This video is very good! I'm undecided about the song-dude CANNOT sing-I'm sorry-but the vid is good. The clips from the movie are very fitting with the song, and it's quite haunting. Robward looks ethereally gorgeous as always! The long overcoat is rockin. ;)
BTW-No, I didn't miss Jacob so much, and I'm def Team Edward 100% too, but I'm also def not anti Taycob. He's an integral part of this and the rest of the books-lest we forget. Taylor is also the heart of this series. He worked very hard to remain as Jacob. He loves these movies, and is great with the press. I'm not trying to start anything, but I'm just saying.
Oooh, I had a mini heart attack when Edward walks out of the treeline toward Bella in the meadow near the begining! The moving shadow with the band in the video is pretty cool. Still, I'm not too keen on the the song yet either.
Rpaddict, I am right there with you. After watching Meet me on the Equinox- Music Video, I breathed a sigh of relief that we were able to get some Bella and Edward without Jacob.
I recognize Jacob for the plot device that he is, to give Bella a “choice”, to stir up the jealousy juices in Edward, and in a way to show Edward and Bella how much they mean to each other, but I am not a fan of the character. Nothing against Taylor, I think the kid is alight.
New Moon is my least favorite of the books, except for the Edward and Bella reunion at the end, I am not looking forward to the the middle of the movie which will be Jacob heavy. For the first time, I am looking forward to the end of a movie. LOL. The end means finally seeing Edward in the flesh, rather than visions.
Is it me or did the song sound better bc of the video? You know how sometimes greats sounds turn to shit when the video sucks? Could this be the reverse "reaction"? I'm wondering if it's just bc of Rob or if my theory has some plausibility.
Yeah, I hope all of the hype for the movie isn't disappointing to us Robward fans. When he is all we want to see and he's not there.............wilt thou leave me so unsatisfied!?
I'm not diggin' the song either. I love YOU ARE MINE by Mute Math - that would have been a GREAt song for New Moon. I love Mute Math - Spotlight was an AWESOME song.
After listening to Rob's playlist on iTunes.......he's got a lot of soul brother in him......I bet he dances well - would love to see him cut lose....... I heard he started dancing backstage to Beyonce's Single Lady. THAT would have been awesome to see.
Too bad none of Rob's songs are on NM - hope Eclipse will have some. Wonder what this new director is like.
The was f**cking amazing. All Bella and Robward...absolutely gorgeous and I'm now really loving that song. Oh I can't wait to see this movie!! I've not been around much on the boards - EP has held me spellbound - can't stop reading!!

Not a fan of the Equinox song. Maybe it will grow on me. I enjoyed all the songs on the Twilight CD, was hoping that the New moon soundtrack would be the same. Sigh. Still debating whether or not to pre-order the album on Itunes, or wait until it is released and pick and choose songs I might like.

Haha... This is crazy.. I've been listening to this band for years before they got "big" from the OC. It's so strange to see them alongside Twi stuff. Not one of their best songs, but eh, it fits the movie I guess.

I loved the video, and all the new moon clips with it. I was trying to figure out where everything would fit in the movie and I get the part in the meadow...but then it looks like bella is in the "meadow" again but shes wearing something different.
i love this video, it is totally fit to E/B relationship in newmoon.i know many jacob fans are disappointed cos jacob missing in it but i think it really done right.in my opinion new moon is about losing someone we love and how we deal and live through the dark time include having someone like jacob to relieve the pain. i just dont get it when jacob fans keep say that newmoon is JAcob's book, i think the whole series is all about Bella and all her relationship.

Not really in love with the song, & I don't think it's going to be associated with NM the way Decode immediately makes you think of Twilight.
