At least we know he's alive! We're so used to seeing him every day that a Robless week goes by and it's like a week with no sunshine. I squeeed when I saw the Robward pics yesterday but was too tired to comment on 'em yesterday! (Hope today is less stressful)
It was used in NY when Rob was in the "beaten up" make up (to avoid "spoilers")
Spade (like Coulter, in NYC) is probably using this tactic to make an effort to keep the "look" of Eclipse undercover until HE wants to leak it.
Futile? probably. The paps are like pitbulls and will go to ANY lengths to be the "first" with photos. (You would not believe some of the things I heard and witnessed in NYC this summer)

You've heard of "Where's Waldo"? Where's Rob? LOL Well, he's legs were sexy!! I don't mind the bodyguards, they are doing their job. Yeah, let's hope a better job then in NYC but in all fairness I don't think anyone expected that sort of chaos, not even Rob himself.
Dang, that's some superior BGing going on there! Usually, my Robdar can zero in on him in a cast of thousands, but I had to slomo the vid to even find him. Glad to see it though. If I could slog thru New Moon trying to get to Edward, I can put up with the drought of '09. Just have to look forward to seriously mainlining Robward when it's done.
rob is the star and the big money maker so he is on a higher level than the other cast,his status is above other cast....and did you guys listen to the audio? i love when the lady said 'umbrella broken' lol and they all started to laugh and the other lady asked 'who was it' and they all said together 'rob pattinson' that was to funny lol they sound very happy.
Does any one think the leaks of the photos are a bit staged? For 2 weeks we did not see pics and now poof there are pics??? Even pics of a closed set. Publicity?? I have a feeling that the sudden appearance of Rob and cast has been deliberate.

IMO, rob is being covered so that the fans hanging out dont see him and start the screaming and also so tha pappz dont get any pics of him in edward makeup. i did notice the other cast just walking by, they actually look back at the man behind the umbrella too. it still would freak me out if every move i made was shadowed by either fans or photographers.
Lol, Kate! Not a whole 'pile' to see but here it is! Thanks for giving us the Rob updates, this satiates my soul and definitely takes me out of my Robpression.
To Robsessed's ladies, I'm in the midst of another banner creation. I'll try to have it by tonight.
@Ana73 ~ I agree. The poor guy can't do or go anyplace without someone taking a pic or worse yet shoving a camera in his face. I'd hide too if that was me!!
Was there really the need for an umbrella - I thought this was a "closed" set?! Maybe it was to keep the sun off Rob's pale vampire complexion.
