  1. Its so cute how he actually smiles and poses for the pictures with the fans. Even if he's exhausted and walking around he'll still put an effort and not look bored. He's amazing *sigh*..

    ReplyDelete
  2. Haha! I like the Harry Potter sign. "Coming eventually."

And yes, Rob is amazing to his fans. I would be annoyed out of my mind to have people screaming at me and shoving things at me to sign. He's so sweet and patient.

  3. I'm just going to repost this...lol

    OMFG HE CUT HIS HAIR!!!

Still so sexy. And the jeans...GAH

Smashbox = photo shoot :) Woo Hoo

    ReplyDelete
  4. Yeah, GAH is right. I can't stop myself from going back and taking another look. I think the hair makes him look older. Mmmmm, mmmmm.

    ReplyDelete
  5. Amy---my sentiments exactly! I am thinking that this will shoot will be Rob's first post-Twilight cover. I wonder which magazine's cover he would grace with his hotness?

    ReplyDelete
  6. I LOVE the new look Emily!!! Sad to see the sex hair go, but it will grow back pretty quick.

He cut it for PPB I think ;)

    ReplyDelete
  7. Amy---I think you're right...PPB is right around the corner.

    ReplyDelete
  8. Oh Lynn, I'm so hoping for Details or GQ or one of those Men's mags...

For the past two January issues (07' & 08') of Details Magazine they have had Zac Efron and Justin Timberlake on their covers to start out the new years. So if my suspicion is right, it could be that one???? I have no idea for sure, but I'm just taking a guess.

    ReplyDelete
  9. I would imagine that is WHY he is still in Los Angeles as well. I mean working on pre-production and stuff, meetings, photo shoots, etc. Lots going on right now. If PPB shoots a tight schedule in the new year then they would have to get the ball rolling before Christmas. Maybe he really will only have a couple days off for the holidays.

    ReplyDelete
  10. My guess is as good as yours, but, if you check out the Smashbox website...they do have many Details covers that are showcased...hmmm! Details is a little more youthful and cutting edge...!

    ReplyDelete
  11. you are so right. That mag is geared toward guys in their 20s/30s, which is cool. And it would be a HOT cover too :) Most of their cover stories/photo spreads are pretty good.

    ReplyDelete
  12. Amy---I hate to say this but weather is proving to be a factor...we have been actually getting rain. If, any shots are done outside, then, I think that Rob is just stuck in LA (at least until the New Year). But, Rob looks definitely looks happy with his new change.

    ReplyDelete
  13. I imagine the photoshoot is how he scored the new pants. They probably felt bad for him afterwards and told him he could have a couple pairs if he wanted. And thank you for that! I know he loves his second hand black pants but seriously, those jeans are hot on him. From what I can tell from the pics, his booty is looky yummy in those.

    ReplyDelete
  14. Lynn - Whenever Rob and rain are mentioned together I get very nice images flashing through my mind. Wet Rob is something we need to see more of.

    ReplyDelete
  15. Oh he does fit well in those jeans :P

    ReplyDelete
  16. Emily---we got more rain on Monday and Thursday (the WET Il Sole pics) then we have seen in Southern California in about six months. Everyone was wet and Rob just wore it better then most!

    ReplyDelete
  17. Yes he does, Amy. Who cares if he can't bend over? I said in the other thread I just want to nibble on that knee.

    ReplyDelete
  18. So true, Lynn. It seems Rob wears everything better than most, rain included.

    ReplyDelete
  19. Perhaps, this how knee got the tear....mmmbend down slowly, Rob!

    ReplyDelete
  20. Haha! That, or someone like me got a little over excited and tore through the denim with their teeth.

    ReplyDelete
  21. Hi, ladies!

mmmLynn, nnnEmily, and mmmmAmy, how are you girls?

Loving the new hairdut, but miss the sex hair..I know, it'll grow back...what a beautiful man.

As his personal tailor. I need to pop those buttons off (with my teeth, of course) and fix the way they close. Wanna help?

    ReplyDelete
  22. *haircut ...edit!!!

And going to eat dinner in a minute, but will be back as soon as I can, to continue with this Rob-lovefest...

    ReplyDelete
  23. I miss the sex hair, too. But I actually love the change. I bet he washes his hair even less now.
I wonder if his beanies will still fit? He made need to get a smaller size.

    ReplyDelete
  24. mmmEllie---you are too cute!

You know I never imagined Rob with a modified buzz cut, but, it seems to suit him. It's probably more of a mmmrelief!

    ReplyDelete
  25. It really does suit him. I'm not sure he could do much to himself that wouldn't look good, though. One of his many talents.

I have to run for a bit. Can't wait to catch up tonight!

    ReplyDelete
  26. All this talk about a new photo shoot has me all kinds of excited :) Especially since it was with the new hair.

Oh, I hope we see the results soon! Maybe some outtakes will surface????

    ReplyDelete
  27. I was looking through my copy of EW and they made more references to Rob throughout. My EW junkies loving Rob!

The worst hair of the year went to Russell Brand, who unlike "another British import (cough, cough) Rob Pattinson.....

And on the back page there is a picture of Rob as Edward saying Twilight is a hit in pop culture because "it got teen girls 2 quit txtng and rd a bk."

    ReplyDelete
  28. Jules---I need to get a subscription to EW...it always says the best things and at the right time.

Well, Twilight got my kid unplugged and reading, so, it certainly changed our world in more ways then one!

    ReplyDelete
  29. Yeah, but Lynn you can also keep up with everything Rob and Twilight on EW.com. They have their Twilight Central Blog.

    ReplyDelete
  30. hey did y'all see that MTV named Twilighters the MTV 2008 Woman of the year?

    ReplyDelete
  31. Jules, we already knew we were that! :)

    ReplyDelete
  32. Hey Jules! Which issue of EW are you looking at?

    ReplyDelete
  33. Oh, and hi Ellie, too!

I made cutout cookies today. Cookies = Eating = Fat Trixie :(

I have no willpower when it comes to sweets. Much like my willpower when it comes to thinking about, looking at, obsessing over Rob!

    ReplyDelete
  34. Hi,Trixie!

    and Lynn! and Jules!

I have no willpower, either..I start making cookies on Tuesday, when the vacation starts...

    ReplyDelete
  35. Re: the MTV title; we've been Women of the Year for a long while, now! LOL

    ReplyDelete
  36. Ellie - my food willpower used to be rock solid. But it has slipped in the last couple of months. Very annoying!

    ReplyDelete
  37. I hear ya', Trixie! Although since coming on this site in the evenings, I don't "graze" as much. I've lost about 6 pounds. (yay, me!) But I know that once the week goes by and the cookies are there...well. .. you know.

    ReplyDelete
  38. Ellie - wow, 6 pounds? That's great! Now, why has the robsession had the opposite effect on me??? I've put on 5 pounds in the last month! Ahhhhh! Basically, I know I haven't been as strict with myself as I usually am.

    ReplyDelete
  39. I'm sorry, I inadvertently sent them to you? :)

    ReplyDelete
  40. I'm back, it was great, my friends loved it, one more than the other (Rob won her over) but both enjoyed it and we shared the cinema with about 10 14/15 year olds LOL no screaming just a few laughs and nervous giggles When Edward took her hand in his bedroom to dance!

    ReplyDelete
  41. There are more pics here on IMDB
    http://www.imdb.com/
    name/nm1500155/board/
    thread/125722594
The new hair makes him look very Jude Law, I think!:-?

    ReplyDelete
  42. Kate, hello!

Read you emails...so glad you went, but sorry you have to wait to go again.

Isn't Rob awesome on the BIG screen? So much more to love.

    ReplyDelete
  43. Hey girls! Just popping in before I go eat dinner. I just finished watching Into the Wild. I see why those of you who have seen it liked it. Great movie.

    ReplyDelete
  44. Hiya, Dana!

I've seen parts of it, but not all. the KStew clips on youtube. very impressive! :)

    ReplyDelete
  45. Ellie- beware of the cookies. I think I am actually starting to get tired of them----thank God, but they still sit on my kitchen counter and are too easy to just grab. Hopefully my will power strengthens in the next few days.

    ReplyDelete
  46. Ellie - LOL! Did you send me your lost pounds???

Dana - if you find some willpower, will you tell me where to get it?!

    ReplyDelete
  47. Trixie--thanks for the lovely flair you just sne tme...Rob in Raybans is just too cool! :)

    ReplyDelete
  48. I think the trick is, like Ellie said. Spend a lot of time on this blog or searching for all things Rob instead of standing in the kitchen over a tub of cookies.

Not really will power, but a nice diversion!

    ReplyDelete
  49. Ok. I gotta run. My hubby just arrived with dinner. TTYL

    ReplyDelete
  50. Later, Dana...a TUB of cookies??? LOL

    ReplyDelete
  51. Ellie - you are welcome :) I'm getting the hang of this FB thing!

Yeah, Rob in ray bans... have to figure out how to get Cutout Rob some.

    ReplyDelete
  52. Hoiw about taking a pic from the computer, enlarging it, and printing it, and cutting it out?

    ReplyDelete
  53. Trixie, I get a kick out of every time I see your Cutout Santa Rob...just too freaking funny...and I'm jealous... LOL

    ReplyDelete
  54. Ellie - you need to get yourself a Cutout Rob :)

I think real ray bans might actually fit on Cutout Rob's face. If they don't, then I will definitely try the picture idea!

    ReplyDelete
  55. Trixie---my dh would never allow a cutout of Rob in the house...I will continue to envy yours!

BTW, hello! I have been lying around today...I am so tired from the last work week!

    ReplyDelete
  56. Trixie--no room in this house...very small (it was originally a lakefront summer home and was winterized...I call it my "dollhouse". :)But I have a nice deck where Rob could spend his days looking out on the water...

    ReplyDelete
  57. Lymmmmm, me too. I'm so glad I had that snow day yesterdy to sleep in.

    ReplyDelete
  58. Well, I'll be sure to keep you updated on my Cutout Rob's activities - LOL!

Ellie - if you want to take a road trip to CT, you can come and visit him - hahahaha. And, you are lighting my FB on fire right now - I can't keep up. Love the bumper sticker - again the Ray Bans.

    ReplyDelete
  59. I don't what it is, but Rob in RayBans is just so hot.
    He just is.

    ReplyDelete
  60. Trixie---you should take CO Rob out in public like Flat Stanley and photograph him in random places...that would be hilarious!

    ReplyDelete
  61. Lynn - AH HAAAA! That would be beyond hilarious. I should do that - of course, I don't have the guts to do it alone. I need a partner in crime!

    ReplyDelete
  62. Lynn, I love that idea!! give flat Stanley a run for his money...

Trixie, you mean your hubby won't lug CO Rob for you?

    ReplyDelete
  63. Ellie - ummmmmmm NO! He barely tolerates CO Rob. He has no idea I did the whole santa photo.

Anyway, CO Rob is actually very light - I can carry him myself.

First place I would take him is to the train station... he would be Commuting CO Rob.

    ReplyDelete
  64. LMFAO, Trixie! can you imagine the looks on the stuffed shirts on that train? hahaha

    ReplyDelete
  65. I think I'm half of the hits on your blogger pic; I keep going back to have a giggle at it.

    ReplyDelete
  66. If I wasn't so self conscious, I would SO take him on the train. I would actually make him take up a seat and see what the uptight commuter men would do.

Uptight Commuter Man: "Excuse me, but could you move your cardboard thing so I can sit down?"

Me: "This isn't a carboard thing! This is cutout Rob. He is real. I love him. You can't have his seat!"

    ReplyDelete
  67. And can you imagine what the uptight commuter men would do if I started talking to cutout Rob? Maybe even rest my head on his shoulder while gaze out the window...

    ReplyDelete
  68. That would make an excellent post of random pictures of CO Rob at different destinations. You could even have ppl pose with him...CO Rob could be more famous then Flat Stanley. Just don't put him near the ocean....FS got taken out by a wave when he was in Oceanside, CA.

    ReplyDelete
  69. Lynn - I should really do it. I never saw Flat Stanley - where can I see him? Poor guy got taken out by a wave?

    ReplyDelete
  70. Trixie---yes, then the police and an ambulance would waiting for you at the next stop! LOL

My friends and I used to do something similar with a Virgin Mary statue that we picked up in Tijuana....we got the strangest looks when we would talk about leaving "her" in the car.

    ReplyDelete
  71. Lynn--whatever happened to "her"??

    ReplyDelete
  72. Flat Stanley is a story character that flies around to different destinations. And, some local news stations have Flat Stanley citings where you can send in photos of your own Flat Stanley. Basically, you print a Flat Stanley, color and attach a flap on the back to make him stand up...my in-laws had one when they came out from Cleveland.

FS got a pic with a foot high wave behind him that subsequently ended his Mister Billesque life as he was taken out the rip current.

    ReplyDelete
  73. I've also sseen people do that with gnome statues...kind of like the commercials with them.

    ReplyDelete
  74. Ellie---oh, Mary was scary, most statues from Tijuana are spray painted and mass produced. My OC BFF had "her" last and used to keep her in a corner as a cool decoration. She eventually had to turn her around, because "she" creeped her out and then she tossed her out after she moved out of her parents' house.

    ReplyDelete
  75. Hey guys. Just popping in to say hello. Got to get dinner ready. I will be on later tonight to chat. I hope everyone is enjoying their Saturday. I have a new bts pic to post i will do that in a bit. Loves you all mucho!

I just want to put out there that I miss Goz and Stella-D a lot. That's all for now.

    Muuuuaaahhh to you Lynn babe.

    ReplyDelete
  76. Awww Lynn - poor VMary got tossed?!

I'm having so many ideas on where I would take CO Rob. Too bad I'm such a whimp!

    ReplyDelete
  77. I think CO Santa Rob should vist Santa at the mall...

    ReplyDelete
  78. Hi, Dani!!
Hope to see you on here later.

    ReplyDelete
  79. Ellie - LMAO! Can you imagine how that would go over! Damn, I wish I had the nerve to do it!

    ReplyDelete
  80. Trixie--just dress a little shabbily and carry some shopping bags or a shopping cart with lots of possessions and you're a bag lady. When you start talking to CO Rob, people will just smile. (okay, that was a little un-PC...sorry!).

    ReplyDelete
  81. A CO Rob citing with Santa would disturbingly funny....no the mall is way to public for that!

Yes, Mary's days were a sign of our post-adolescent idealistic period when we binged drank our way through junior college. Thankfully, we survived and I got a husband out of it!

    ReplyDelete
  82. Ellie - then mall security would be "oh so kindly" escorting me out!

    ReplyDelete
  83. Our church is having a breakfast with santa tomorrow moring... think CO Rob would be welcome???

    ReplyDelete
  84. Well, you know, Rob's a good Catholic boy... :)

    ReplyDelete
  85. Lynn, poor 'Scary Mary"...she got tossed. But I can see where it would be creepy.

    ReplyDelete
  86. Thankfully, only was of us was Catholic (non-practicing at that), so, we always found our misadventures hilarious while being slightly sacreligious!

    ReplyDelete
  87. Lynn-You're going straight to hell...at least I'll know someone when I get there! LOL

    ReplyDelete
  88. Ellie---my in-laws are constantly praying for me....I seriously do not know where I will be in the afterlife!

    ReplyDelete
  89. that's so funny, Lynn. My in-laws are doing the same for me and Katie. We're Methodist, and they're Eastern Rite Catholic. Katie and I are going to hell...we'll see you there! LOL

    ReplyDelete
  90. Lynn - I'm jealous (in a nice way, of course) of your youthful misadventures! I was such a goodie-goodie.

    ReplyDelete
  91. Trixie and Eliie---I did all in the span of about two years (18-20)! LOL My husband still thinks shakes his head at me, but, we have been together for 16 years so that accounts for something!

Ellie---I was born to non-praticing Buddhists that were married in the Shinto religion and I married a mid-western, Nazarene raised man. Yes, we get prayed for all the time!

    ReplyDelete
  92. Lynn-Well, I guess we can use all the help we can get! :)

    ReplyDelete
  93. Well, I'm off to bed. Have a wonderful evening! See you all tomorrow!

    ReplyDelete
  94. Good night, Trixie!

    Olive Juice!

    ReplyDelete
  95. Good nite, Trixie...it's been real fun tonight! :)
    Olive juice!

    ReplyDelete
  96. Lynn- It's so quiet, tonight!
I'm actually getting my card written... :)

    ReplyDelete
  97. Hi loves! I commented on the new post, but it looks like you ladies are chatting here.

    ReplyDelete
  98. Oh, I'm going sledding, my friend just showed up. I'll be back later. Cyber party!

    ReplyDelete
  99. Every week I look forward to the issue of EW; they show the love to "Twilight" and more love especially to Rob :)
