Description from the Remember Me premiere page:
CHE (Chad Hudson Events) conquered the multiple threats of bad weather, rabid fans, and New York city regulators for the premiere of Remember Me. For Robert Pattinson’s first post-Twilight film, CHE managed a snow-covered red carpet and fans who stormed the barricades, as well as a beautiful, classic Hollywood party at the Plaza Hotel.
Eclipse

Rob, Kristen and Taylor. I see Nick and Stephanie again :)

Blast From The Past: Robert Pattinson talks about actors that inspire, writing music, giving up beer & more

I was taking a trip down Rob-memory Lane today with a friend and we revisited Rob during Remember Me promotion. She noted how "extra" English he sounded and it is lovely to hear his voice during our long drought. No doubt the accent seems more pronounced because he was filming Bel Ami at the time.

Enjoy a trip with Rob from almost 2 years ago :)

First up from Moviefone...Highlights:
  • Checks the reporter & fan. RM was not his first love scene. *snap*
  • Actors that inspire him: Joaquin Phoenix, Michael Fassbender, Ryan Gosling
  • Bought a Puerto Rican, ten-string, mandolin-type instrument that he wrote music with. *whines* Why we no can hears it, Raaaaahhhb?? ;)
  • Avoids tabs. One reason, he feels he needs to argue against them
  • Would he do a comedy?
  • What would be torture for him to give up? Beer :) He's showing his roots there.
  • Does Rob think Edward or Bond would win in a fight?
  • He's tortured by his hotness killing the earth. <<--- sarcasm ;)

MySpace interview with Rob & Pierce...Highlights:
  • Pierce praising Rob and your heart clenches
  • One of Rob's favorite scenes in Remember Me
  • How Rob & Pierce prepped for the boardroom scene
  • Says "Coca Colas"...I liked that. I will no longer say "Coke". ;)
  • Pierce brings up Bel Ami and compliments the ladies Rob is/was working with
  • They start talking about the Bond history and I feel like I'm a fly on the wall :) Natural back and forth

Thanks Maria for the trip!

If you guys enjoyed this past blast, I'll take another trip with you tomorrow. :)

New/Old fan pics of Robert Pattinson from London: Remember Me premiere & New Moon event

With a new premiere approaching (Water For Elephants!), it's nice to see this crop of fan pictures, by stewylove, pop up to get us even more giddy. While professional pictures are...well...professional, I can't help but adore fan pics. There's a thrilling energy to them. They feel happy because you know the picture taker was beyond happy. :)

If you've ever been to one of Rob's premiere's you know what I'm talking about but you don't need to go to feel the joy in a fan pic.

Ruby Jerins talks Robert Pattinson

Ruby Jerins says Rob is like a big brother, talks about their screen test & the crazyness in NY

Photobucket

Robert Pattinson was like a big brother to his Remember Me co-star Ruby Jerins, she has revealed.

The 11-year-old plays the Twilight star's younger sister in the tear-jerker, and said their on-screen chemistry was just as real once the cameras were switched off.

"He's really fun and very funny, he was like a bigger brother except he wasn't mean - sometimes big brothers can be mean," she said. "He is very supportive and respectable, and easy to act with. I really admired his work from the beginning, and he was really nice to everybody."

The actress added: "It is extremely easy to bond with him. When we first met at the screen test, he suggested we should hang out a little and build chemistry but we never got to - it wasn't really necessary because we did a lot of waiting around on set, so we got to know each other then and goofed around." (Kat - this makes my ovaries tingle!)

Ruby - a Twilight fan - was amazed by the constant presence of fans and paparazzi around the Remember Me set in New York.

"It was crazy. From the time when we woke up, all these fans and paparazzi would already have surrounded the set. They were all over every scene. It was definitely a new experience for me," she recalled.

Robert Pattinson - Remember Me TV Report on Le Journal (Belgium)

Le Journal TV Report (Belgium) on Remember Me

The British Actor Robert Pattinson , famous for his role in Twilight , is in Remember Me, a drama in which there’s also Pierce Brosnan.

Synopsis

After a fight with a cop, Tyler decides to take revenge on him by seducing his daughter. Ally will bring him the peace of mind he was looking forward because Tyler he is a rebellious young man. He is angry at himself, he doesn’t accept the suicide of his brother, he rebels against his father; a famous lawyer. He reproaches him with not showing enough love to his children.

RP: I read this script after shooting Twilight. These 2 stories are completely different. In Remember Me , it’s very honest and that’s why I wanted to do it. I love love stories because we find a lot of things to do.

Robert Pattinson has become an international star thanks to the success of Twilight. He is considered as the new sex symbol in Hollywood and nowadays he is compared to James Dean. He attracts audiences and in fact the shooting of Remember Me was in NY and the actors had to get used to the screaming fans.

RP: the crowd there was much more important than for Twilight. I remember especially the scene we shot in Central Park, there were more than 2,000 people waiting for something to happen. Ruby, who plays my little sister, and I were spied on. I don’t know what they were expecting. Maybe an explosion. But nothing happened. It was a simple discussion scene .

With Remember Me Robert Pattinson has finally a mature role which enables him to show his talent. A beautiful love story, Remember Me is also a gorgeous drama. Extremely captivating. You won’t forget its ending.

Who's your man? Loud and clear - Robert Pattinson!

Well leave EW.com a comment here... and of course... leave us a comment too!

Johnny, Matt, Leo, or RPattz: Who's your man?

For the record, I swear I will never again write the word “RPattz.” Blame it on the dizzying effects of the storm that turned the East Coast upside down on Saturday, ripping giant trees out by their roots. But you know what I mean: Depp, Damon, DiCaprio, and Pattinson all wanted you to choose them this past weekend, offering a quartet of movies that, taken together, might be read as the resting pulse of serious, mainstream American cinema. Which is why I’ve always had a particular fondness for springtime wide releases: They’re so content to be what they are. There’s no pretense, no great expectations. Spring movies don’t rattle their chains and bellow like summer joy-ride blockbusters; they don’t hustle for prestige (with the best of manners, of course) like autumnal Oscar bait. What you see is what you get.

And by that measure, Alice in Wonderland, Green Zone, Shutter Island, and Remember Me comprise a pretty classy assortment pack. (For the mainstream comedy alternative, add She’s Out Of My League.) Here’s Tim Burton’s family fairytale made by one of the medium’s most inventive visual stylists, starring one of the medium’s most interesting chameleons; Paul Greengrass’ distinctive action pic, incorporating essential information about current events; Martin Scorsese’s lavish construction of a big old spooky junky thriller; and dewy romantic mush that ends with the kind of howling tonal misstep that makes bad movies interesting.

When you look it at it that way: Cool! (And no one is angling for an award!)

So who was your man this weekend?
