Tina... we do not have Winter here. We have a Fall that takes place off and on. Spring lasts a week or so and then it's full force summer no matter the calendar. I say it cooled down because earlier in the week it was in the high 80s. But it's been a cool year so far, which is weird (for here).
I have visited the snow like maybe 2 or 3 times. (shrug) Sorry, I have no concept of living in a place with real seasons.
Just read on Spunk Ransom that Rob will be in LA for 3 weeks ... not sure why. That's interesting to me, since he is on such a tight schedule between NM and Eclipse in order to get Remember Me done ...
Stacy - Maybe he'll be "based" in L.A. for 3 weeks going back and forth until NYC? I don't know that for sure, but filming in Vancouver is going to be wrapping up, so he'll probably go back to Cali. I was hoping he'd go back to London before Italy and NYC.

KK- yeah, it sounds like he will be staying in a hotel for three weeks ... must be something to do with Remember Me. So is he done filming in VC then? I can't believe all he'd have left for NM would be Italy ... and that's only scheduled for three days.
I hadn't heard about them filming the ending (bedroom/family meeting/etc) so I figured they had that left to do.
It doesn't seem like he's been in VC long enough to get all that filmed.

Kelly - I've tried to figure out why I'm so Robsmacked myself. Never happened to me before with any other celebrity. I wonder if, well aside from his obvious physical beauty (sigh), it's because he seems so much older than his years. Most other young celebs can't hold a candle to Rob's charm, humour and candid behaviour in his interviews. I'm 40...ugh, still getting used to saying that...and I feel like I would be intimidated by his intelligence if ever I were to have any conversation with him.
I've experienced feelings of guilt and thinking was more than a little nuts being so interested in learning more about him...and oh yeah, not to mention ogling at any new photo posted..
Love... our stories are similar.. KK...I didn't even go on the 'puter. 48 hours internet free. I am reborn. Well, I was. Then my BFF sent me a bunch of pics of Rob and Kristen in the limo together, goodlordyherewego, and then I spent an hour and a half getting caught up here and reading everyone's LA reviews. My other BFF in Des Moines checked the Fleur Cinema's schedule and no LA listed at all. She's down with going, so time to start heckling the theater!
Lovethelips - you are not alone. I have had a hard time trying to figure out why I am so Robsessed! I'm 32, and I feel silly (sometimes) for being so in lust with a 22 year old! I agree tho, I think a lot of it has to do with him not being at all like other guys his age ... he seems much more mature and put together, not to mention charming and beautiful. I'm just glad I found this blog so I don't feel so out of it!

I'm just wondering about the first bedroom scene, where she thinks she's dreaming, etc., and the scene before he leaves, when they're watching R&J and he tells her about his contingency plan if James had killed her. By the way, KK, today I reached 97 pages on my Rob-baiting novel.
I have finally caught up to the very first scene that I wrote—the one that I have put the most thought into composing, and spent the most time painstakingly rewriting.
In this scene, as you might expect, the two main characters—let's call them Mr. P and Mrs. R—are having a VERY heated interaction. Mr. P is quite effusive: he likes to "speak with his hands," if you will, and his lips have a tendency, when he is over-excited, to produce the most impatient, provocative little sounds.
We find Mr. P and Mrs. R completely entangled in an intense debate—ostensibly because they disagree whether or not stagflation is likely to occur, if the U.S. government continues printing currency, now that the dollar is no longer pegged to the gold standard.
At this point, Mr. P tries his best to convince Mrs. R, through persuasive oral arguments...but really drives the point home, through the use of his lovely expressive hands.
KK - I think I've been in "distracted" mode ever since I found this site...especially after links to "tasty smut" (credit to Leann) like The Cottage...all I could say to my friend when I sent her the link was "Holy effing Mother of Edward!!" I was telling my DH about that yummy piece of FF and he told me to print it out and leave it on his pillow...mmmmmm, that could be fun!

May I just say, I would do the same thing if I had the opportunity! the last guys I dated were 8 and 6 years younger than me, respectively. ReplyDeleteKK- yeah, it sounds like he will be staying in a hotel for three weeks ... must be something to do with Remember Me. So is he done filming in VC then? I can't believe all he'd have left for NM would be Italy ... and that's only scheduled for three days.

It doesn't seem like he's been in VC long enough to get all that filmed.

ReplyDeleteKelly - I've tried to figure out why I'm so Robsmacked myself. Never happened to me before with any other celebrity. I wonder if, well aside from his obvious physical beauty (sigh), it's because he seems so much older than his years. Most other young celebs can't hold a candle to Rob's charm, humour and candid behaviour in his interviews. I'm 40...ugh, still getting used to saying that...and I feel like I would be intimidated by his intelligence if ever I were to have any conversation with him.

My other BFF in Des Moines checked the Fleur Cinema's schedule and no LA listed at all. She's down with going, so time to start heckling the theater!

I agree tho, I think a lot of it has to do with him not being at all like other guys his age ... he seems much more mature and put together, not to mention charming and beautiful. I'm just glad I found this blog so I don't feel so out of it!

I'm just wondering about the first bedroom scene, where she thinks she's dreaming, etc., and the scene before he leaves, when they're watching R&J and he tells her about his contingency plan if James had killed her. I will be furious if that part is left out ... I can't imagine it would be, since it sets everything up for Italy, but you never know!

Listen, I myself used to question why I loved Robbie so much. I quit chastising myself and I'm sooooo glad I did.

I will be 44 on June 5, which I think makes me an official pervert. I have had celebrity crushes since David Cassidy and Donny Osmond in grade school. This is nothing new for me. I can give you a long list. But they're usually musicians, not actors, and it takes a special actor to get me "hooked" on the whole package (yeah I said it!)...I think it helps that Rob is a musician too.

By the way, KK, today I reached 97 pages on my Rob-baiting novel.
I have finally caught up to the very first scene that I wrote—the one that I have put the most thought into composing, and spent the most time painstakingly rewriting.
In this scene, as you might expect, the two main characters—let's call them Mr. P and Mrs. R—are having a VERY heated interaction. Mr. P is quite effusive: he likes to "speak with his hands," if you will, and his lips have a tendency, when he is over-excited, to produce the most impatient, provocative little sounds.
We find Mr. P and Mrs. R completely entangled in an intense debate—ostensibly because they disagree whether or not stagflation is likely to occur, if the U.S. government continues printing currency, now that the dollar is no longer pegged to the gold standard.
At this point, Mr. P tries his best to convince Mrs. R, through persuasive oral arguments...but really drives the point home, through the use of his lovely expressive hands.

I realize I have inadvertantly called Jules a pervert because I said this before she admitted to dating TWO 22-year-olds. May I just say, I would do the same thing if I had the opportunity! the last guys I dated were 8 and 6 years younger than me, respectively. Lately I haven't met anyone in any age range that I want to date. But I would, and frankly age ain't nothin' but a number. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.
I think we are ALL peas and carrots around here! Did anyone also love the Bay City Rollers? The Hardy Boys? KK, I know you were into Duran Duran...before I knew them by name, I always called John Taylor "Bandana Guy" and lusted him with every bone in my 17-year-old body.

Had a short-lived crush on Mark Slaughter for some reason. Adored Dave Navarro, and he called me on the phone once, so still big loove for him even if he is a porn director now! lol

And I must add myself to the people who have never obsessed over a actor until Rob (well except during my teen years)I actually didn't know who Rob was (well I did see him in GOFand thought "hes cute" )until this past September when my sister was reading Twilight. I had seen SM on Good Moring America promoting BD but didn't know anything about the series. I was at my sisters and seen the books setting there and I'm like "your reading those" and she was like "yeah there pretty good" So they sat around for 2 weeks before I picked them up. And that start my Rob obsession. BUT I I truly set Rob apart from Edward. Rob always in the past stated people are interested in him because he plays that character but NO ROB we love you for you not that you played Edward...ok I'm rambling ....
