Rob/Duroy is a sexy and elegant gentleman. I have finished to read Bel Ami and I could only see Rob doing this character in every page. OMR!!! I love you Rob/Duroy, you are so desirable!!!!
I do not see Georges Duroy as a 'no moral man who uses women'. This is such a limited definition. He is a very complex character. I can see beyond this. And his 'morals' are a reflexion of the rest of society of that time. He is not interely good or bad...

LT, pensei muito em você hoje! Saiu uma reportagem com a minha filha no jornal do nosso condomínio, sobre jovens que gostam de ler. Fiquei tãaaao orgulhosa da minha mocinha! Adorei quando ela disse que sempre foi incentivada a ler pelos pais e que os pais sempre compraram todos os livros que ela queria (e até os que ela não queria!). Daí perguntaram se ela é boa aluna ~ e ela respondeu: 'olha, eu tento. Mas arrumei um problema para mim mesma, pois entre estudar e ler um bom livro, eu escolho o livro. Mas, ao menos, sou boa em redação'... Chorei de rir e de orgulho! Não é lindinha? =)
É pra se orgulhar mesmo. Se todos os pais agissem assim o mundo seria ótimo. Acho que os pais do Rob também são assim por isso ele gosta tanto de ler e faz isso influenciar o seu trabalho, quando acabei de ler o Bel Ami hoje só conseguia pensar que estava apaixonada pelo personagem. Tive pena do Duroy, porque a sociedade não o deixa tentar ser diferente.
