I thought for hours on a song for this video but nothing seemed to fit, nothing seemed to voice the suffering and tragedy.

You can find the video and screencaps HERE.

  1. I understand you said it was pre-recorded, but why did it say the part from London was live? That's strange...

  2. We knew Robs part was pre-recorded because he's 8 hrs a head of me and the photos were of him going to record his portion... Otherwise he'd be doing this in the middle if the night!

I'll just wait for it to come on at 8:00 and donate as planned...

Gozde thanks for the reminder of what thus is really about!

  3. OK, I'm going to get on a soap box for a minute. A lot of good, well meaning people go to great expense to travel to disaster areas to help clean up, serve and deliver food & water, medical supplies, etc. but please remember each additional person has to be fed, housed, use sanitation facilities etc. What the people of Haiti need most is money to pay for the food, water, transporation of same, sanitation improvements and re-building their homes. This is one of the poorest countries in the world. Any small amount helps more than most people can imagine. Give generously if you can.

    I'll shut up now. Thanks.

  4. I am donating what I can but being a college student I can't donate as much as I would like... but rpattzgirl, I understand seeing as London is 5 hours ahead of East Coast and it's 1:15am in London, but who knows... they could broadcast live... but I think you're right - It'd be more reasonable for their part to be pre-recorded...

  14. Just saw Robert.. Kind of speechless, both for him and the videos we get to see from Haiti... Can't imagine how it must be, looks like WW 1 and 2 down there..

I pray for them to survive!
