  1. I'm all for Bobby, Sam, and *sigh* Marcus ... but I'd sure love to have one more option added to that list. Music from Rob?? What an intriguing idea! ;D

    ReplyDelete
  2. would love to get some Rob music)

    ReplyDelete
  3. can he stop making fun of Jacob-renesmee already:)

    ReplyDelete
  4. I hope he does some music eventually *PLEEEEEASSE Rob *bats eye lashes* no seriously though I understand that he has FULL schedule of film projects and too put together an album/CD it takes a long time too put together and he does not have the time and maybe IF he were too take a year off(I doubt it LOL) then hopefully he will put some music together but I can only dream :p

    ReplyDelete
  5. doing gigs again? are you sure those will be "gigs"?

    ReplyDelete
  6. good morning and AMEN too that I hope he does calibrate with Sam, Bobby, and Marcus and I would love it if Rob would do an album hopefully before we are all in a home HA HA HA HA HA HA!

    ReplyDelete
  7. If do you decide too an album Rob I will be the first too buy it :D

    ReplyDelete
  8. I like it when Rob always stars his answer in a high voice :)

    ReplyDelete
  9. Of course he's allowed !!! There are others that have done it. Hugh Laurie is the latest and I love his music. Love Rob's voice more though.....even my husband, when I forced him to listen to 'I was Broken' said 'yeah, I'd listen to that' LOL

    ReplyDelete
  10. it took hugh way too long to make an album. hope rob is not gonna wait us that long

    ReplyDelete
  11. I wouldn't be surprised....he may be just a tad busy next year :-) Maybe he could treat us to just one track for Christmas release??? we're not asking an album here ;p (well not immediately)

    ReplyDelete
  12. he can start with that. then appetite comes during eating. :) by the way hugh laurie is another smart and funny brit

    ReplyDelete
  13. LOL... did you have to tie your hubby up to make him listen to it? I know I would have to with my hubby :-/

    ReplyDelete
  14. Do you mean Rob's appetite will increase when he starts making music? I think we all already have that appetite - those of that like his voice :-)

Hugh Laurie is funny. Great on the piano. Used to love him with Stephen Fry :-)

    ReplyDelete
  15. YES,YES,YES .....PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!! I would absolutely love an album !!!!!!!!!!!!! His voice is sooooooo unique- soulful, bluesy, to the core! Read an article the other day that 2 years ago Simon Cowell offered him a deal and he turned it down! :-( I can only hope we don't have to wait to long. Then one of the new vampires in BD2 hinted that Rob may want to open a bar and play there....then we may never get an album.

    ReplyDelete
  16. yes, I meant that he would want to make more aND MORE (hopefully).
we already want more and more :)
have not really seen "a bit of fry and laurie" but was really into house and then checked his interviews and he is one funny and smart guy

    ReplyDelete
  17. Almost LOL I took the laptop into the living room and was listening to it. I said listen to this and he asked what it was, when I explained he said "not now". I said it wouldn't take a minute.....it was a bit 'oh for god's sake' but he was tying up his boots so I had a captive audience - so played it and he said "oh" (he was surprised to say the least) "yeah, I'd listen to that". Result!!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  18. Wish his agent would let him know how many of us are waiting impatiently for an album. ; and obviously , every time interviewers use twitter someone asks about his music.

    ReplyDelete
  19. We can hope :-)
They were at Cambridge together - VERY smart LOL. Have you seen him in Black Adder? Well both of them :-)

    ReplyDelete
  20. yes. some parts of it. i think it is great. very funny.

    ReplyDelete
  21. I think Blackadder is a bit like Marmite - you love it or you hate it. I love them both :-)

    ReplyDelete
  22. have no idea what marmite is and also how it smells? because rob did an interview in australia and the interviewer asked him if he heard that if you lick your hand and then smell it immediately afterwards, it smells like a marmite. have you watched that interview? rob loicked and smelled and said it smelled of nothing. then he smelled the interviwers licked hand too. I thought it was gross. he seemed ok though :)

    ReplyDelete
  23. My hubby rejects EVERYTHING coming from Rob, so no chance to get a good word from him about his music! I already tried :-/
But I'm glad your DH liked it :-)

    ReplyDelete
  24. Where are you in the world? Marmite is like vegemite in Australia - made from yeast extract. It's thick brown paste and smells quite strong. I haven't seen the interview - I think it takes quite a bit to gross Rob out but I wouldn't want to smell the interviewers hand if that is what it smells like YUK!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  25. I am in nonvegemarmiteland:) yes kristen was grossed ou. rob was fine. did not even think he should be grossed out. lol
    robertpattinsonuk dot com/?p=41976

    ReplyDelete
  26. OMG snap. I think that was the last good thing he said about Rob - these days the eyebrows go up and a groan is heard if Rob's name is mentioned!!! I have to count to 10, and then some, before I open my mouth in this house in case something Rob related escapes :-) He insists on calling Cosmopolis the chiropodist. Honestly it's like trying to re-educate the world sometimes......nobody I know had heard of Cosmopolis when I read it and then went to see it....they didn't know there was a marathon Twilight and most of them hadn't heard of Rob Pattinson - don't panic - they do now!!! :-) I haven't dared to bring up future projects yet!

    ReplyDelete
  27. :-) Do you have any equivalent product? :-)
    Thank you for the link.

    ReplyDelete
  28. here to say I'm loving the new flag...good night

    ReplyDelete
  29. Totally OT. My daughter and boyfriend are moving to Australia for further studies, We have spent the whole evening looking for houses for them to rend. They are leaving next week. Nothing was appealing One was too small the other too big some too old some too far from the university and so on. We had looked more that thirty houses and suddenly we came across this beautiful house with a nice garden close to the sea side but not far from the town and we all fell in love with.We looked for details and we sent the owner an e mail and then my daughter said. I hope its got a easy address to remember so we checked the name of the street and it was.....Robert Street, We totally freaked out seriously. I told her, look this is good karma you are going to stay in Robert Street of all the streets in Australia. It was funny but kind of weird too as if this guy followed me to everything if you know what I mean. Sorry for the long post,

    ReplyDelete
  30. wow ... so are you going to visit?? during a certain time I mean? cuz this sounds like too big of a coincidence to NOT end up in Oz when they are filming! just sayin' ;D

    ReplyDelete
  31. don't we all live in Robert street?:)

    ReplyDelete
  32. I was glad he turned down Simon Cowell though

    ReplyDelete
  33. I will hopefully but in the summer, He will be long gone. But I can see coming a day when I receive a picture on my phone with my daughter and Robert chilling in the same bar in Adelaide cos apparently they are going to Adelaide, forgot to mention that as well.

    ReplyDelete
  34. both of your comments sound like a carbon copy of my life! i make my husband come to robs films and just have his songs in my car. this is to maria - isn't it strange how rob is from england and people don't even know his name. but maybe its a good thing and at least he can get a bit of peace away from it all. :)

    ReplyDelete
  35. great interview. the interviewer had actually done some research and asked rob different questions. loved the taylor teasing. wish there had been more of it

    ReplyDelete
  36. There is no way I could make my husband come to a Rob film - he may change his mind about MissionBlacklist but he will probably wait for the DVD if he's forced to watch at all. My daughters are very good and came to Cosmopolis and the Marathon with me. Back before the summer when I was talking at work about Cosmopolis coming out nobody knew what or WHO I was talking about...I had to keep explaining. Maybe I just work with odd people :-) They ALL know now!

    ReplyDelete
  37. i think he just enjoys being out just the two of us, we have 3 very young children and you can imagine how that is sometimes! i keep on at him 'did you like it' about 20 times after we see robs films. he did say BD2 was much better that he thought it was going to be without any prompting at all! i know about cosmopolis, it was so strange. no one i know knew anything at all about it. its like nobody reads anything and them i think maybe its me, just a teeny tiny bit obsessed LOL! very well done for educating your work colleagues! are you allowed pictures and things at work? i have rob as a photo on my entry badge and screen savers. :))

    ReplyDelete
  38. I do remember what it was like when the children were young and I'm surprised you have time to be ROBsessed - that's dedication :-)
One of my colleagues did actually come up to London to see Cosmopolis with us even though she didn't have a clue lol. I think everybody at work now just thinks I'm a bit on the weird side. Bearing that in mind I wouldn't dare put him on my screen saver - I am planning to get a Rob calendar just to to torment everybody LOL

    ReplyDelete
  39. My Rob calendar is up at home it is a 16 month one :)

    ReplyDelete
  40. 16 months? that's odd. I work with an academic year calendar which runs from September to July....switching to an 'ordinary' calendar makes me rethink what I'm doing ...I wouldn't know if I was coming or going with 16 months lol

    ReplyDelete
  41. It started in Sept and runs till next December DH bought it for me :)!! but I have another calendar to write on, Rob one is just for decoration !!

    ReplyDelete
  42. What will you do with that 'decoration' when it runs out??

    ReplyDelete
  43. it would appear he's rather irresistable. its my guilty pleasure that i in no way feel guilty about! i also saw cosmo with a friend, she said it was interesting!!!! bless her ;) absolutely yes with the rob calendar. its exquisite torture! in fact your HR should applaud you for boosting morale

    ReplyDelete
  44. Put it somewhere safe and buy another one lol while I can get away with it I will :)

    ReplyDelete
  45. mine are on a christmas wreath hanger all lined up in year order lol :)) got two 2013's ready and waiting. what a wonderful idea having rob 4 months early.

    ReplyDelete
  46. That sound like a good Idea maybe when this one has finished I will hang it in spare room I did get free poster too but didn't like to push my luck !!

    ReplyDelete
  47. i think you should hang your poster above the bed just for the sheer delight of what your partner would think! lol

    ReplyDelete
  48. Haha that would be so funny, I think he would just shake his head though lol he does have a sense of humour thank god ;)

    ReplyDelete
  49. that is a good thing, i think they all enjoy and benefit from the excitement of rob!

    ReplyDelete
  50. My friend said it was better than she expected but I had to keep explaining things to her - it was OK there were only 4 other people in the cinema!! I may have to turn the calendar around to get some work done. Sadly, as much as I hate to say it, NOBODY else at work sees the attraction -even though there is not one man in the place!! - I wouldn't even attempt to explain that he is so much more than looks!

    ReplyDelete
  51. I think that ship sailed a long time ago for me:-(

    ReplyDelete
  52. Aww that's sad :( I do get quite a lot of stick from him though which I obviously ignore, he does think we are all mad on here though LOL :D

    ReplyDelete
  53. I can live with it :-) I don't think he thinks I've lost the plot any more though, which was a distinct possibility before!!

    ReplyDelete
  54. I do think mine thought that just for a moment lol, I try not to push my luck but as he works 12 hr shifts some of those on nights this place is saviour against boredom lol

    ReplyDelete
  55. there were 8 when we saw it, lol. but :(
its just so odd isn't it?! i can't understand it at all. and his looks are amazing and on top of that what an incredibly charming, gracious, full of life man. oh well more of rob to go around, they are the ones missing out :)

    ReplyDelete
  56. I think you've just summed it up !! I did push my luck a bit too far LOL

    ReplyDelete
  57. Can I ask you where you saw it? I just checked with my daughter and she said when we left there were only the four of us in our group and two people in front of us.....everybody else had already left during the film. Madness! I think, to be fair, that until you start watching his interviews etc you have no idea what the 'person' is like....so much more than looks :-)

    ReplyDelete
  58. i don't think it was us! lol just two people walked, after the sex scene ha! i saw it in oxford which coincidentally was apparently where rob was headed with kristen on saturday. i had a conversation with lyn yesterday about it. we live in south oxfordshire, been looking out for him all day :)))

    ReplyDelete
  59. We went to Leicester Square to watch it...I just wondered if that was how it was at the cinema all the time :-)

If they keep walking around wearing baseball caps and wearing sunglasses they are going to be very easy to spot :-)
Not the usual look for my neck of the woods - is it in yours?

    ReplyDelete
  60. where do you live marie? no basecall caps and sunnys not normal wear! especially not today, it was shocking weather, wet windy and cold, actually perfect for a walk and snuggling by the fire :) i am also on the look out for posh cars being either driven on the wrong side of the road or the right side eractically!

    ReplyDelete
  61. The easiest thing and the most well-known is to say 10 minutes or so from Gatwick Airport. Do you know down this way?
We had pretty much the same weather here today. I don't know how far you are in miles.
Have you read Discovery of Witches....that's set in your area - lucky you! Fab book too - I would love to see Rob play THAT vampire - soooo different :-)
I don't know about 'posh' it would probably be a rental. Plus I get the impression he isn't a particularly good driver (that could have changed though) and as you say he isn't as familiar with driving over here - he should come home more often!! :-) I would just stay on alert for the caps.....If he's got a beanie ask him for a photo too LOL oh....and while you're at it ask him for permission for me to make my Tshirt :-)

    ReplyDelete
  62. the comments just disappeared, weird? lucky have yours on my phone. i do know that area a bit, have cousins in brighton so not too far? lovely area. no i havent read DofW will have a look thank you. yes i was wondering how to recognise a rental! you're prob right, focus on hats and slender twosomes! right about the driving, i was thinking k on the wrong side and r badly on our side! :))) i'm off to bed now but tell me about your tshirt and i'll reply tomorrow please.
    night night

    ReplyDelete
  63. Yes Brighton not far at all. DoW is part of a trilogy but 3rd book not due til next year or year after but well worth reading and then re-reading when the 3rd is released - that's my plan anyway :-)

I'm off to do a bit of reading before I can sleep and then up for work in about 5 hours.
My Tshirt in brief - will tell more tomorrow if this doesn't make sense - a little while ago there were posts on here of Rob walking around in a blue beanie hat that reminded me of the smurfs....I called him a studmuffinsmurf. When the hooha with the new system came up I was contemplating changing my name and it was suggested that I use the name studmuffinsmurf. Somehow we got talking about making Tshirts (and Sonja wanted a pillowcase) and I wanted a Tshirt with the picture of Rob in his beanie and the text Studmuffinsmurf under it. The discussion went on about rights and permissions and if I could get my Tshirt made. I think that sort of covers it :-) Let me know what doesn't make sense.
If you see R & K let me know - bwen tells me if there is no photo it didn't happen - keep that in mind :D
    Night.

    ReplyDelete
  64. Why? We love Simon in the states. He's a mover and shaker and he knows talent when he sees it..I loved him on American Idol.

    ReplyDelete
  65. Have you gone and come back or still there?? :-)
You keep him then. I din't mind him until my daughter was in Britain's Got Talent. He's an arrogant so and so. Even at the live semi finals he was turning to the audience and asking us if he should change things, bring someone back in. Its not right! I saw JLS there though ;-)

    ReplyDelete
  66. Who is JLS...why aren't you sleeping? You're gonna be so tired today.

    ReplyDelete
  67. JLS was another successful boyband before we sent you One Direction lol
I was sleeping - up for work now :-)
No daughter was fine.....wasn't expecting to get to semi finals :-) Just Simon is a twat :D

    ReplyDelete
  68. Sorry My internet sux..tried to log me out again and wasn't gonna let me reply..I was fixin' to lose it. but I'm back in so...How much sleep did you get? couldn't have been much.

    ReplyDelete
  69. Oh dear, things still not all roses in internet land?
Erm.....2 hours? I wonder what time Lyn will get up - she doesn't have to go to work :-)

    ReplyDelete
  70. Can you imagine the long line to get in such a bar where he's singing and playing? Tent city will look like nothing..lol...I've wanted that he would buy his own music studio..start his own label..sign all his music-making buddies..then he would be able to make music the way he wants...If he's too busy he could lay a track on their albums or accompany them however he wants..there's the gold. He would be in charge...A grand idea if I do say so myself..lol

    ReplyDelete
  71. This guy is really nice. And he asked the question we all want to hear...Please Rob we love your music, your voice, the way you play guitar and piano...I can think of 100 songs I'd give anything to hear your soulful rendition of...Or the songs you love to sing..if you love 'em so do we...Your adoring fandom awaits...Whenever you're ready, Baby..

    ReplyDelete
  72. Maria Disqus says you replied 10 minutes ago but I can't see it. I think we're losing comments where we load more at the end of each page..

    ReplyDelete
  73. comments below have vanished. What is going on?

    ReplyDelete
  74. 8.30 lol even though I didn't need to !!

    ReplyDelete
  75. Would like to sleep all day......but no :)

    ReplyDelete
  76. Why are you up so early? Do you make b'fast for DH?

    ReplyDelete
  77. No but he got into bed after night shift and was snoring lol !!

    ReplyDelete
  78. OMG! You could sleep on sofa maybe?

    ReplyDelete
  79. Nah now i'm up i'll be ok at least I got 4 and half hours Maria gone to work on 2 !!!

    ReplyDelete
  80. I don't see how she does it. She must be one of those people that don't require much sleep at all. Like she's in high gear at all times..lol

    ReplyDelete
  81. I know maybe she will be nodding off later lol!! I'll probably feel it tomorrow

    ReplyDelete
  82. Yea hopefully she'll get to power nap..I do that and it really works. I used to drive home after 12 hr nightshifts an hour away and I would have to pull over and take a snooze b/c I'd be falling asleep. It worked.

    ReplyDelete
  83. My DH used to do that it was a struggle !! now thankfully only has 10 minute drive

    ReplyDelete
  84. I know you're glad of that. It's scary wake up on wrong side of the road.

    ReplyDelete
  85. That's mainly why he changed jobs was a few years ago now but yes I used to worry !!
Im off now talk soon :)

    ReplyDelete
  86. Oh! They left us hanging! I hate where it cuts off...but I enjoyed the interview, and I think I'll go around all day trying out a fake Irish accent, since it sounds so lovely...

    ReplyDelete
  87. Loved your story!! All the best to your daughter and her boyfriend on their new adventure. And I think Robert Street is a sign (hahaha) of good things to come!!!

    ReplyDelete
  88. Sonja you were talking to yourself love.lol

    ReplyDelete
  89. sounds a good plan! i'll see if its on kindle and order tonight :) the tshirt thing makes total sense! i saw your comments on the beanie, just didn't realise you'd branched out into accessories.
well you know what, if (and thats a massive IF) i ever saw them, i don't think theres any way i could ask them for a photo, its doubtful whether i'd even try an autograph!!! just try not to look at them too obviously. the only time i would is if they asked me if i'd like one, maybe saving them from the paps LOL. thats one of my dreams ha :D whatever time did you go to bed???

    ReplyDelete
  90. Helllooooo. I'm home from work - I didn't nod off and I'm good to go!! :-) LOL

    ReplyDelete
  91. Hello well done for lasting the day out lol

    ReplyDelete
  92. i'm fine thanks I do ok on not much sleep !! drinking wine now lol just cooked for my parents !!

    ReplyDelete
  93. At about 2pm I was asked if I was alright and told that I looked pale,,,,, oops.....I FELT fine !! :-)
You too....did you have a catnap at any point?

    ReplyDelete
  94. You have me there!!! One glass of wine and I would definitely be nodding off ;-)

    ReplyDelete
  95. LOL but then I've not done a days work, you did well but are you going to feel it tomorrow !!

    ReplyDelete
  96. Nope no catnap and off xmas shopping with DH tomorrow !!

    ReplyDelete
  97. I know what you mean - I don't think I'd be able to go up to them either and I would be horrified if they saw me taking a photo. Read a synopsis first - I'd feel awful if you didn't like it....I loved it. I should be on commission for the amount of people I have reading this book. See Rob as Matthew and let me know what you think :-)
Erm.... just after 4am - just under 2 hours sleep but I'm fine, really :D - for now :-)

    ReplyDelete
  98. I was about to say - that's OK tomorrow's Friday - but it bloody isn't is it?? LOL
Tomorrow is going to be a very busy day so my brain won't have time to get lazy...will have to drink lots of coffee and water :-) You may have to tweet me to keep me awake LOL

    ReplyDelete
  99. Oh god Christmas shopping!!! I don't finish work until the 21st December and I hate shopping at weekends near Christmas! It will have to be late nights :-( We were threatening to go up to London ( I want to do Covent Garden now the lights are on) a couple of evenings but not sure I fancy that now it's pitch black when I finish work.

    ReplyDelete
  100. Nope sorry only Thursday you will have to have an early night lol Haha will tweet you see how you are doing !!

    ReplyDelete
  101. I'm nearly done now so hope to finish tomorrow !! DH wont go at weekends lucky enough he gets days off during the week !! I do like to see the xmas lights though !!

We are now having two different conversations on the same page LOL :)

    ReplyDelete
  102. So they're leaving next week? For how long, Dina? I remember you've talked about in in spring, I think. And they're gonna live in Adelaide? I hope she'll have the chance to see Rob, it's not impossible at all. Pity that you have to wait until next summer, it'd be better end of January, in the Australian summer :))

    ReplyDelete
  103. Crikey - I've barely started!! I like the lights - when we went to Leicester Sq/Coven Garden they were all up but not on - I'd like to see them on.
I realised a while ago and you probably have too, that the arrow up makes things much worse. It isn't a 'like' it is an 'up'. The more 'ups' you get the more you move up the thread - this then disjoints conversations big time!!

    ReplyDelete
  104. I've got mine set to newest so nothing moves lol

    ReplyDelete
  105. I did that when it first changed but it's back on best now! I'll change it again.

    ReplyDelete
  106. I know right. But I am sure when time comes I will meet him. I hope I won't be too old.

    ReplyDelete
  107. Thank you so much.
I thought Robert Street was a sign too. How weird does this sound?

    ReplyDelete
  108. Not sure it's easier to follow but it doesn't move around lol !!!

    ReplyDelete
  109. Conversations can be very difficult to follow on here now but at least the reply button doesn't disappear !!

    ReplyDelete
  110. Especially if its more than 2 people it should be colour coded lol Well that's true but that was only happening just before it changed !!

    ReplyDelete
  111. He's taking a lot of European projects so perhaps he has to go to Greece one day :)

    ReplyDelete
  112. Colour coded how? the same conversation in one colour?

    ReplyDelete
  113. There does need to be some kine of system though.
I didn't get a reply to my email about the book club yet btw. Not that it was long ago - just saying :-)

    ReplyDelete
  114. You were mentioned in one of the posts mentioning the book club saying it will be after festive period :) did you not see it ??!!

    ReplyDelete
  115. What??
No, I've barely started looking around, I've been 'replying' :-)

    ReplyDelete
  116. It was last week on the Robert Pattinson talks mission Black list Thread

Quote:MariaUK proposed that we do a book club here for MB. We were going to have one on the Mission: Blacklist blog that Kate and I run but we're all much chattier over here, aren't we. ;) Keep a look out if you're interested. It will likely start up after the holiday season.

    ReplyDelete
  117. Aaaw aren't they sweet :-) I'll have to re-read it before then. How did I miss that?
It will probably be me and you!

    ReplyDelete
  118. LOL I think there might be some who will join in otherwise yes me and you..........at least it will be easy to follow :D !!

    ReplyDelete
  119. I just read that post. I had completely missed that but I know I read the article. Was it added after do you know? If it's just you and me we could start our chat anytime LOL Which book after MB?

    ReplyDelete
  120. I think it was posted at the same time you must have skimmed !! Well I'm open to anything reallyLOL
I see the trolls are out tonight on another thread !!

    ReplyDelete
  121. I was just reading about his schedule. It looks like other projects are way ahead of MB. I'll have to find out which Queen of the Desert book to read. I think I know but would hate to read the wrong one!
Are the trolls were K's few words were missed by any chance?

    ReplyDelete
  122. I know it keeps changing too !! March for QOTD so that s first !!
Yes on Kates video she took, I know it's difficult but if they were ignored it wouldn't be so much fun for them !!!

    ReplyDelete
  123. We'll just have to sit back and wait. Que sera, sera :-)
I totally agree - which is why I have always skipped over those threads. Everybody should just read the post and boycott the comments section. They'll go away. Everybody could collapse the comment too and then they wouldn't even see it LOL

    ReplyDelete
  124. They will get bored eventually !! New thread apparently 10 films next year !!!

    ReplyDelete
  125. I'm really pleased for him, and us, and I don't want to be negative but I hope to god he knows what he's doing. I would hate to see him exhaust himself or not give enough time to each part. I know he needs to pull it out the bag following twilight but he also needs to prove himself to the doubters. but still WOW

    ReplyDelete
  126. I'm sure he does and some will be smaller parts, MB apparently is now back in Development and not pre production, I'm not surprised!!!

    ReplyDelete

  128. :-/ I haven't seen the news for days.
In the book, as you know, he is practically always inside. I agree that it would look good for the film if he was filmed outside the palace but that can be green-screened. HE doesn't need to be there.
