  6. I wonder if he knows I listen to his music for hours on end and would love a cd of any kind that he would wanna make. Just him on the guitar singing his favorite songs any way he wants to..drunk or sober..I'd love it.

  8. No never...I'm not seeing the replies anymore without refreshing. Wonder why?And it no longer says ''comment above or below'' like it has been doing??

    ReplyDelete
  9. Its the same for me, the only way I know someone has answered me is via my email but have to keep refreshing to see any new comments !!......bloody disqus !!!

    ReplyDelete
  10. Is it only recently for you as it is for me that it stopped showing a little red reply to the side?

    ReplyDelete
  11. Lyn, I have massive Disqus problems since 24 hours. I can't open the comments at all, I just managed to got into dashboard, but there I can only see the comments of whom I follow. Are others having these problems too?

    ReplyDelete
  12. Somebody please fix this cause we gonna get our pervy on if we can't reply rather quickly to each other. We lose momentum as well as our funny. ;-(

    ReplyDelete
  13. That's when mine started, too..or should I say stopped letting me see replies without refreshing...Plus doesn't seem to be updating properly either.

  26. You.....you little weather witch be careful what you predict!! LOL
Do you remember the fuss with the new year changing to 2000 was imminent - they said everything would crash, no computers, problems with electricity, gas etc.............and what happened.......a bit fat nothing!! Everything carried on tickety boo!! :-) Anyway the Mayan calendar was out and it would have happened by now

  27. I think we have the best to come..........it's filling the gap until it gets here that's the problem ;-)

  28. true Maria...this would be the best time in the world for me to finish my writing...if only RL would cooperate.
It boggles the mind what we could be in for this time next year tho....:D

  30. Thing is both of my sons have left home and both came back at the weekend cos they were ill - why do they always want mothering when they're ill. Anyways while they've been sick I've been dipping into the Christmas chocolates and stuffing the wrappers with cotton wool and putting them back in the tin and re-sealing it - that'll teach them lol

    ReplyDelete
  31. I'm using firefox and never had any problem with disqus before. Hope it will work out, because this is really annoying...

    ReplyDelete
  32. bwahahaha!! you are the MASTER!! hilarious and yeah, I would love to see their faces when they realize the goodies are gone! lol

    ReplyDelete
  33. Did you catch up on any writing at the weekend when you thought you would have some free time?
You may have to think....'it's now or never' for a while :-) As you say, next year may be a bit too exciting to sit and write :-D

  34. Hopefully the next pictures we'll see of him will be when he goes to Australia in January. I for one don't want to see any pictures of him spending time with his family and friends. if he comes back to London for Christmas, I want him to be a good ninja and have a peaceful time.

    ReplyDelete
  35. I agree however much I want to see him I would rather it be when he starts work in January and not over xmas while spending time with family and friends !!

    ReplyDelete
  36. He managed it a few weeks ago....practice makes perfect.
I must admit to wanting to know that he is actually here.....somewhere.....that will do :-)

    ReplyDelete
  37. I'm on Internet Explorer, it works (until now, hope it doesn't change, cross fingers) like the old one. I don't work with dashboard, see replies in my mailbox.

    ReplyDelete
  38. Oh, too much use of the word "work" for my taste LOL Hope your men will get better soon so you can forget the nursemaid thing and enjoy some time here!!

  40. Jennifer wasn't it around this time, just before or just after Christmas that Shanti's husband had that terrible accident last year? I remember we were all so feeling for her, she got a tough time. Hope everything's become fine again, it did from the last I heard.

    ReplyDelete
  41. yes bb it was...seems like it was the first week of December...have you emailed her? I haven't talked to her in a while...I should get a message to her asap. thanks for reminding me. her dh has had a long slow recovery and probably wont return to work at all. she needs our thoughts and prayers :)

    ReplyDelete
  42. Now I will never hear that tune again without thinking of those words LOL - damm it! xxx

    ReplyDelete
  43. That's why I adressed myself to you, Jen. I don't have her mailadress and I thought she should know that we haven't forgotten what she has done and still does for her beloved husband. I hope she still lurks here though.

    ReplyDelete
  44. Do you want her email or I can just include the entire blog in our best wishes :)

    ReplyDelete
  45. Hi BB, I just got home and tried with my very old netbook to open a thread... and there you are... it just worked, so I'm righting from there now. It also has firefox on it so that can't be the problem. I'm curious if my notebook will behave again tomorrow... since this new format disqus really gotten more strange than usual...

    ReplyDelete
  46. Hi Sonja, I just tried with my old computer and it works from there... no problems at all. Isn't this weird? Hope things will be back normal tomorrow...

    ReplyDelete
  47. OK so if inspiration is from that kind of picture I can guess the type of story you're writing :-) Not that I didn't think that anyway!!! LOL
I lose myself in twitter for ages looking at the many photos that just pop up in front of my eyes :-D

    ReplyDelete
  48. Yes, please, Jennifer, say hello from me too... and we are thinking of her, sending her and her husband all the best wishes :-)

    ReplyDelete
  49. I don't know if she wants me to have her email but it would be very nice of you to include the entire blog in your wishes. You're a darling, but you know that already, don't you? :))

    ReplyDelete
  50. Yeah, new formats aren't always better. I don't like the new format of photobucket either, can't zoom in anymore.

  51. Loved seeing how sweet they all were with Shawn, every one of them came over to her and answered her questions. Rob, once again, showing his sensitive, sweet, generous side and giving her his undivided attention and honest answers, too!

    ReplyDelete
  52. so this is completely random, but i feel the need to share the dream i had last night. i think some might appreciate this...
no idea where i was , or why i was there. it might have been some sort of school? but anyway, the incredibly lovely and adorkable rob circa 2009ish was there. he was wearing a long sleeved charcoal grey shirt and a pair of jeans. of course the iconc hair was out in full force. i'm not sure why i did this, or who the hell i thought i was, but at one point i reached out and ran my fingers through his hair. all the while knowing full well who he was. i remember feeling physically shaken/nervous because of what i was doing to rob. stalk much? but he was polite, and let me invade his personal space. what a nice guy! so a little of this and a little of that (dream nonsense, you know...) and finally, the big deal. me, being a total creep, find myself in a position right behind rob, practically piggyback. and obviously i couldn't help myself. i wrapped my arms around him from behind and gave him a squeez and held tight for what seemed to be a lengthy two minutes. rob seemed to enjoy it, JUST SAYIN. and then my alarm went off. merrrp. needless to say, i did NOT want to wake up.

    ReplyDelete
  53. I just emailed her...hope to hear from her soon. I told her we all missed her and hoping that everything is well with her and her husband. =)

  54. Such a vivid dream, I am totally jealous, and I mean that.

    ReplyDelete
  56. Amazing they could still answer any questions coherently at this point....well, semi-coherently...lol

    ReplyDelete
  57. You're right I need to make me some Robtime.

    ReplyDelete
  58. Aaww I remember how busy it can be with little ones and of course the shopping !!!
I was just worried that something was going on with disqus again because it was playing up but thankfully not :-)

    ReplyDelete
  59. That disqus is messing with a lot of people, knock on wood I don't have a problem with it yet!

Getting up to make breakfast and drive little one to school, then off to watch my girls play tennis. I am still injuried, i can't run or play tennis so sad:((
    Talk later sweetie.
Hey did you find the seaweed snacks yet?
