a.) he's not holding her hand, so it could simply be a friendly arm-in-arm walk together. b.) they HAVE to know their are paparazzi everywhere, esp @ airports. if they are trying as hard as they have been to cover up their relationship, why would they make it so obvious?

actually if you zoom on the "legit" hand holding pic with a good photog program, they arn't holding hands. they're hand are next to each other in the air and since its far away it looks like they are. if you see the next pic in the gallery you notice it from the other angle. I think its just the way their natural arm movements were and the pap got lucky on the angle...

The picture everyone is referring to that their fingers are interlocked is not actually them holding hands. If you look closely its just Kristen rubbing her thumb with her index finger. Cause if you follow Rob's shoulder down, you can see his wrist and his hand is still holding his hat at his waist.

They have been under unbelievable scrutiny about this issue, they are both hyper-aware of it and know that everyone else is too, and they knew that photos were being taken as they were walking to the plane. ReplyDeleteIt's like the culmination of "little" things over the course of several months basically. By themselves, it's easy to dismiss it as nothing. String them together and it's somewhat obvious what's going on.
I don't think the speculation will end, but hopefully it will take a little heat off of them. The media gossip media anyways has treated them like a couple for months, so that won't change. hopefully people calm down a little with the speculation though.

all i have to say is ewww! I hate it when these celebrities deny relationships and get pissed at the tabs when they are actually together. I mean you know the industry your involved in this is how it works, just man up and admit it. Cause then you wouldn't have to deal with the hassle of denying it all the time. Just look at how many mag covers Brad and Angelina have graced the covers of talking about him sneaking phone calls to Jennifer. It's gonna happen, they knew it which is probably why they tried to hide it but at some point you just need the person you care about even if everyone else can see it. There comes a time when you just want to feel that person hug you when some idiot calls you a b*tch for no reason.

All I know is that I haven't seen Rob smile that big in FOREVER; probably since Comic Con (and maybe not even then). It's good to see them finally happy and relaxed.

Her hand around his arm, yes but the internet has blown up these images all over the place and you can tell that where their hands are linked, that "linked". Reminds me of the hand-holding in the HB shoot only there you could imagine they could be posed. This is walking through a damn airport --- they definitely aren't posing!

I think they didn't know they were being papped. Something made them feel safe, then you can see one of the guys look at the camera and tell Kristen to let go of Rob. She lets go and their faces look awful at being outed. I feel bad for them now, even though I felt something going on between them forever. They will probably have to endure hours of what to say about the photos and have to make up lies, like "I was just holding on to him to keep up" I wish they could have made it through London before this happened. It will put a damper on Rob's visit home. I think they were both exited about seeing his family.

Whatever their relationship they are obviously quite comfortable together--the body language and smiles say a lot without any words necessary. Look at the intimate little finger thing she is doing to his wrist. And, yes, I did see one shot of him holding her hand.

ReplyDeletecalm down. it shouldn't matter to us either way, but maybe they weren't lying before. kristen DID have a boyfriend before. now things have changed, and who knows in how many ways. they are close no matter whether they are in a relationship or not, that much we know.
i understand your view point though... i would think it's silly to deny it if they really are. but that's their prerogative and i'm sure they would have their reasons for that and we would have to respect that. it's not like they would do it with intentions to hurt people, but more to protect themselves. keep that in mind!!!

You all can say whatever you want but just the fact that their on their way to the London and then to the LA premiere it just seems a little planned. ReplyDeletedidn't anyone notice in Kristen's interview with that Shaun chick and she was saying that no matter what she said it would tip people one way or the other, and then she said (and I'm paraphrasing, can't remember word for word) "then people will say, oh now they've broken up, and then now they're back together..."
When she said that I thought it was pretty telling, because in order to break up or get back together you have to be together in the first place. I was so shocked that no one commented on that! or if they did, I missed it, it's been a tad crazy around here this week! lol
my wish for them is they can say, yes, we are, everyone take a deep breath and get over it. But I fear that the pressure they thought they were under before just got a little more intense.

I kind of wish that they'd either admit that their together, or whatever they are doing. I mean, they've said they aren't so, shouldn't we believe that?
I guess im a fence sitter and dont know what to think anymore. I've held hands/linked arms with guy/girl friends and we've only been friends. But, you can argue both sides. So, the boy is hot, she's rather pretty, they are pictures of the hotties...guess we just enjoy them for what they are....

Yeah... In very general terms, Kristen holds Taylor's arms the same way, but of course nothing gets said about that. And she knows she can do it because she knows nothing will get said. So let's propose that nothing is going on between her and Rob. But she knows she can't hold his hand because that would so OBVIOUSLY "mean something." How is that fair? That means she can't be herself around him. So maybe they just don't give a crap anymore. And that would be good for them. It would be too tense to have to be awkward all the time thinking "Oh wait, i can't even walk closely by you because people will think we're dating... ok I'm going to stand at least 20 feet away at all times" or something ridiculous like that. I'm just on the sidelines you guys - just trying to look at it in an OBJECTIVE point of view. I'll admit I have my own personal stance about these two, but I would never take that and make it personal, seeing as I am fans of both of them.

Agree with all those who say the best thing is Rob looks truly happy in these pics, and glad to see, even if a firestorm of knotted panties results. They were ever friends and still are. And I hope they still say f off to those who demand deets either way.

ReplyDeleteI think we should also remember that speculation is an interesting thing. We are so QUICK to judge and think about it... Probably way quicker and faster than actual supposed relationships. Take Taylor & Taylor. They go out for one day, then the next day they're immediately "dating"? Media moves things along waaaay too fast, and like I said before I think that makes these real-life relationships that much more awkward. When everyone around them is talking and THEY themselves don't even know what is going on with each other. We should back off a bit.

sarah-I think Kristen's been very clear that she can't be herself around robert since the beginning. From all accounts, they've been good friends from the start. But publicly, she's always been more careful not to incite gossip, since there were already murmurs.

I don't think anyone should be taking this personally. They haven't done anything to any of us, they are two young adults in the spotlight who can genuinely understand fully what the other is going through. When you feel completely alone and find someone who can identify with you completely and understand the challenges of your everyday life. That's awesome, and it helps keep you grounded. Are they, aren't they? I have my opinion but it really doesn't matter. They look happy and I can't wait to see the movie.

Kristen is the ONLY woman he could really be with right now........ANY other woman would be totally crucified and dissected by the press and some of his fans too - what intelligent woman wants that kind of hateful attention and scrutiny???? Rob wouldn't want to knowingly put someone through that - Kristen already gets her share.

They avoied the questions about there relationship at best and say its there business when they have to answer. They even avoided the MVA red carpet to avoid the relationship questions. ReplyDeleteThis may be more about hitting two birds with one stone-if they reveal now, they get all the publicity out of the way when publicity is on them already. And then they can go off post-premiere and do their thing without people wondering why they are visiting eachother if they do,etc.
I could see that as a possible move that's pr related, but not with completely cynical reasons behind it.
Whether they are or aren't, they look HAPPY and that is simply awesome. But I honestly think they are so stinking cute together. I can't help smiling at the pics.

Wow... so I was preparing for my flight to London (gotta leave at 4:30 am!) and it's 3:00 am here in Germany... And now I just wanted to take one last look at Robsessed-news before I have to go, and find this. THE sensation... I'm kinda shocked. Although I already thought for a long time that Rob and Kristen just have to be ON (too many evidences, just can't ignore all of them...)I still didn't want to really believe they were as long as they always told everyone it would be bull*hit and they'd be "just friends"

Keti: don't forget that interviews are often conducted a few months before they are published. There have been no flat out denials of a relationship for many months. Look and read interviews with a critical eye: do you know exactly what question was asked? R & K have recently denied the wild tabloid rumors, eg. pregnancy, buying houses, engagement, etc. Neither has denied the possibility of being romantically involved for a long time. Don't rush to call Rob a liar. That said, he did recently admit he wouldn't hesitate to lie if necessary to protect someone.

To everyone saying that Kristen wasn't lying when she said that her and Rob were JUST friends back in the day. Well think about when MA went to see KS in Canada, he left Thursday and Friday KS was spotted with Rob at the INFAMOUS Sam concert looking goo goo at each other. This confirms to me that KS was cheating on MA with Rob making KS a CHEATER and Rob a HOME WRECKER! I just don't see how someone who said time and time again that they were in love with their BF and then a day later she is dating her co-star. I could accept this relationship had KS and MA been broken up for more than a day and her ROB started dating down the line but 1 day! I felt the same way about Brad and Ange and now I can't stand them because of how their relationship started. Except he was the cheater and her the home wrecker. I would have thought Rob had more class! I guess I was wrong. This is most likely the last night I will comment on this website for a while until I can get over my digust with them.
On a postive note sort of, I still think something is off. Like I said for them to want to keep their private lives private and then hold hands at night when paps are taking photos seems odd! Especially because they clearly know they are being photographed. This kind of makes me believe like Kristen was like I'm going to hold your hand to give them something to talk about. She seems like the type to do that but who knows!
