People chill out!! First of all for two days he is in constant movement. He has been to 2 countries in 48 hours and he has been very busy. I think that last night the red carpet event was followed by a conference and a party. So when was he supposed to have time to cut his hair?!! Secondly I think he is not allowed by contract cu cut it. Maybe it is just flat as it was in Paris. I don't really think he had time to sleep last night. Let's just wait for better quality photos and see. :)
