Ok, I'd like to personally, gratefully thank the individual who recommended 'La canzone della Bella Cigna' a week or so ago on Twitter. I'm sorry I don't remember who you are! (but I'm fairly certain it was someone on this blog).
It was my first time EVER reading fan fic...I am almost finished and my head nearly exploded several times. I've purposely avoided them - spending enough of my day on this blog as it is! But now I finally see what all the fuss is about after hearing you all rave about fanfic for the past year.
I love these portrayals so much, I'm actually fearful to read any other stories as to taint the memory of these beautifully developed characters as they swirl around in my brain intermingled with the regular twilight versions...they mesh so perfectly.
Anyway, thank you, I think, for keeping me up the last two nights as I spontaneously combusted.

What characteristics do you share with your character? 4. How do you feel about being a part of the twilight saga? 5. Which character would you like to play besides yours? 6. Are you scared of being only seen as Edward? 7. What is the most original/unique thing you have received from a fan? 8. Do you ever meet fans that are too passionate/agressive?
That is a hard question to give 5 answers to - I was thinking of what I'd say before I watched it and couldn't come up with but 2 answers and they weren't as good as his. Yes, he seems very polite.
Yup, kind of strange for a guy who seriously claimed to never have broken up with a girl - they always broke up with him because after all, he is an idiot (NOT). I think he answered these off the cuff and not from any personal experience. Whatever, he can say anything he wants, 'cause I could listen to his voice ad nauseum and still want to hear more. Any hints to when he's finally getting out of LA and going home? Is Kristen still MIA? I think she's probably clever (foxy) enough to know how to get out w/o attracting attention.
I was wondering if we could have a regular thread on fanfic - seems quite a few of you read it and would like to know what's out there.
I started reading fanfic a few months ago, and I honestly feel that some of it is better than Stephanie Meyer's books - probably because it explores Edward and Bella's relationship in great depth - oh and some it's steamy too, ha ha!
I can't get my read round the FanFiction.net website....
My favourite writing is My Yes, My No which is absolutely beautifully written and very moving - I have been known to cry. I've read it quite a few times.
Can anyone recommend any more good ones? I also love Let Your Light Shine and a Life Extraordinary.
