OT: So Anna didn't win her GG.:-( Better luck next time. But Monique did. YAY!! She really did deserve that win. Her role as Precious mom was so brilliant and heartbreaking.
Apart of her speech she talked about how her husband and her use to talk about being stars one day when they were 14. He said "you first". How amazing is that when people have that premonition at a young age and it comes true. It's like a self fulfilling prophecy. And I was just talking about this to my Robsessed friends. How Rob became an actor wasn't that, but all these weird coincidences. His daddy telling him to talk to those cute girls that came from acting class. That's when he started acting. He was about to give up acting and saw Into The Wild that starred Kristen. He had a crush on her and CH called wanting him to audition for Twilight. He was the last to audition. He had this amazing connection with Kris. He did Twilight. And now is a huge international leading man of HW. It's just crazy how some people lives turn out. While others work their asses off and still get no where. Life is so weird.

I'm watching the GG's. Taytay only Twi person there, but that's OK. Just saw Avatar today. Amazing experience. Waiting to see if it wins. No RM trailer (sad face), BUT saw a preview for The Lightning Thief and long-haired Pierce Brosnan looks quite yummy in it (and way younger than he does in RM).
And yes, great job on this video! I do think fans often make better trailers than the studios do! There was one for NM---Miranda's Apologize (so good it was removed for copyright violation). Sometimes, it just seems the studios cut/paste weird scenes together without any thought to content/context.
CL, I agree, GG were not that great. Couple of surprises... Ricky G was ok host, not great, but not bad..
Tay-Tay looked nervous, but he did ok...
Femroc, I know, I miss Rob too, but this drought is nothing compared to last year...it was worse... We probably won't see much if at all until RM promos start, unless a fan or pappz catches him. He's in rehearsals now... So who knows? Unless we get a glimpse at the Haiti telethon... but don't know if he can participate...
