So yesterday we told you that Rob & Emilie were rumoured to have a done a photoshoot for Vogue magazine. Today there's a bit more to add to the story.
Gossip Cop can confirm that Robert Pattinson and his “Remember Me” co-star Emilie de Ravin shot a spread for Vogue yesterday in Los Angeles.
Pattinson and de Ravin posed for a number of photos in different exhibition spaces throughout the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA).
Much of the shoot took place in cordoned off areas before LACMA opened to the public at noon.
The photos are slated to run in Vogue’s March “Power Issue,” which hits newsstands just about three weeks before the release of “Remember Me.”
Emilie de Ravin’s rep confirmed to Gossip Cop that details of yesterday’s museum shoot were “accurate.”

Can't wait to see these photos leaked on the internet. And the outtakes too. Rob will look so hot in a suit. But he will be in his Tyler mode. So it will be interesting to see the interaction with Emilie. I loved Emilie in Roswell she played the bitchy-intervening-third wheel- man stealing very well. I hated her character so much and that showed she is a damn good actress. She did her job very well. Her LOST character was alright, but it never gave her the range to show off her acting skills I thought.
ReplyDeleteShani, I so agree. I HATED her in Roswell. When it was announced that she was in Remember Me I was not happy. Then I thought about why I was not happy. It is because of Roswell. Which as you said, must make her a good actress. So I got over it. Know I look forward to seeing her in this. Her scenes in the trailer look good.

ReplyDeleteAnd do we really need to pit Kristen and Emilie against eachother like bulldogs? lol Seriously, they are both beautiful gals, and they make nice arm candy on Robert. The vanity fair shoot from '08 was gorgeous with R/K and this Vogue shoot most likely is gonna be amazing with E/R too.
ps: yeah, its DEFINITELY a big deal. Now the next question will be if they get a cover or not. I'm thinking probably not, because Remember Me is not big enough and it's definitely a Remember Me shoot. But here's to crossing our fingers, that would be amazing.

he sells magazines better than anyone, I am sure his cover was the bestseller 2009 for VF. fingers crossed for Vogue, but they never put men on the cover so that would be unique.

I would be so ecstatic if they got the cover! the only thing that would make me think no is that a) it really deviates from the classic Vogue covers b) Twilight's his claim to fame, not remember me c)Twilight fans will buy the magazine, no matter whether it's a cover or not. But God, if HB can put up that prom picture cover of Robert and Kristen shamelessly, so can Vogue with Roberto and Emilie!lol

'cause for many years to come, he's gonna work with ALOT of them; those of his generation and those who are older. Oh yeah...
Hollywood is going to pair him up with alot of actresses who are older than him? Why? Because he looks more mature than his tender years and he's got the screen presence to hold his own against seasoned actors AND you can bet your last nickel that they're lining up to work with him. Everyone always wants a piece of the 'new kid in town.'
It's already begun with Uma Thuman (39/40?) and Kristen Scott Thomas (almost 50).

I just hope Rob's heartthrob status does not cost him respect in the years ahead. I would like him to see him recognized by the Academy as a fine actor and not just as a sex symbol.
