And Rob sexy hair? Uhm yeah. Gotta love a guy who's not afraid to mess his hair up. I hate those guys that don't want you to touch their hair because they've stood in the mirror, gelling it to perfection for an hour.
The baby pics bother me cuz i'm wondering who in the hell released them! Those should be private, family photos - not for the world to see unless Rob authorizes it. And my guess is that either a close family friend or his actual family leaked these. That's a damned shame.
I hate to say that i'm starting to become more uncomfortable with all of this by the day. Yesterday, those ice cream photos really, really bothered me. And now these baby pix. He's a human being, not an object. And viewing these private photos is making me feel like i'm contributing to his objectification. Blargh!

Yes, RPaddict I wonder too how he gets into character with all of that around him, you can even see that in between takes he couldn´t stay outside the doors because the extras were slowly approaching.. and then in the scene were he had to strip, when he was waiting for Chris, you can see him walking kind of nervous. He seems very shy to be striping, we know that form his interviews when he had to do Dali and we can se a glimpse here (I assume in smaller scale than the previous) it makes me wonder, how is that shyness visible mixes with the “wild” description CH mentioned?
I'm going back for seconds maybe thirds..we are being so spoiled these past two weeks and we still have the MTV awards with Rob in the second row. He's going to get a lot of air time. I have shivers.

ReplyDeleteyeah, I think I'm pretty grounded too, despite occasional lapses into fangirl levels of hysteria (I'm not gonna lie... I liked the shirtless pictures!) I'm just hoping it will all die down a bit when he starts shooting no-Twi movies. Right now, it's the combination of female adoration + Twilight hysteria that makes it lethal for him.

ReplyDeleteyes, I do agree, ERW and Kristen are quite similar - so in the end I'm still rooting for them to bring in someone new. I think the girl is supposed to be attractive in a cute kind of way, and maybe a bit on the spunky side.
I just hope they stay away from the Rossum girl... nothing personal, she's just a bit too sickly sweet for me.

And while new moon is THE highly anticipated sequel, Remember me could be less of a hot topic... or not. We'll see.
I am thankfull for daily news, but Rob is on the verge of overexposure, things need to slow down.
He also needs at least one "good" movie too.
Which is why I am so happy about all those non-twilight projects, they all seem pretty interesting, something good should come out of one of them at least! (I am optimistic, I hope for all of them to be good!)

no Showme, I stopped going to the movies for a couple of years and have just started picking back the habbit this year... It's weird cause I used to see like 2 movies a week 10 years ago, then I took something like a 7 years break at least. I have a lot of catching up to do.

The Polish actress looks lovely—but also appears, in my opinion, to be older than RP (if that even matters, in terms of this role).
ReplyDeleteIf the field were opened up to international actresses, I'm sure there is a plethora of them we've never heard of in the U.S., who would be young, talented, and beautiful enough for the part.
It would actually be nice to be introduced to a new face, since it becomes a bit tiresome and unconvincing, seeing the same American actresses constantly rehashing the same types of characters.

ReplyDeleteAgreed! I believe a lot of older RP followers are aware of his multi-faced (?) personality... but since the media (and cast?) are only aware of the teens and tweens, and not the multi-aged following, why would they know about this?
I find it slightly worrying that the're about to start shooting RM and haven't cast the female part yet. To me it says that they haven't found anybody 'inspiring' enough, and that they'll end up settling for someone so-so (Rossum?) for lack of time. Hope I'm wrong though!

ReplyDeleteYes, RPaddict I wonder too how he gets into character with all of that around him, you can even see that in between takes he couldn´t stay outside the doors because the extras were slowly approaching.. and then in the scene were he had to strip, when he was waiting for Chris, you can see him walking kind of nervous.

Mech- he must be able to compartmentalize some how. I did read that when he had to say his lines for this scene that CW had the extras sent to lunch and two big trucks pull up to block the view.It sounds like CW knows his actors and does what he can to hlp with the performance. Sounds like a smart man.
