Robert Pattinson on "Today" Show on November 19th

Thanks to Gossip Cop we have another Robert Pattinson appearance added to our calendar! He will be on NBC's "Today" on November 19th! (sorry I read it 20th at first but it's 19th). He'll be on Regis and Kelly the same day. Oh and there's a hot topic cast appearance on Times Square that day. Wanna bet on the odds of Rob being there? :)

  5. Totally agree RPlover! Meredith is the worst. She didn't do a good job last year at all. Matt Lauer would be much better.

But yeah, it' a new interview so I'll try to not complain too much.

  6. Hallelujah!!! Another new interview to look forward to....GAH. I am so excited-that week is going to be too much Rob goodness to handle, but I'm going to give it my best....bahahahaha. ;)

@RPLuvr and Emily-I agree! Matt Lauer intterviewing him would be great. He's much better than Meredith.

@RPattzgrl-DVR overload is right! GAH. What a week that's going to be, and the movie coming out too-have mercy. I love it though! ;)

  7. Is Ann Curry still on? She was fabulous with McAvoy! I think ROb can dazzle her. : )

  8. WinWin - Rob could dazzle Al Roker. :)

I don't know if she's still on but you're right, Ann Curry would do a great job too.

  9. LOL @ Emily-Rob would leave Roker speechless! ;)

but yeah, Ann Curry would be really good, too, actually I'd like pretty much anyone except for Meredith! unless we're talking about Kathy Lee, although I think Rob rates better than the last tack-on hour, lol

WHATEVER, if Rob's there, I'm there!

  10. Ugh...can you imagine Kathy Lee doing it? *shudders* I think I'd rather watch Willard Scott than her. Well, I don't know...it's a toss up.

But yay for new interviews! Can't wait!

  11. OMG, Willard! "We welcome this nice young man, from a teen werewolf musical?...no?...well, kids of all ages seem to love him, or clowns, or something...[garbles incoherently]Our thanks to Roger, go see him on Broadway! Happy Birthday from Smuckers..."

    ROTFL ;)

  12. LMAO RPlover! I have tears in my eyes! I seriously can't stop laughing. A teen werewolf musical... classic.

Maybe Willard wouldn't be so bad after all..

  13. OK I have watched the breakup-scene like 100k times and ROB Freaking Nailed It.

His mannerisms and expressions were so breathtaking. God I know I have seen so much of the film already but I feel like the minute I step into the theater I am going to cry like a baby. I need to bring Massive amounts of Tissues.

  14. Thank you so much for the running calendar of events!!

@rpattzgirl - I ended up getting a second DVR about two months ago so that I wouldn't have to listen to my husband gripe that something was taping and he couldn't watch TV in the living room. I have the second DVR hooked up to the TV in my office so that I can watch (and rewatch!) everything that's coming up.

P.S.: If anyone is interested, I have started a new blog (I know, I know - one of a zillion out there), but I got to meet Chaske Spencer on Saturday and my pictures are posted on there.

  15. I agree with everyone who has voted Meredith off the Rob interview.

That interview was my first Rob experience. Because of it I completely over looked him. Pissed me off.

Didn't bother looking at him again till FEBRUARY! Late to the land of Rob!

  16. @RPLuvr and Emily-Bahahahahaha......Ann Curry def over Kathy Lee-YIKES. LOL! Oh, and Willard Scott?!? Bahahahahahaha again on that one! LOL.

  17. Well, better late than never ADM!

That interview was such a let down. She just asked the questions that they had already been asked 700 times. Could they not have tried a little harder? I mean, hello. There were only 1,000 people waiting outside to get a glimpse. They probably know the basics. Get a clue.

Rob and Kristen both looked gorgeous that day regardless. Just annoying that there wasn't more to it.

  18. Emily, she asked stupid questions. So, his personality did not shine in that interview. His beautiful face is one thing, but it is usally the personality that brings us to our Robsession.

  19. I don't care who interviews Rob. I'm just excited to see a new interview! Whooooah - two in one day!

    ReplyDelete
  20. Hmm... I forgot Kathy Lee is on the show now.

Emily, Al would be dazzled. I work in the area and we see Al and Matt all the time.

So I guess he would rush off to Regis and Kelly which starts at 9AM. And the madness begins. I can't wait for new pictures. : )

  21. ADM - So true!

Hopefully he's not too guarded in these new interviews so we can still see his personality. I'm sure they'll be a little different than pre-Twilight but I'm still so excited!

  22. Win - Are you going to try and go to the show?

  23. While I'm am certainly glad for new Rob, does everything have to be during the same 3 day period? We get nothing for months, & then all of a sudden everything happens at the same time. That means we'll be hearing the same questions, the same answers, & there will be nothing new. Would it kill Summit to schedule things farther apart? It's like all the interviews we've been reading from Cannes, they're all the same, & they're all coming out at the same time.

  24. I will be there! Waiting in the stand-by line! lol! I have a connection trying to get me tix..keeping fingers crossed!

  25. Emily, I would but I don't get in that early. I drop my kids off to school. I work across the street and I'm not sure I'll see much anyway. Can't imagine him greeting fans outside and they can in and out of building via garage. I think I'll just DVR it. : (

  26. Crap! I can't watch because I'll be freezing my butt off in front of Target waiting to try to get a copy of the new Cities97 cd. Hmmm...I could tape it though...

    ReplyDelete
  27. Yay! So this will put him in NYC for the later part of the week of 11/16. I still think there's hope for an SNL hosting gig...

    ReplyDelete
  28. I still want to know if he'll be in Europe/Amsterdam from 11/5 to 11/9 because I will be!!! :)
I mean, how can he resist the siren song of Heineken?

    ReplyDelete
  29. It's great to see him in TV interviews again. Though I think Summit has a strange promotion campaign. In all the upcoming interviews they all appear separately. It would have been great to see the tree of them or at least Rob and Kristen :) in the same show together.
