  1. Is that a new picture of Mr. Oregano? He's looking pretty good. Maybe he is stepping up his game.

  5. I heard the best friend part is HILARIOUS. It would be great if they played best buds. Or enemies, whatever...Yes, good for Oregano. He looks good in that photo.

  6. Leann, just my thought! Seems like the pattinsonlook, if you can call it like that, is spreading ;-)

  7. Now this would be interesting but hey good for Kristin's boy :-D. Now if we could just know who the female lead would be in this movie I'd be happy lol

  8. ha ha

now, if I hear that the leading female is going to be KStew ... I will die laughing ...

    *just kidding*

  9. Well, life and style isn't exactly reliable, but we'll see.
It could be the first movie I'd see with Oregano then, I heard that he's good though.

@ margot: If only Kstew wasn't that busy... LOL

  10. @ anna
I'm paranoid, I know ... it could turn into Big Brother

  11. well, it would make sense to hire Kstew from a press coverage point of view: free constant advertizement by Ted and Cie...

Luckily, it's not going to happen!

  12. hahahaha right the funniest bullshit I've read today. it's from Life&Style, enough said. but it'd be funny if Kristen's friend got the part. seems he's really desperate.

  13. srsly people will believe whatever they want to believe as long as it's what they want to hear. convenient much eh?

  14. Umm, I think that's Michael Angarano, and not Oregano.

They are both handsome. I've like Michael ever since Sky High. That was such a cute movie.

Thank you for pointing out Michael's real last name. My apologies. My only excuse is that I guess I saw the other name so much that to type it was automatic. I have nothing against the actor. I have only seen his work on Will & Grace.

  17. Oregano is kind of a pet name for him on this blog, no disrespect is meant to him. I liked Sky High too,the first time I saw it, now my son has watched it so many times that I could probably recite it word for word.

  19. That photo of Oregano is old from back in the day. We saw how he looks now when he was with Kris that last time. His hair is shorter and darker.

We should have known that the rivalry thing would pop up sooner or later. Hell, it could be true because there will always be a lot of the same actors going up for similar roles. That's the nature of the beast. So few roles for a large number of actors.Rob got it not only for his name recognition,
but because he is more talented. There is no competion when you have those things on your side...nuff said.

  20. I think it would be funny if the two started hanging out together and became great friends a big "Ha in your face to all the gossip mongers", but more than likely it would be.....
Kstew out of the picture, Oregano and Pattinson new romance together...or something stupid like that.
I think Oregano looks good in this pic, even standing next to his royal gorgeousness, Rob.

  21. And as far as Michael copying Rob's "style," half the guys I teach at the college dress like Rob with the funky t-shirts, flannels, sometimes a beanie...I doubt they are all copying Rob! :)))))))

  22. Dani/Goz: I know the nickname has become ubiquitous on the web, but I find it disrespectful to MA/KS and even RP to not use Angarano's real name. It's dismissive and just feeds the speculation, which I think we're all trying to fend off on this board. After all, there is no MA/RP contest, right?!

  23. Wow, could look ANYMORE ALIKE???

    ReplyDelete
  24. COULD THEY LOOK ANYMORE ALIKE!!!

  25. I did not meant any disrespect using "Oregano".
Then maybe we should also stop with Rpatz, Kstew, Tomstu (the shiteous nikes, the fugly BBJ)... To me, those were sort of endearments even.
Or do you feel that it's just dismissive in Angarano's case? I think the issue is more that some people dismiss him (his status).
Then again, if it's really a problem, I don't mind using his name either.

  26. The people in question have said they dislike nicknames like Kpatz and Kstew, and who can blame them? But you're right Anna, those 2 are usually used as endearments.

"Oregano" is never used in a positive light, as was the case again here. Don't think this guy deserves all the cr@@ being heaped on him on other sites. Rob can be praised without tearing other people down, and I personally don't see the interest in reducing people to caricatures. Just my pet peeve... don't mean to rant!

  27. I agree that Angarano gets a lot of crap (wether he is pictured as the victim of supposed betrayal, or as Summit's secret agent to cover up the unavoidable truth *sarcasm*). I really feel sorry for the guy, whatever turns out to be true in the end... He has had to put up with his fair share like Kristen and Rob.

  28. LoL. Oregano's was in that
jackie chan movie where he was the only white guy who got transported to ancient China. Movie's called "the forbidden kingdom".

  29. Dig said: "Kristen´s Boy is looking yummy... Good for him!" I would say, good for HER!!! Yes, he is ok...

The funny thing for me is that the pictures don´t show that Rob is so much taller ~ He is taller,... and hotter... for sure...

  30. The idea of those two working together would def be ironic. I donno if M.A. 's funny though. Is he funny?

  31. Good point KK. Pendleton seems to be the brand of choice for the young boho crowd, US and abroad.

  32. MA played also (apart from THe Forbidden Kingdom) in Lords of Dogtown (with Heath Ledger) and he was very good, he can dance and his parents have some kind of Dance Sudio (don't remember details) and he of course played in that film with 13yo KStew ... "Speak" I suppose, where they met
I don't remember but I think he played in some "dancing movie" ... it should be on IMDB
all in all, he is a recognizable actor and I think a nice person, proof = KStew loves him and prefers him to RP
    A-men

PS... anyway I find Oregano funny not offensive ... but who I am to judge ...

    ReplyDelete
  33. I really liked Forbidden Kingdom and I´m not a fan of martial arts films.
Michael Angarano is a very good actor IMHO
I just think he should work more...

    ReplyDelete
  34. Sara - He has two films in post-production right now, so he has been working.

    ReplyDelete
  35. Even though the source is Life & Style they could be right. The script for Memoirs/Remember Me describes two friends Aiden and Tyler who are college buddies in the film. We know that Rob is playing Tyler and I bet Michael is reading for the Aiden part. If Michael gets the part maybe that would put a damper on all of the Robsten rumors?

    ReplyDelete
  36. I've seen most of Michael Angarano's work and really liked him in "Forbidden Kingdom." I think he'd be good as Rob's friend in "Remember Me." The only prob with that would be the gossip triangle would start again.

Also, I don't get this idea either (as KK said) about people copying Rob. His dress style is typical of so many guys his age. I include the mean comments about Zac and Joe dressing like Rob. Who cares? Rob will always stand out no matter what he is wearing.
