The red carpet starts at 8pm EST and the show itself at 9pm EST.

Having read the script I already knew about Bella's attitude towards Jack and that's why in some parts I do prefer the script to the book, although eclipse is my favourite one. We will have loads to talk after the screening. I kinda knew that Kris wouldn't be so comfortable with Balla's character because acting like Bella in eclipse is so different to what Kris is in real life and Twilight Bella is so totally Kris if you know what I mean.

I think Rob would really be embarassed to win best actor in that category since he really felt he was a supporting role in NM and not the lead. He was so proud of the fact that he didn't have to "carry" the movie. He'd probably not want to take that from Taylor but would be very flattered.

This festival has got the biggest rock line up ever... just saw 30 seconds to Mars and an interview with headliner Muse - by the way: they were asked about Twilight of course and seemed to be pretty embarassed about their involvement... didn't sound very nice.

ReplyDeleteFor those in the UK, MTVN HD are broadcasting the show at 2.00 am, approx 2.5 hours from now. It's on channel 310 on Virgin Media, not sure about Sky channels. I swear MTVN HD have just changed their schedule, because I didn't see the show listed there yesterday! Now I can tape it in HD!
I'm going to wait up, better set an alarm just in case I fall asleep - I've got a few days off work so don't have to get up early tomorrow.

OK I know I am ancient, verbose, serious, debi downer, psychobabbleful, and all, but i have to say, Rob and Kristen kissing any kiss I have seen them do on the Twilight movies so far, are beyond any compare to anything nominated this year, and to just about any kiss I have ever seen. The only other movie kiss that ever moved me like theirs was Daniel Day Lewis and Madeline Stowe in Last of the MOhicans.

She looked a little shocked/mad that he actually got her...I still don't know what to think about that but I love awkward people!

ReplyDeleteStanding and cheering, they discussed and rehearsed, knew what they were going to do, and didn't disappoint, but didn't make it salacious or revealing. They're good. Kristen was right on about smoke and mirrors making it look good in the film.
