I know he's British and poking fun at himself and stuff but do you think he really has all those panic attacks he talks about or that he just exaggerates.
Anon - That's one of the things I love about his exaggeration/sarcasm. I think that it seems more endearing and believable how he exaggerates his reaction.
I, like Rob, have very thick hair... I could honestly go up to 5 days without washing it.. and you know what.. it looks better!
Europeans and Brits get the whole natural scent and pheromones thing... it is how men and women are supposed to attract each other.. it has very little to do with dial anti-bacterial soap and Paco Rabanne! Natural musty scent... mmmmmmm
Just one of the many reasons this old gal prefers men on the other side of the Atlantic.... always has, always will.
in the beehive era women washed their hair once a week and some went two weeks until their next hair appointment. Now someone goes one day without washing their hair and it becomes a humiliating scandal. Shame on those who used this story to gain a profit.
Goz, thanks for that article! Funny, I've been gone all day and tried not to think about him. I just walked in Walmart and saw his beautiful face on GQ and had a heart attack! I picked it up and stared even though I have already bought 2. I'm sick!!! Does he even no the effect he has on us! His hair isn't dirty, but sexy, sexy, sexy.........................
I think robbie's hair is the most rebeld, messy, dirty hair ever but at the same time is adorable touchable sexy and it makes him look totally like the bad guy, But is all the way around. He's so cute, sweet and loveable... well I love him, Did you notice? LOL!
My husband is one of those who does not wear deoderant because he has a bad reaction to it.The kicker is he smells great. He's a carpenter so he has a musty woodsy smell. It's a turn on. So needless to say, I'm sure Rob smells lucious and I love his hair, his hands, his eyes, every dirty inch of him. I bet he loves that he's able to put people on about his unwashed, unkept self. He seems to like a good chuckle.
I don't think Rob is exaggerating about the panic attacks. He has said that he has always been paranoid. I am severely paranoid when I go out in public. I feel as if everyone..EVERYONE is staring at me. It is so uncomfortable. You learn to live with it but it's always an issue. If I walked into a place and saw my mug on a magazine I would puke, literally. The thought that I was more recognizable now and that there is now a zero chance of going out without someone staring, would drive me over the edge. I don't know how Rob handles it, but he does a pretty good job. I feel for the man.
Tess, I'm with you that Rob needs a supportive woman and I've had a lot of practice! I believe his attacks are real and I don't blame him. The idea of having your face plastered all over a newstand is creepy.
Goz thanks for taking the time out from your busy date to keep us supplied. What do I say - we love his self deprecation and his dirty hair. LOL!
ReplyDeleteI love how honest he is! And he makes dirty hair hot.
ReplyDeleteI love the last part...I stay the same but with dirty hair...Oh How I love this man!
ReplyDeleteHe is too unique by far!

ReplyDeleteI wonder what restaurant in LA he loves. I live in Georgia so it's not like I could stalk him. ...not really. lol

ReplyDeleteI agree with you, Anon ~ Rob has all the symptoms of classic panic attacks. I hope he has some medication or help for this.
