He could be wiped out too. He's winding up a shoot that started two months ago in which he is in practically every scene. Then with having to be up at the butt crack of dawn, putting in 10-12-14 hour days (with night shoots) 5-6 days a week, then to head back to his bunk to go over his lines for the next day to then falling face first into bed and having to get back up in a few hours to do it all over again. Beats diggin' ditches, but still...
No wonder a certain little missy isn't hanging out with him. I doubt he'd have even an hour a day to spend with her. Anyone think he's gonna make it in time for a certain 20th birthday party this week? I'm thinking...no. Sorry babies. Gonna have to celebrate next week (or whenever he can get the hell outta Dodge).
I know i'm gonna cop flack 4 this but I think Rob looks terribly tired & drained. He's been working constantly 4 12mths without much of a break & it's starting to take it's toll. He may be young but he's gonna crash & burn if he doesn't take time for himself soon.This is highly unlikely tho given his schedule for the rest of this year,I just hope that he doesn't pay the price with his health.Just the mother coming out in me I'm concerned for the lad
When I was his age I was working, finishing college, raising kids, and married. I dont think it aged me prematurely. Thats what your twenties are for...work hard, party hard, live life to the fullest!

if i could remember george was29yrs when it started and not it's years if he was to look all young and perfect it have something call make that all these stars and model uses also that is much for and one then he has to learn those lines and what about his personal life is he a monk,rob is only human i know he will be just fine and to him i know he maybe just think he needs a pint because that is what he knows

Can not wait to see this movie. He is phenomenal in this pic. He does look tired but as someone else stated when I was his age I was pregnant with my first, married, worked two jobs, and was still coaching cheerleading. It was rough and I am sure there were days I looked a little haggard. I am 30 now and still just a busy with a demanding job, hubby, and two children but I definitely tire easier.
This is the time where he should be going "balls to the wall" with his movie making. It will set him up for more success in the future.

I'm one of the first ones around here to cluck like a mama hen about him and yes, I think he's tired but remember, he finished promotion for New Moon what? November 20th when the film opened and he didn't go back to work until, when did this thing start rolling? February 8th? So that gave him a very recent two and a half month break. And yeah, he's had a busy year behind him and he's got a busy one ahead. If he really is doing Unbound Captives early next year after wrapping the Twilight Saga, then that will be seven films he's shot in about two years time (actually in terms of screen time, it'll be eight films as BD is a 2 parter) and yeah, that's alot. It would be my hope that as soon as he's able that he takes himself a nice long break of about a year. I mean, walk away from the business; no calls, no meetings, no reading scripts, just go get lost somewhere. And I don't see that happpening in the calender year of 2011 as he'll still be very wrapped up in the business with several films to promote. I don't see it happening until the last Twilight film is finally in the theatre and I'm guessing Breaking Dawn II should be released sometime in the summer of 2012. So maybe in a couple years time, he can run away. Now that would be a drought. No films, no interviews, no photoshoots, nothing for a good year or more. It would be painful for us, but at some point he's gonna need that kind of break.

This does look like wedding attire, and both hair and makeup have been altered here to add on years. The smirk looks like a true Duroy. It's going to be interesting to see if Rob can totally let go of his innate goodness (natural kindness) and embrace cruel cynicism. His features are made to give a great snarl, but I don't know how far his heart can go....
Where are they keeping the ladies locked up?! So much access to Rob's comings and goings and outdoor shoots. Yet Uma and Christina are nowhere to be found and only a glimpse of KST, who looked lovely in the gorgeous dress they had for her. The costumes are absolutely top-notch. This is going to be a luscious-looking movie!

ReplyDeleteThis does look like wedding attire, and both hair and makeup have been altered here to add on years. The smirk looks like a true Duroy. It's going to be interesting to see if Rob can totally let go of his innate goodness (natural kindness) and embrace cruel cynicism. His features are made to give a great snarl, but I don't know how far his heart can go....

Yet Uma and Christina are nowhere to be found and only a glimpse of KST, who looked lovely in the gorgeous dress they had for her. The costumes are absolutely top-notch. This is going to be a luscious-looking movie!
@Nik: nice to see you back in town! I'm getting excited for WFE. DP and PD choices are very encouraging. And acting against CW... more great schooling for Rob. Rob will be filming Water for Elephants next in the US. Filming starts in May. So that will be his next project.
ReplyDeleteRob's character Georges is supposed to be older than Suzanne so they used makeup to age him. His hair is not grey, in other pics people said it was blond. It's just the lighting or makeup to age him.
