Holy Hell! That first one is maybe the best Bel Ami wallpaper I've seen. He really does look like he could have stepped out of the 19th century. Which is what made him so perfect for Edward Cullen.
Then the second one? HOLY MOTHER OF... I am simply running out of words to describe the indescrible beauty of that face.
Rob? Couldn't you have been a prick or something so that I hate you? But NOOOOOOOO...you gotta be as pretty on the inside as you are on the outside.
GAH! I loved all of them... Hum... But the one in the gray suit... with his hand IN THE POCKED! Lucky hand! What a Gorgeous Devil you are, Mr. Pattinson! =)
Rob has just got those classic male good looks that can be worn with messy hair, scowls, smiles, costumes and sweetness. How come, Rob? Can't get enough.
ok KATE!! i just went on photobucket.....i could see the tiny pics from the wallpaper album!! THEY ARE HATTT!!! T H U D!!! u need to help me get them plsss *tears*
i change my wallpaper yesterday, now i am thinking 'should i change it again'?rob we so love you and we wish you;ll never have an unhappy day,to me you should have your own island to live on like jonney deep away from every thing that is negative,ps forgive my spelling i am a bit upset.i know it's stupid but i don;t want him to be hurt!
I'm sorry, this is OT, but I can't think of anywhere else to ask it. Has anybody taken a good look at this picture of Kellan Lutz? http://www.people.com/people/gallery/0,,20359600_2,00.html
It's easier to see in People magazine if you have it, it's on page 12. Is it my imagination, or does this man have contouring under his boobs? I swear it looks like there's makeup there to me, I know Rob did it for NM, but when they're not working? Does anybody else see it?
LOVE those!! I've just been going through the over 34,000 pix of Rob in Photobucket to save some on my new iPod and have amazingly seen a few new ones that are really awesome. I could just look at him all day long..........as a matter of fact.....sometimes I do.
Can't wait to be able to do a full day vampire marathon of 5 movies - over 10 hours of Edward!!!! mmmmmmmm
I'm one of the few that wishes BD was ONE movie - a long one. When it comes to Rob my attention span is LONG.......so a long movie seems like heaven - rather than making one and then making us wait again for the next one. I'm NOT patient when I have to wait for his movies to come out.
LOVE the Sex Drive pix of Rob too jc........those are my absolute favorites of Rob.......he looks so confident, so sexy, so mature, so like he's "all that" which he is.
ladies i was reading up on that volcano kali is its name pretty dangerous they taught it was settling only now it's letting out ice rocks and above is lighting storms,in 1783 it erupted and the gas killed allot of people along the british isle vwill not write anymore, saw pictures of kristen and i really laugh, rob can go the long way around i sure others may join him hire a boat
Many thanks to all the creative people who make these great pics can.
I collect shoes and handbags, like all women. But now I also collect wallpapers and pics of Rob. Such a wonderful passion. I'm just thinking, I've not long bought more handbag I've also no time for it. I always have to be here with ROBsessed. Since I have a lot to do: save photos and lick , all read what you writ, watch vids, date for new Ecipse - Trailer register etc. Yes we are very busy, there is no time for shopping. LOL
@papagaj 100% - avi could not resist. Thank you, i love it.
Again, it's late and I doubt anyone is still around. Oh well...
And uh Kathy? I'm pretty sure that Bel Ami has wrapped. Not positive, but in most cases, a film will shoot all their interiors first and then their exteriors (or visa versa). I mean, why move the film company to Budapest for a couple of weeks, just to turn around and go back to London and shoot some more? Doesn't it make more sense (and save money), to finish up in one spot and then move on to the next? Although...they could be doing some re-shoots. That is an absolute possiblility. But my hunch is that Rob didn't haul all his shit from London to Budapest for just two weeks. I think he came back to pack up, say goodbye to his family and then got stuck there because of the 'cloud.' And I'm thinking he needs to get back here pretty soon. WFE is set to start filming in just four weeks and he's got some pre-production to do in order to be ready.
And femroc... I think your patience is about to be sorely tested because I think there's a very strong possiblity that after Eclipse, were not gonna get the first installment of BD for about 18 months as I think it's not going to be ready until Nov.2010 with part II following about six months later or say in May/June of 2012. They could speed it up, but think about it...
They're not gonna start filming till the fall and with this going to be two films, they're going to have a longer shoot. I'm guessing about 4 months or so finishing up maybe in February. That wouldn't give them enough post to get it into the theaters next summer. I mean, they could fast track it I suppose, but usually when films do that, the quality suffers. Best to take the proper amount of time and do it right.
But we really can't complain. With Eclipse coming out the end of June, that will be three Twilight films they've given us in just a little over 18 months. That is unheard of (man, have we been spoiled). Think of any other franchise in which the films were released one on top of another like that. For most, there is a two to three year wait between each installment.
Yup. Were gonna have to be patient. And I have to wonder if this wait will cause the franchise to cool down or if it will have the opposite effect? That having to wait another year and a half for what is the most romantic chapter of the story (Edward & Bella's marriage and the birth of their baby), if the anticipation for it will raise it to a fever pitch. Even more than for the first three films.
Whatever is going to happen. We've got a wait ahead of us. Sorry.
Ooops. I just went back and re-read my post (which I should do before I hit 'publish your comment' but I never do which is why I have so many mistakes), and I said that I thought BD, pt. I would be in theatres November 2010 when I meant 2011. During November 2010 (just seven months from now), they're going to be in the middle of shooting the sucker.
If they were to start shooting BD as early as the beginning of September (although I'm hearing October/November) and if they could wrap it by Christmas (a less than four month shoot...man they'd have to be bookin' to shoot enough film for two films in just 3 and 1/2 months), then yes, they could have it in the theatre by summer of 2011. But I seriously doubt it. But even if they could, we'd still have to wait another year for part II, even though it would be ready by November 2011. Why?
Because Summit wouldn't want all that revenue in the same calender year. They'd want to break it up; some for 2011 and then the rest in 2012 as it makes the books look better or some such.
But if they did manage to get this done and if they did decide to release both in 2011, that would be five films in just three years; from November 2008 to November 2011 and that is insane.
Although...the sooner they wrap this thing up, the sooner Rob can start to get some semblence of his life back.
I have read that the "Twilight - series" will follow as soon as possible after the other, because the hype is to be connected with the books. Many teens are finished with the books and already jumped on another train. I have heard from many that they find the books good, but the movies not so much. Our fast - time leave nobody no big break. Can this be related to. I think so.
I actually saw the Twilight movie first, then got started on the books later.... and really loved them. And I continue to read them from time to time....
I've never really thought of Breaking Dawn as being a particularly romantic novel, except for the wedding and maybe the honeymoon. As soon as Renesme was born, the romance seemed to go very flat for me, and it was never as personal again.
@ CaroleUK I was the same, saw Twilight then read all of the books. Loved the first 3, especially Eclipse, but kind of saw them as a "guilty pleasure". I didn't think that they were particularly well-written, although I liked the story and the characters. BD I found really difficult to like at all. It just seemed so rushed, as if she just didn't care anymore but knew she had to wrap up the story. Really hope that they can make a decent film, or films, to finish off the series on a high, but am concerned that the plot is going to get a mauling from critics.
I started the books after movie too and imagine edward as rob so it was much more better and I love them all well get angry a little bit on the part jacob kissed bella in eclipse but it was good
I would have liked a little more romance between Edward and Bella once the baby arrived - the romance seemed to disappear, and that's what endeared me to the books in the first place - the intense feelings between the two of them.
I agree, the book seemed rushed and weird ....
But I still can't wait to see what they make of it, should be quite a ride! I just hope they do it properly.
Yes, Bel Ami wrapped in Budapest. Excerpt from Screen article by Schwinke: "The film shot for 28 days across various locations in London before moving to Hungary, where the cast and crew shot exteriors over a two-week period. The film wrapped on April 11th. “We needed a location that could serve as Paris in 1890 and we felt that, both from a financial and from a creative point of view, Budapest was offering the best choice in Europe,” explains Pasolini. “I know Prague. I have been to Romania. I felt that the scale of the houses in Paris was better achieved in Budapest.” The production in Budapest was shot entirely on location on portions of Andrassy utca, a major thoroughfare in the heart of the city. The production also shot four days in an 18th century church in Budapest’s 5th district. “Because of our leading man and his very high profile, particularly among teenagers, there has been a medium to large gaggle of young fans but [they are] very civilized, very polite, and [so it] was very much not a problem from a shooting point of view,” says Pasolini." (producer)
Yeah I think BD could be savaged when it's released because it's likely that the only thing that media will harp on about is the honeymoon and birth scenes and sensationalise everything. For me, the honeymoon scene was really controversial anyway - I thought that was a big mistake on SM's part. For Bella to say, yes I'm happy despite the shape I'm in but I am pretty pissed off that I can't get the feathers out of my hair! Whoever directs will have to be a genius to make that work. It remains to be seen what affect the honeymoon scene will have on Rob's career.

I absolutely love Rob with the very short hair in the 3rd wallpaper ... but God I just love his hair in general!
My hairdresser (who introduced me to this Rob Pattinson madness)says she'd love to get her hands on Rob's hair...
Wouldn't we all, ladies??!!
