Hi Gals! Rob looked scintillating in the Sex Drive photos. He is so facinating! The recent photos seem to reflect his personal growth. He seems to have matured in his physical looks in a short time with the experiences he's had. Its been terrific to see how different photographers have depicted him and of course plenty of candid close ups to really get the heart fluttering. Luv him :)

Yes, the sucked cheeks are noted....yummy! I noticed that the Michelin Man brown jacket made a command performance in Germany. I think that Mum should have hijacked it and made it disappear in London!
Yeah, that jacket makes me laugh just because it is so ridiculous. I feel bad for bashing it because I know Stella loves it, but I would not be sad if he eliminated it from his wardrobe.
Oh, I missed Stella's take on said MM jacket...I wouldn't want hurt her feelings! Perhaps, Rob can give custody of it to TomStu and the universe would be more balanced.
Sabrizzle---we just finished our town's Christmas parade and in true California...it was PC and called "I'm dreaming of a green Christmas". Recycled couture was one of the items featured in the parade.
Zee--I like the open-mouth look, too. Very inviting. But there's something about the sucked cheeks that narrows his eyes and make him appear like he's ready to seduce and take you right then and there. Just my thoughts and fantasy... :)
Ellie---LOL I live in the land of the granolas and everyone loved the theme....the Brownies wore vests made from recycled bags and scrunchies made from recycled ribbon and bags. The coolest thing was the recycled clothes that a sister troop made from old jeans. There are some future Donatella Vercaces and Vera Wangs in that group...the clothes were super cute!
Zee---Rob's truly dirty pics from Rolling Stone are my ultimate faves! I love the ones where he has his eyes closed with the cigarette hanging out his mouth.
Ellie--I have a hunch that the reddish velvet jacket that Rob wore to the GOF London premiere is the same he wore in BMH. I'm kind of daltonic but I could bet is the same :PP
Yeah, it was really fun and fitting since it was about 75 degrees (not complaining but very unseasonal) outside! I even played it green by hoofing it the whole parade route and back to get my truck.
Mich--Now I'll have to watch TBMH again and search for said red velvet jacket (poor me! LOL). In the pic link you posted, it showed Rob wearing a dark jacket and red pullover vest.He was so adorkable as daniel.
Mich---I read somewhere that the velvet jacket from the GOF premiere was worn on suggestion by a stylist that Rob hired for the occasion. He wanted to look more cool and hip and that is where the black leather pants played in.
Ellie---it was weird today....my town is known to be a climatic wonderland. But, it was just global warming playing out on us...it should have been colder.
The funniest thing is seeing the 2500 lbs of man made snow that was dumped in front of the movie theater. Nothing beats seeing 50 kids on a 10X10 patch of ice...truly pathetic and hilarious as hell!
Ok, I'm officially pissed off. My mom left me babysitting and one of my favorite mexican bands is playing in the park next to my house. And I can't go outside to hear them :(
The snow actually made it until the theater workers broke down the display. But, kids love it and the theater does it as a gift to the community. The only bad part is that the "snow" becomes like ice and the kids end up make ice balls. Lots of tears and goose eggs, but, they all have fun!
I went back and checked it again(have to go back on the line of pictures). It is red, but more of a maroon shade, and it looks velvet. Not quite as light in color as the GOF jacket, but in the same family, I think.
Lynn-- one is 9 months old, and the other one is 6 years. But they are both sick and it's kinda cold outside. And the mom took the keys to the building, so I can't go outside.

I haven't been to a concert in ages...the last one I went to was San Diego's Street Scene...I was able to see Bad Religion, Nickelbacka and lots of local bands.
Lynn- oh, that rolling stone pix?.. i have to shake myself a couple of times to get that picture out of my head. i was dizzy at school all day, i couldn't even understand what my professors are saying..i've completely lost all senses and logic i have in my head.
Okay I'm back and all caught up on the comments. Stella, I'm sorry you can't go to the concert, that sucks. I've been wanting to see Metallica in concert for years and of course when they finally go on tour again they played in Seattle the day after I had to go back to SoCal after Thanksgiving and then they are in LA 5 days after I go back to Seattle. Grrr.
Ellie- many thanks..last concert I saw?. please don't laugh..madonna came to philly, i was pretty disappointed, otherwise, Kanye West at Camdem was pretty awesome!..that selfish son of a bitch was alone at the stage while his whole crew was cramped at the bottom of the stage. overall though, he knows what he's doing.
Lynn-- I can't die til I see my loved Rivers Cuomo live. I absolutely love him for making Pinkerton. That cd has shaped who I am. As corny as that sounds.
So I am just gonna jump right in here. My last concert was August 2007. It was the Kenny Chesney Flip Flop Summer Tour. I saw Pat Green, Sara Evans, Sugarland, Brooks and Dunn, and of course Kenny.

Sabrizzle- I used to hate country until about 5 years ago and now I really like it. But yes "YEEHAW". I'd like to see Rob ride a mechanical bull. I've done it a couple times and it was pretty fun, but knowing Rob he'd probably pull another groin muscle.
I dunno...I wanna go for that early punk look with a hot pink straight jacket with lots of black zippers. Kind of an ode to KStew's new role as Joan Jett.
Sabrizzle- Kenny Chesney came here again this year with Keith Urban, and Leanne Rimes and I wanted to go so bad but I was 9 months pregnant at the time so I didn't think it was a good idea.
My parents have always listened to country and I loved it when I was little but then went through a period of hating it for awhile. Now I like it again but I also listen to a lot of rock.
Sabrizzle- In 2006 I got to see Tim McGraw and Faith Hill together. And Tim and Faith walked right by our row when they were leaving and I was like an inch away from grabbing his ass. But I restrained myself out of respect for his wife and my husband :P
Good job restraining yourself Dana. Did you hear about the guy who tried attacking Tim on stage this summer? That happened about about a half hour away from my house.
Lynn- Like I said the other day I like everything really. So I've been to a variety of concerts. Foo Fighters, Finger Eleven, 3 Doors Down, Green Day N*Sync, and BSB (hangs head in shame) and my all time favs Our Lady Peace.
Lynn- In Canada they did all these music festivals every summer. One was called Edge Fest and another was called Summersault Tour so I got to see Green Day,Silverchair, Collective Soul, The Tea Party, Hole and some others one year. Then OLP, Foo Fighters, and many others I can't remember. But this was before they all blew up and became super famous.
I was really into music in my teens. I even crowd surfed...what I was thinking doing that I'm not sure.
Dana---I was the same way...I was the quinessential San Diego party girl, I spent many nights cruising Tijuana and drinking until the wee hours. I was also kickass in the mosh pit, I always came home with footprints on my collar!
Aahhh...the Daniel Gale red velvet jacket and the leather pants... think that is what started my Robsession...that and a video on You Tube that someone had posted to the music of Portishead's "All Mine"... I was a goner!!!!
Anyway...after the movie Mum and I went to lunch. We discussed Baz, Hugh and Nicole...
I told her that the trailer for Rob's next movie had dropped and she might find it interesting. I went on to explain the premise of "Little Ashes".
She started laughing. She was working a crossword today and one of the clues was a five letter word for a Spanish poet who wrote about Salvador Dali! LORCA! I gave her her answer without realizing it! It's going mainstream people!!!
Anyway...had her watch the trailer when we got home...yeah...she wants to see the movie. After living in Spain...she seriously wants to see the movie!
LOL Ellie. I have to finish this by Monday afternoon but I'm trying to finish most of it tonight so I have time to study for my PR final tomorrow. It's easy to type and work on it at the same time, I just got distracted trying to draw a British phone booth but I'm almost done with that.
Thanks Ellie, I want to go into the account services side of advertising which involves putting the whole ad together but not doing the actual creative part. But it still requires creativity.
Jewels- I really do wonder what his butt would look like. I've been so preocupied with the golden zipper region that I haven't stopped to take a good to see if he's got any junk in his trunk.
I just watched the video Goz made from the other day (yes, I'm slow), and HOLY SH!T that was heart-stoppingly awesome. Where is my hubbie when I need him?? ;)
Thought you all might get a kick out of the new shoes I bought the other day - blood red patent red pointy flats with a full length of zipper teeth running from tip to heel down the outside (as decoration, not function). ZIIIIIIIIIIIIP!!! My hubbie had no idea why I was giggling so hard when I bought them!!

ReplyDeleteSo I am just gonna jump right in here. My last concert was August 2007. It was the Kenny Chesney Flip Flop Summer Tour. I saw Pat Green, Sara Evans, Sugarland, Brooks and Dunn, and of course Kenny.
And if I remember right Uncle Cracker made an appearance too.

ReplyDeleteSabrizzle- In 2006 I got to see Tim McGraw and Faith Hill together. And Tim and Faith walked right by our row when they were leaving and I was like an inch away from grabbing his ass. But I restrained myself out of respect for his wife and my husband :P

ReplyDeleteLynn- Like I said the other day I like everything really. So I've been to a variety of concerts. Foo Fighters, Finger Eleven, 3 Doors Down, Green Day N*Sync, and BSB (hangs head in shame) and my all time favs Our Lady Peace.

ReplyDeleteLynn- In Canada they did all these music festivals every summer. One was called Edge Fest and another was called Summersault Tour so I got to see Green Day,Silverchair, Collective Soul, The Tea Party, Hole and some others one year. Then OLP, Foo Fighters, and many others I can't remember. But this was before they all blew up and became super famous.

She started laughing. She was working a crossword today and one of the clues was a five letter word for a Spanish poet who wrote about Salvador Dali! LORCA! I gave her her answer without realizing it! It's going mainstream people!!!
Anyway...had her watch the trailer when we got home...yeah...she wants to see the movie. After living in Spain...she seriously wants to see the movie!
