I am also annoyed that Kristen was nominated and not Rob - but in all fairness, I actually thought she was really good as Bella. And while Rob completely dazzled me as Edward (duh), I don't think it's his strongest performance to date.

Thing is I feel great voting for Rob as breakthrough, because twilight really is his breakthrough role... While I would have felt weird voting for him against for instance Christian Bale or Rob Downey Jr.

ReplyDeleteFor me, I had to log in and log back out of my browser (Firefox) for it to work. I voted for Best Breakthrough Male and then Best Movie - and I noticed Best Male Breakthrough was still checked.
Then when I logged off I voted for best Movie first and I noticed Best Breakthrough Male was unchecked...

ReplyDeleteI am so bummed. Of course, we know Rob's the best, but we're supposed to be letting him - and the rest of the world - know we support him. Quite a few Rob fans must have neglected to vote for the nominations or he would have had it made. There's not a lot we can do for him, but this was one thing we should have been able to pull off.
