I have goosebumps, I couldn't sit still watching it and got teary eyed.

That gave me chills. Especially the ending. The quote they used in it is one of my favorites from New Moon. "Forbidden to remember, terrified to forget." Gah! Love it! I can't wait.

ReplyDeleteMarna the only part that I saw that wasn't 'Official" was the cliff jumping scene. That was a sunny tropical cliff if you look at the color of the water and it is something I have never seen in the NM stuff that has come out.
ReplyDeleteAs for the rest of it I recognize all of the sweet NM goodness that has come out, very well done in splicing things together I thought it was very cohesive.
I'm not sure about the "official" footage. The scene showing Alice's eyes definitely is from the Twilight movie.
ReplyDeleteNo info for the moment, but in France there will be a exclusive new trailer on the 12th of August, in the theaters, after a teenage movie with Zac Efron (I'm not sure it's him).

Haystackhair - I watched E!News and it was all stuff I had seen before and the segment was only like a minute long. So unless there was something on a different show, you didn't miss anything.

ReplyDeleteit was Stephenie talking about how some music really told the story of New Moon, and looks like there was a panel where she was talking to the audience about it and the lead singer of the group (I think it was Blue October) was there doing some acoustic versions of the songs. Only one I remember was their song "Hate Me" was what she had in her head when she wrote the Edward/Bella breakup scene.
Other than that, they commented on Rob landing at LAX and that was about it.
Looking forward to the new trailer! Not going to see Bandslam but I'm sure it'll hit YouTube shortly after the movie ;) I enjoy the spoilers and need some new footage, lol!

All that footage was really good the way she put it together. I didn't like the official one that much but after seeing this, I'll be watching this one more and more than I will ever watch the official one.
