A couple of people including the company that makes this t-shirt emailed us :) It's from a small clothing company called In4Mation and features a very classy young woman bent over showing us how gorgeous her middle fingers are :))

The shirt's motto is "I SHALL PROCEED...AND CONTINUE" So that explains it...it's like saying to the paps "FUCK YOU AND YOUR BULLSHIT IN4MATION" LOL No wonder it looked so familiar because the clothing line started in Hawaii and I am originally from there lol I had no idea they also had it in LA

Outside of Rob's hilarious T.... did anyone read the comments (nearly 800!) to Ted C's Awful Truth article yesterday? He wrote about Rob and Kristen's alleged dinner date in Venice Beach (no photo evidence) + being papped with Katy Perry. Many posts went way beyond expressing opinion to what might be seen as inciting hatred. Several posts wanted to see Rob packed off to England while one expressed a death wish for him. No wonder Rob says that he's terrified. Where are the moderators on that site?

As a moderator I've seen similar hate posts on fansites for "controversial" artists, but rarely for Rob. I certainly won't be going back to that site again! I sure hope that he (and his family) don't read those comments. Has anyone started a "Merry Xmas Rob" thread yet to show that he does have balanced fans who support and admire him?

It seems to me that they are Kristen fans and most under the age of 16 (because I refuse to believe that a rational adult would comment in the way you said). They excuse Kristen anything, and only attack Robert when their little delusional bubble gets burst.
Robert and Kristen are NOT Edward and Bella.
Plus I have noticed that it's Kristen's fans who are much more vehement about this whole robsten thing, then any other fans. But it's a good thing that those are a small minority.
Even though I don't care much for Kristen, I would hope that most of her fans are rational...

captivated2- Hell yeah!! Because we're grown and not uptight. Sorry, just saying. It's only a t-shirt. He is a 23 year old guy. What are you expecting? He loves to drink, has gotten drunk on a number of occasions,he smokes, and he goes to a lot of bars. Meaning he is not a prude and loves having a good time. So that t-shirt is nothing.

ReplyDelete@captivated2: interesting perspective. You made me reconsider my initial reaction to Rob's T. It's easy for fans (myself included) to take the Rob-can-do-no-wrong angle. So, on one level the T can be funny, clever and perfect messaging to the pappz. On another, some people could legitimately say that it's highly disrespectful to women. We don't know his intent, or whether he even had one. Either way, I'm beginning to feel that he can't win for losing these days.

ReplyDeleteHowever I don't think he meant anything by it, plus it is under many layers of clothing, and if it weren't for the investigative work lol of some fans, many would not have even seen the shirt or paid any attention to it. So I don't think that he was wearing the shirt to show off any thing (beause he's wearing the shirt under many layers). I think he just threw his cloths on without paying attention to this shirt.
Anyways this is the first time I have seen him in a shirt I would call not tasteful (but I can see the humor in it because he is so hounded by the pappz, even though I hope that he never wears it again).
In general he seems very grounded, and I've only seen him go out a few times these past weeks, which means that he is mostly in hiding or working (because I read somewhere that he did several photo shoots this past week or two).
And even on Thursday night when it was his friend's birthday he didn't seem drunk at all (even though at that event it would have been completely justified for him to be a little bit drunk at least). But he looked completely sober to me in the video...and just shy and beautiful.
So like I said, to me it's no big deal...his record is clean lol...and I love his honesty, I love how he never pays attention to his clothing most of the time. I just think that he should be more careful with the shirts he picks out from now on.
And Sundance don't you worry, Robert has a huge fan base! He is the man!

ReplyDeleteI only talked about the crazy robsten shippers, and how they need therapy pronto lol. It's like Robert can not go out and spend a night out with friends. Because in THEIR mind he is dating Kristen and she is his girlfriend. It is hilarious and sad at the same time.
He doesn't need the crazies as fans (and they're not his fans anyways, they're mostly Kristen's fans or just trolls).
He has a lot of fans who love him.
And sundance of course he is bound to make some mistakes in the future, he is human lol. But as long as he generally remains grounded, calm, humorous, humble and honest then he will only have a most successful future ahead.
