i can't wait to see some Rob in Remember Me..i really believe he'll come into his own. it's amazing how different he is in his movies...he totally embodies the characters. even his facial expressions. i think he's gonna go far. unlike kristen, she seems sweet and all but the characters i've seen her play look just like her in her interviews. the expressions and body language. it's like she's always playing herself, unfortunately. but i have to admit that i haven't seen cake eaters yets.
@ jolibrat: Kristen made the same impression on me. Some scenes in Twilight she did very nicely, e.g. her face when he tells her in the restaurant he can't stay away from her any longer. But there are other scenes when her body language is just not up to the character and doesn't react to him like someone who is in love. "I just don't believe her character is in love with him", is what my friend said, when we watched the film again on dvd the other day.
Whereas Rob ... well, I don't want to repeat myself. I've praised his facial expressions and body language often enough.
@Phos - yup..K's body language, laughs and sighs are just like watching her in interviews. she doesn't seem to take on the character well and i wasn't impressed at all with her in Twilight. Rob's the one who piqued my curiosity. and he goes all out - hermitting himself in Oregon for 2 months before filming...he really throws himself in there.
i saw Haunted Airman and i thought the story sucked, and the directing and writing sucked but, wow, you just forget it's Rob playing that part. interesting...his accent was different than i'd heard before and the mannerisms and expressions were different too...he was Toby, not Rob.
He's gonna be someone to really keep an eye on, the media is underestimating him.

It's his performance that makes watching this film worthwile. And I just love his British accent and would love to see him playing a character from the British upper-class.

I confess I haven't even watched the video yet. The new banner caught my eye and I had to comment.
I loved the old banner, smokin' hot with Rob smoking. However, this is not a complaint! I repeat, not a complaint. The new banner is just as awesome in it's own way. Adorable pics with Rob looking totally mischievous mixed with pics that say, "I'm too sexy for my clothes, take them off of me". I have no idea who the creative person is who makes the banners, but I totallly appreciate your talents.
Ok now that I'm semi thinking again. My curiosity is killing me as to who he's looking at in the oscars footage at the end of Bad Things..
I've watched the footage over and over and still no answers.. I have so many questions I want to ask him..and no none of them consist of being bitten. It would be a delve into his mind..
