Rob. We need to walk around with our hoodies up, together.

    ReplyDelete
  38. hi Tina! Thank you again for all of your help! Srsly, it meant a lot (especially coming from a fellow Robsessor) :)

    ReplyDelete
  39. The hoodie is timeless, and so are you guys.

    :-*

    ReplyDelete
  40. Must be warm though in Cali.....

    ReplyDelete
  41. KK, Tina, Ten- What's that saying??? Kid at heart???

    ReplyDelete
  42. Bloi...you making me blush....

    ReplyDelete
  43. Shani... if 40 is the new 30s then I am in my 20's sweet... i feel better

    ReplyDelete
  44. Wow.... I love it when the RIGHT people GET IT

    My people, I thank you.

    xxx

    ReplyDelete
  45. Shani - Only as old as you feel

    ReplyDelete
  46. Tina- it cooled down a bit this weekend. It was one of those comfortably sunny days. Probably around 77Âş where they were at.

    ReplyDelete
  47. With two weeks before Italy, Heathrow is a viable destination.

A mini break is IN ORDER here.

Nick.. take care of our boy!

    ReplyDelete
  48. A.LA - COOLED DOWN? It's about to freakin snow here!!

    ReplyDelete
  49. Boy I bet Stacy London feels like a one legged woman in an azz kicking contest with all these hooded females running amock...

Don't be surprised if you end up on page 116 of Glamor with a black bar over your eyes..

    lol

    ReplyDelete
  50. Hi everybody!

So, are we all confessing our ages? Is this some Mother's Day-related parlor game???? ;)

    ReplyDelete
  51. Tina and Ten- So true, as long as your are not dead.LOL

    ReplyDelete
  52. A/LA- thank you for linking the pics.. The last one was appealing to my tactile side...grrrr. I really wanted to feel his hair and the back of his neck...

    ReplyDelete
  53. Tess - The back of his neck deserves to be stroked...:P

    Mrs. Robinsane!!! How goes it???

    ReplyDelete
  54. Tina... we do not have Winter here. We have a Fall that takes place off and on. Spring lasts a week or so and then it's full force summer no matter the calendar. I say it cooled down because earlier in the week it was in the high 80s. But it's been a cool year so far, which is weird (for here).

I have visited the snow like maybe 2 or 3 times. (shrug) Sorry, I have no concept of living in a place with real seasons.

    ReplyDelete
  55. Tess- I want to rub my palm across the top of that little fauxhawk he has going on. It looks all fuzzy and soft. :)

    ReplyDelete
  56. A/LA - we have Cold, really, really cold, wet and coldish and Insanely Humid Hot

    ReplyDelete
  57. night gals... I am in need to sleep after getting home @ 5 am today... rob lovin to you all

    ReplyDelete
  58. Tina - You're in Montreal right? We were commenting on Rob holding a Canadian the other night...Damn cold in Ottawa today too...

    ReplyDelete
  59. A/LA- Seasons here in Dallas is ridiculous. Today was hot and humid. The other week we had hard rain and a wind strom like it was a hurricane.

    ReplyDelete
  60. Love - Here too. I need some of thet hot and humid any day now.

Are you going to LA next month in Ottawa?

    ReplyDelete
  61. Hi KK!

I'm in the midst of watching a Twilight Mom parody video. Back in a sec. :)

    ReplyDelete
  62. Tina - Yup! Trying to convince my Rob-lovin SIL to come with me, but she's undecided...I'm sure I'll succeed...I can be very persistent.

    ReplyDelete
  63. Well, luckily the heat here is almost always dry heat. Humid heat just .. yuck.

But still, for a native, I whine and complain the minute the thermometer goes over 78Âş. Seriously! ;-P

So yeah, I would have not been wearing layers today like Rob and his little hoodie girl. So unnecessary!

    ReplyDelete
  64. Bye Ten! Hi Mrs R!!

    ReplyDelete
  65. Love - still haven't got a fixed theatre showing it here, just says cineplex but not which ones. Also they need to translate everything here right.

If it takes to long I'm driving over there in June.

    ReplyDelete
  66. Evening ladies!! Just a quick pop in!! How was everyone's Mother's Day?

    ReplyDelete
  67. Hi A/L.A.!

So what is our provocative topic this evening???

    ReplyDelete
  68. Just read on Spunk Ransom that Rob will be in LA for 3 weeks ... not sure why. That's interesting to me, since he is on such a tight schedule between NM and Eclipse in order to get Remember Me done ...

    ReplyDelete
  69. You'll have to choose one, Mrs R.:)

    ReplyDelete
  70. Hi Kelly!

I just glanced at your profile, and I really like what you had to say about your quest to understand your RP fascination.

    ReplyDelete
  71. Thanks Mrs... the quest continues : )

    ReplyDelete
  72. Stacy - Maybe he'll be "based" in L.A. for 3 weeks going back and forth until NYC? I don't know that for sure, but filming in Vancouver is going to be wrapping up, so he'll probably go back to Cali. I was hoping he'd go back to London before Italy and NYC.

    ReplyDelete
  73. Oh and have y'all heard about the wild fires that have once again popped up in Malibu??? Crazy man...

    ReplyDelete
  74. (oh no, he's coming back? i'm doomed... the Robnetic vibes in the air get me all out of whack.)

    ReplyDelete
  75. A/L.A. Well if you have to be "doomed," having to go by way of Robnetic pull isn't so bad. :D

    ReplyDelete
  76. Yeah A/LA seems like a good way to go.. : )

    ReplyDelete
  77. A/L.A.:

It's funny—I was thinking about why I have been spending inordinate amounts of time on this site (and I have given myself strict instructions to limit my time here this evening—must look well-rested for RP's arrival! ;)).

And I have concluded that I look at Gozde and Dani's posts for RP photos/interviews/news, but that I post comments to get to know you guys better! (I mean, there are only so many different ways you can say that RP is the most all-around attractive guy that ever lived.... ;))

    ReplyDelete
  78. True, True, KK. I'll task you and Mrs. R with writing my epithet. I'd like an old school headstone flanked with little winged cherubs whose faces resemble this:

    http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_3x5C4OBDdQk/SfjqXh7y3BI/AAAAAAAAFyU/IYbXm-jufv8/s1600-h/baby+Rob+on+ET2.jpg

    Gracias.

    ReplyDelete
  79. They did the cast party so that meant they wrapped up that part of the movie, right??? So now he's free to do whatever until he has to go to Italy.

    ReplyDelete
  80. KK- yeah, it sounds like he will be staying in a hotel for three weeks ... must be something to do with Remember Me. So is he done filming in VC then? I can't believe all he'd have left for NM would be Italy ... and that's only scheduled for three days.

I hadn't heard about them filming the ending (bedroom/family meeting/etc) so I figured they had that left to do.

It doesn't seem like he's been in VC long enough to get all that filmed.

    ReplyDelete
  81. Mrs. R. - I agree. This site has become much more than Rob P. for me. I love talking to people on here. It can be almost as addictive as Rob (notice I said almost? :)

    ReplyDelete
  82. Mrs. R, I wonder that like every day.

    ReplyDelete
  83. What's goin' on ladies? Lots of pretty pap pics while I was gone this weekend! I come back all de-Robsessed, sane and norma... and then I see Mr. Insanely Gorgeous just wandering all around Canada and LA spreading his beauty around like a bee pollenating flowers, and I'm waving my petals frantically in his direction once again. He's such a delicious bastard.

    Happy Mother's Day everyone!

    ReplyDelete
  84. That was supposed to be "normal." I come on this site and "normal" ceases to exist.

    ReplyDelete
  85. Kelly - I've tried to figure out why I'm so Robsmacked myself. Never happened to me before with any other celebrity. I wonder if, well aside from his obvious physical beauty (sigh), it's because he seems so much older than his years. Most other young celebs can't hold a candle to Rob's charm, humour and candid behaviour in his interviews. I'm 40...ugh, still getting used to saying that...and I feel like I would be intimidated by his intelligence if ever I were to have any conversation with him.

I've experienced feelings of guilt and thinking was more than a little nuts being so interested in learning more about him...and oh yeah, not to mention ogling at any new photo posted..

    ReplyDelete
  86. Stacy - I think I read that Peter F. said they had filmed the family meeting. I can't remember when that was though.

    ReplyDelete
  87. Okay...so the angle of those photo's does absolutely NOTHING for Robster's nose.

Why must he channel Emperor Palpatine's look?

    Oh yeah...fuckin paps....

Use the force Rob...or at least "Expeliarmus"....

Those rat bastards need to quit following you....

    ReplyDelete
  88. Shani~ Sorry for the late response. About the wildfires. I would freak out if I lived out that way.

    Hey Leann!

    ReplyDelete
  89. Love... our stories are similar.. I've said many times.. his looks.. well let's face it.. what's not to enjoy... but, for me... it was the video interviews during the Twilight Press tour that sucked me in.... listening to him and seeing him.. it's like.. like I was watching the beginning of something really really special and great... it's hard to explain

    ReplyDelete
  90. Mrs. R- So true, saying it over and over again will not make him hotter. We have to talk to each other in order to not loose anymore brain cells.

    ReplyDelete
  91. Jewels - "Why must he channel Emperor Palpatine's look?" HAHAHAHA...that's awesome.

    ReplyDelete
  92. @Leann - "spreading his beauty around like a bee pollenating flowers, and I'm waving my petals frantically in his direction once again. He's such a delicious bastard."

LMAO - how do you come up with this stuff?

    ReplyDelete
  93. Yeah, Leann...you should join the crew of "writers" here!!!

    ReplyDelete
  94. Stacy- scroll up to my post @ 9:39PM--- Rob did leave L.A. today...

    ReplyDelete
  95. Jules on the rampage again! You tell 'em girlie!

KK...I didn't even go on the 'puter. 48 hours internet free. I am reborn. Well, I was. Then my BFF sent me a bunch of pics of Rob and Kristen in the limo together, goodlordyherewego, and then I spent an hour and a half getting caught up here and reading everyone's LA reviews. My other BFF in Des Moines checked the Fleur Cinema's schedule and no LA listed at all. She's down with going, so time to start heckling the theater!

    ReplyDelete
  96. Hell...maybe it's the new Abercrombie "Unabomber" look...what the hell do I know?

I can't even get close to one of those stores in the mall. The freaking curtain of aftershave kills all senses as you walk past them...

    ReplyDelete
  97. Welcome back, Leann!

    ReplyDelete
  98. Don't even get me started on "Hot Slopic"...

    ReplyDelete
  99. Leann - Sounds like you've got a good RP support group surrounding you. Friends don't let friends go without RP...

    ReplyDelete
  100. Lovethelips - you are not alone. I have had a hard time trying to figure out why I am so Robsessed! I'm 32, and I feel silly (sometimes) for being so in lust with a 22 year old! I agree tho, I think a lot of it has to do with him not being at all like other guys his age ... he seems much more mature and put together, not to mention charming and beautiful. I'm just glad I found this blog so I don't feel so out of it!

KK- yeah, I think I read that, now that you mention it. I'm just wondering about the first bedroom scene, where she thinks she's dreaming, etc., and the scene before he leaves, when they're watching R&J and he tells her about his contingency plan if James had killed her. I will be furious if that part is left out ... I can't imagine it would be, since it sets everything up for Italy, but you never know!

    ReplyDelete
  101. Stacy - You are soooo right. No way can they leave that scene out!!

    ReplyDelete
  102. Leann!!! Are you in Des Moines? I'm in Cedar Rapids ... no LA here at all. I thought it was playing somewhere in DM ...

    ReplyDelete
  103. KK- I know. I will cry if they do, lol. After nearly all of my favorite scenes weren't included in Twilight, I am counting on CW getting NM right!

    ReplyDelete
  104. Lovethelips, I really don't know where I get this stuff. The same place Ted Casablunkhead gets his "facts," I think. Somewhere outta my nether regions. Nether reions always seem to come into play with this boy.

*waves at A/LA* Good to be home!

KK, whatchoo talkin bout Willis? Not FANFIC, surely. heeheehee I will say though, still recovering from that tasty smut "The Cottage."

    ReplyDelete
  105. Awwww Stacy...just give in to it...

Come over to the dark side...we have cookies!

Listen, I myself used to question why I loved Robbie so much. I quit chastising myself and I'm sooooo glad I did.

I am a single mother, aged 45, dating not one, but two 22 year olds...God works in mysterious ways and I have never been so freaking satisfied in my life....

    ReplyDelete
  106. Love- Your story is not new here. This is our montra at Robessed: I have never liked, obsessed, or cyberstalked any other celebrity, until Rob.

Bol- I'm glad I live in Dallas. Texas may be wishy washy with the seasons, but burning down homes is hard to handle.

    ReplyDelete
  107. Yay Stacy, I'm so glad you're on here! I saw your comment in another thread about being in Iowa...I'm in Fairfield, about 90 miles south of you. woohoo! *high fives Stace* We both have a long haul to D.M. but Robvador would be soooo worth it.

    ReplyDelete
  108. KK - I must pass on your slogan to my SIL. She shares her computer with her DH who once came across her internet history (which she had no clue how to delete...aaahhh, much to learn young one) She now refuses to come on robsessed (unless I've visited, then she blames it on me :-)) so I have to feed her addiction by copying and pasting pretty much everything here...including everyone's awesome commmentary when necessary!

    ReplyDelete
  109. Amen Jewels!! I found just giving in to it is easier then trying to fight it!

    ReplyDelete
  110. EH ... now Spunk Ransom has pics of him leaving LA and going back to VC, so who knows what the hell he's doing, lol.

    ReplyDelete
  111. Jewels - TWO 22 year olds??? (goes into singing voice) Did you ever know that you're my hero...? You're everything I wish I could be... You must be a truly AWESOME f*cking woman (not to mention those guys are obviously smarter than the average bear...) :)

    ReplyDelete
  112. OMG, Leann, I grew up in Birmingham, just south of Fairfield! That is frickin CRAZY! Talk about a small world!
*High Five!* I would love to trek to Des Moines to see Robvador, but my hubby would prolly put his foot down, lol.

Jewels, I have given in, lol. Can't fight the Robsession! That's awesome that you are dating those 22 year olds, lol. You go!

    ReplyDelete
  113. KK...my life is imitating my art...

I have my own Jasper and Edward and it's freaking sweet...

    ReplyDelete
  114. "curtain of aftershave"....LOL! LOVE it Jules!

KK, I have great enablers, er, friends, who are used to my neuroses, er, whims. *ahem*

I will be 44 on June 5, which I think makes me an official pervert. I have had celebrity crushes since David Cassidy and Donny Osmond in grade school. This is nothing new for me. I can give you a long list. But they're usually musicians, not actors, and it takes a special actor to get me "hooked" on the whole package (yeah I said it!)...I think it helps that Rob is a musician too.

    ReplyDelete
  115. Mad skills ladies...Mad skills will get them every time....

    **winks**

    ReplyDelete
  116. Love - You are the epitome of a good friend!!! I feed my best bud pics/vid links/interviews all the time, especially when she's at work. I like to keep her distracted. :)

    ReplyDelete
  117. Leann! You and me are peas and carrots gurl!!!

We can talk some major old school Tiger Beat action....

    ReplyDelete
  118. I shouldn't talk...I have mad skills with the younger set as well...just sayin'!!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  119. Leann I will be 45 in August.. if you are a pervert what does that make me??YIKES.... Um....

How about experience with greta taste? or experience that tastes great?? hmmmm =D

    ReplyDelete
  120. And as far as the comment of Pervert....

Been there, done that, got the t-shirt when I stood in line with Demi Moore...

    ReplyDelete
  121. DEMI MOORE!!! LMAO @ JEWELS!

    ReplyDelete
  122. Jewels- I ain't mad at yah. You got to get yours...

    ReplyDelete
  123. TIGER BEAT???? Oh, Lord...I loved that mag. I was a Shaun Cassidy fan. Then I moved on to the "Outsiders" guys...then to John Stamos and Rick Springfield...then peaked with Duran Duran. At the highest point of my adoration...I had over 500 pics of Duran Duran on my walls and ceiling. Gawd those were good times. Maybe I could just put one pic of Rob up on my wall....Hell, why not???

    ReplyDelete
  124. KK and A/L.A.:

It's so easy to lose track of time here!

By the way, KK, today I reached 97 pages on my Rob-baiting novel.

I have finally caught up to the very first scene that I wrote—the one that I have put the most thought into composing, and spent the most time painstakingly rewriting.

In this scene, as you might expect, the two main characters—let's call them Mr. P and Mrs. R—are having a VERY heated interaction. Mr. P is quite effusive: he likes to "speak with his hands," if you will, and his lips have a tendency, when he is over-excited, to produce the most impatient, provocative little sounds.

We find Mr. P and Mrs. R completely entangled in an intense debate—ostensibly because they disagree whether or not stagflation is likely to occur, if the U.S. government continues printing currency, now that the dollar is no longer pegged to the gold standard.

At this point, Mr. P tries his best to convince Mrs. R, through persuasive oral arguments...but really drives the point home, through the use of his lovely expressive hands.

*concealing true nature of scene* ;)

    ReplyDelete
  125. Shani...women want to be me...Men just want to do me....

    ReplyDelete
  126. LEANN - I dunno if you saw my last post, but I grew up in Birmingham, just south of Fairfield. Talk about a small world!

    ReplyDelete
  127. KK! My whole dorm room in college was decorated with Harrison Ford and Simon Le Bon!

Hell...I lost my virginity to "Hungry Like the Wolf"....

    ReplyDelete
  128. KK!! DURAN DURAN!! You are my gurl! My friends and I trekked to Philly for Live Aid just becaused they were there!!

    ReplyDelete
  129. Everyone on here has good taste...whether you're 22 or 52. My 30s are great. I plan to continue my outrageously good times into my 40s.

    ReplyDelete
  130. KK - I think I've been in "distracted" mode ever since I found this site...especially after links to "tasty smut" (credit to Leann) like The Cottage...all I could say to my friend when I sent her the link was "Holy effing Mother of Edward!!" I was telling my DH about that yummy piece of FF and he told me to print it out and leave it on his pillow...mmmmmm, that could be fun!

    ReplyDelete
  131. MMUUUUWWAAAAHHHH!!!! *smoooches to my peeps*

    I so love this place.

I realize I have inadvertantly called Jules a pervert because I said this before she admitted to dating TWO 22-year-olds. May I just say, I would do the same thing if I had the opportunity! the last guys I dated were 8 and 6 years younger than me, respectively. Lately I haven't met anyone in any age range that I want to date. But I would, and frankly age ain't nothin' but a number. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

I think we are ALL peas and carrots around here! Did anyone also love the Bay City Rollers? The Hardy Boys? KK, I know you were into Duran Duran...before I knew them by name, I always called John Taylor "Bandana Guy" and lusted him with every bone in my 17-year-old body.

    ReplyDelete
  132. Did it just get hot n here?

    (Mrs. R.... whooosh!!

    ReplyDelete
  133. *chuckle*

    No (other) words... =D

    ReplyDelete
  134. I love how when Rob wears those black shoes the tongue on the right shoe is always sticking out:)

His skin and lips are looking sexy hot as always~yum

    ReplyDelete
  135. Mrs. Robinsane - Oh. My. God. You are hilarious...

Kelly - I was to young to go to Live Aid, but I still have the video I taped. Too bad I don't have a VCR anymore.

Jewels - I so wanted to have Simon's babies :))))))

  136. LOL I loved the "hungry Like the Wolf" comment.

    ReplyDelete
  137. Jewels- Heehee. Is that why your FF is so delicious???

    ReplyDelete
  138. (and I I the only one who loves it when Mrs. R posts her anecdotes and stories? Love Mrs. R. Love!)

  139. Heres a link to Rob at the airport leaving LA today. Ugh- I hate how they refer to him as "Bob the biter". I mean come on - his name is not Bob for gods sake

  140. Leann - Didn't the Bay City Rollers (and their skates) have a TV show? I do remember the Hardy Boys TV show with Shaun Cassidy and Parker Stephenson.

    ReplyDelete
  141. Gosh, can I just say how nice it is tonight to be talking to women closer to my own age...

Thanks gals! Nice to see y'all here!

    ReplyDelete
  142. O God, I once saw Simon LeBon at the airport and he looked like a piece of leather. Too much facelifts and tanning salons. :/

    ReplyDelete
  143. I'm always happy to see people in here closer to my age.. makes me feel like I belong : )

    ReplyDelete
  144. Mrs.R - "...and his lips have a tendency, when he is over-excited, to produce the most impatient, provocative little sounds."

What a beautiful mental picture, with accompanying beautiful sound that creates..

    ReplyDelete
  145. Stacy, yes, I did see that...Birmingham, no way! Small world! I can't believe I found someone so close to home on Robsessed. yay!!! I'm from Burlington originally and just spent the weekend there. BTW, my 8-yr-younger fling lived in CR and I visited him up there a couple of times, but that was back in 2001.

I will throw other crushes out there just for shiz and giggles: Paul Stanley of KISS...Tom Petersson of Cheap Trick...Stewart Copeland, later Sting, of the Police...Jon Bon Jovi (yeah, I know, but I lusted that boy in 1988!)...then I got into a slew of heavy metal guitarists that I will refrain from listing unless anyone give the slightest shiz.

Mrs. R, I am very intrigued with your novel, though I started to drift slightly with the topic of this heated debate...the economyzzzzzzzzzzzz...I'm feeling very low-brow this evening! lol

    ReplyDelete
  146. Leann!

    You're back!

I don't know if you've read over any of the threads from your Lost Weekend (we had quite a spirited conversation, beneath the Kurt Loder Little Ashes review), but I mentioned to KK that my profile is accessible now, if you are still interested. :)

  147. Duran Duran was the first concert I ever saw - my heart belonged to John Taylor... They appeared on A&E today, and I cringed...eek, they're not as easy on the eyes anymore...

    ReplyDelete
  148. xoRobxo...I love how you notice the tongue on Rob's shoe! That is some true Robsessing...I'm disappointed I haven't noticed little anal things like that, because usually that is my forte.

    ReplyDelete
  149. Love- Again, something else that everybody around here have in common. FF helping the sex life with the DH. I don't have one, but I've been here long enough to hear how it has paved the way for happier homes.

    ReplyDelete
  150. Leann~ Give me some heavy metal, sweetie. I'm all ears.

    ReplyDelete
  151. Love.. I'm so greatful that the years have been kinder to me then them : )

    ReplyDelete
  152. I am listening to Rob's favorite song on my iTunes right now....Beside You...having a moment

    ReplyDelete
  153. Leann,

The only thing Mr. P and Mrs. R can agree on, where the economy is concerned, is whether or not the DOW is going down.

    ;)

    ReplyDelete
  154. OMG Leann! You are cracking me up!

    My crushes...hmmmmmm.....

Harrison Ford, James Spader, Andrew McCarthy, Sting, Simon Le Bon...BONO...

    So many men...so little time...

  155. I just realized that I have been sitting here reading this thread and I could be sitting here reading this thread with a glass of wine.

Seriously, for a Pisces I could do better in regards to my liquids. ;) exqueeze me.

    ReplyDelete
  156. Shani~ I don't have a DH either, but I am veryvery curious about FF and its role in my future ahaha.

    ReplyDelete
  157. Mrs. R- Love it...never stop...

    ReplyDelete
  158. A/L.A......

I too am a fellow Pisces!

    LOVE YOU!

    ReplyDelete
  159. Ooooo Jewels must love Pretty in Pink??

    ReplyDelete
  160. Jewels - Andrew McCarthy and his bug-eyed expressions??? I loved him in St. Elmo's Fire.

My only other real celeb crush for the last several years is Kevin Spacey. I love his balding, super-intelligent, deadpan humor ass. Everyone says he's gay but if he is, who cares. When I met him, he just radiated charisma and sex. Mmmmmm...

    ReplyDelete
  161. OK.. well I'll leave you ladies to it.. have a good nite

    ReplyDelete
  162. Bol- Me too, I'm like I hope to hell that...

    ReplyDelete
  163. Thanks for the love, A/L.A.! *xo*

By the way, since we're all feeling so confessional, I am 40.

So I suppose that means, technically, I could have been RP's teenaged mother. But that would have required me to have been engaged in some pretty shocking behavior in high school.

    *corner of mouth twitching slightly*

    ReplyDelete
  164. KK~ I can see that. He's not bad, actually.
I have a thing for Steve Buscemi.

    ReplyDelete
  165. Mrs. Robinsane - Well if you put it out there....I'm 38.

    ReplyDelete
  166. Jules, me too! Same age range here on Robsessed...who wouldathunk? Comforting!

Mrs. R, I will have to check out your profile! I might actually fill mine out one of these days. I am sooo bad about that kind of stuff.

Rob in the airport....still effing hot!!! I probably look like a monkey's ass while travelling.

A/LA - "piece of leather" LMAO!

KK, my BFF loved Nick (sogay) Rhodes...I loved John...we made merciless fun of Simon but we really did heart him.

bolide...lessee...best guitarist I ever saw live was Steve Vai. I was in mad love with George Lynch of Dokken, and later Nuno Bettencourt of Extreme, whom I met a couple of times. Had a short-lived crush on Mark Slaughter for some reason. Adored Dave Navarro, and he called me on the phone once, so still big loove for him even if he is a porn director now! lol

    ReplyDelete
  167. Gotta go to bed...thanks again ladies for the good company. I don't always post, but I'm usually around. Goodnite:-)

    ReplyDelete
  168. Jewels- Oh God yes, Pretty in pink and Sixteen Candles.

    ReplyDelete
  169. Bolide - Steve Buscemi in "Armageddon?"....

"Why do I do this? Because the money's good, the scenery changes and they let me use explosives, okay?"

He was hilarious in that film

    ReplyDelete
  170. Thanks, Shani!

    A/L.A. and Jewels:

I am a Pisces, too! I sense a trend here.

    ReplyDelete
  171. Pretty in Pink pretty much did me in.

So much so I had a really hard time back in the early 90's when I was actually dating a guy named "Blaine."

"Blaine? That's not a name...that's the name of a major appliance..."

    ReplyDelete
  172. Shani~ "that"...my husband is nawwwwwty.

Why do I feel the need to punish my future life mate?

    FF.

    ReplyDelete
  173. Jewels - I just watched "Sixteen Candles" the other day. When all the cars start pulling away after the wedding and Jake is standing there??? Damn...that STILL gets me.

    ReplyDelete
  174. Okay fellow fishies....

    Birthdays please....

Mine is March 6.... I share my birthday with Elizabeth Barret Browning and ...wait for it....Tom Arnold...

    ReplyDelete
  175. Harrison Ford! DIES

BONO!!!! today is his 49th birthday, mad love to my favorite diminutive Irish mad genius!

    (((hugs Jules)))

John Taylor baby *high fives Lovethelips* I never saw DD live though!

I am so friggin' behind per usual. Goood night Kelly, I'm with you, feeling better about finding like-minded and aged peeps here on Robsessed. :)))

    ReplyDelete
  176. Goodnight Love! (Kinda sounds like Goodnight Moon....)

    ReplyDelete
  177. Leann~ I love Kirk Hammond and James Hetfield.

KK~ Hmmm...I would have to go with Steve Buscemi in Ghost World or Airheads. I have a huge, cheesy grin on my face right now. He does this to me.

    ReplyDelete
  178. I love that I'm a Pisces. I don't know why. We're too sensitive.

Leann- When I was around ten, I thought Stuart Copeland was the bomb. I took drum lessons because of him, and discovered I have no musical talent whatsoever.

xoRobxo - Those tongue shoes Rob wears can be purchased at your local Army surplus store.

    ReplyDelete
  179. Bol- A little Dom and Sub action. I'm the Dom...Teehee

    ReplyDelete
  180. KK:

Did you just say that I put out????

    ROB! PAY ATTENTION! ;)

    ReplyDelete
  181. Awhhh Leann~Dont beat yourself up:)
WE are all top ROBobsessors here.

And I must add myself to the people who have never obsessed over a actor until Rob (well except during my teen years)I actually didn't know who Rob was (well I did see him in GOFand thought "hes cute" )until this past September when my sister was reading Twilight. I had seen SM on Good Moring America promoting BD but didn't know anything about the series. I was at my sisters and seen the books setting there and I'm like "your reading those" and she was like "yeah there pretty good" So they sat around for 2 weeks before I picked them up. And that start my Rob obsession. BUT I I truly set Rob apart from Edward. Rob always in the past stated people are interested in him because he plays that character but NO ROB we love you for you not that you played Edward...ok I'm rambling ....

    ReplyDelete
  182. KK...I can watch 16 Candles endless numbers of times. There is no limit. (Thanks for the quote Robvador.) Jake Ryan...how hot is Jake Ryan? LOVE the Thompson Twins song at the end...classic movie moment!

BTW, I always think of John Bender when I am here on Robsessed: "Dememnted and sad, but social." ;)
