"Twilight" stars Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner will appear on the show to debut an exclusive expanded trailer for "New Moon," the second film in Summit Entertainment's vampire saga.

The film's first trailer was debuted during this year's MTV Movie Awards, and now the 26th annual VMAs are shaping up to be another bonanza for devoted Twilighters. On the day of the show, MTV.com will debut the first single off the "New Moon" soundtrack, the Death Cab for Cutie tune "Meet Me on the Equinox." Based the second book in Stephenie Meyer's supernatural series, "New Moon" is set for release on November 20, while the soundtrack drops on October 13.
The 2009 MTV Video Music Awards will take place September 13 at 9 p.m. ET

ReplyDeleteOn Monday, Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson were in “Florida” at a beach house with “Bella’s” mother played by Sarah Clarke. Sarah left Vancouver yesterday after completing her scenes.
Billy Burke who plays the father is still in town, tweeting about rehearsals, and hanging out with his girlfriend (?) and child. All filming on set this week take place at Bella’s house (on a sound stage) so Billy has been shooting with a busy Kristen Stewart.
My sources tell me exclusively that scenes include: “Bella” reading “Jacob’s” letter, Bella and Jacob and their angsty discussions, “Edward” telling Bella he’ll always love her and that she will always be “his” , and Bella hanging out with “Angela” (played by Christian Serratos) and they talk about boys and Bella’s Edward/Jacob love triangle.

Well I am a twi-fan a bigger Rob fan but I really did enjoy the books brought back my teen years and my first real love & heartbreak and honestly made me appreciate my husband more **side note this does not in anyway affect my love for Rob =))hahaha**

I am also very excited to see Rob even if it is filmed it will be new!!! As for seeing more Jacob well the book makes him the leading the man for this one soo it comes with the territory I am just glad that Chris Weitz saw it the same way I did in that she not only heard Edward she saw him as well which makes him more in the movie than not..
Any Rob is better than no Rob and I would rather see him this way then caught by naggin papz..

ReplyDeleteOMG, Wide Awake is the BEST! It's long, 52 chapters, I;m on my 2nd go around because it's so good. I laughed & cried through it, as well as some of the most sensual stuff on print. Yikes!

ReplyDeleterpattzgirl- Wide Awake is my favorite too, for fanfiction. I enjoy reading them as long as they stick to the fiction characters, I stumbled on a few which use the real Rob and Kristen and after a few lines left quickly. I'm probably in the minority here, but fanfiction using the real people(actors) really makes me uncomfotable, I feel as if he and Kristen are being exploited and degrated in the worse way. Just thinking, if I were to read hot/sex exploits where someone was using my real name with people I knew I'd be mortified and hire a lawyer. Just saying...I feel very embarassed for poor Rob.

ReplyDeleteRemember back to the days of Remember Me when we got to see tons of pic/vids of Rob basically every day and there were so many paps on set that we could practically piece together the movie on our own with their footage if we wanted to? And then Rob went to shoot Eclipse and poof! he's pretty much disappeared. So here is my issue. They are both Summit films yes? And clearly Summit known how to keep the set pretty much closed and protect Rob since they've done is so well on the Twilight movies, I guess I am just wondering why they did not feel the need to protect the set of Remember Me as much.
And while I'm glad Rob has more privacy now, I am not going to lie and say that I don't miss the glorious pics of Rob on set nearly every day...a lot.
The awards are in NYC, so I really wouldn't be surprised to see the intro taped. Could go either way.

jaime - IMO summit didn't think the fans would come out for this movie too, i think they thought that it was an "edward Cullen" obsession not Robert Pattinson. But when they saw what was going on they should have done something sooner. Twilight is the "cash Cow" and they are keeping that under wraps as tight as they can. as far as the cast on lock down, i dont believe it, i just think they are tired of all of the pappz and everyone asking for autographs, i think they are keeping a downlow to have a little peace, but all this is just my opinion :))

I've read this story 4 times already just because there is no other Rob news or pictures. I am a sad, pathetic woman. Where is all the Rob stuff? Is the set under heavy guard or something? They have to leave the hotel sometime. Where are the interviews for New Moon? It's being released in 2 months, shouldn't there be some promo somewhere? Somebody give me SOMETHING!!!!!
