VIDEO: Robert Pattinson talks favorite scene in Breaking Dawn Part 2 and fun stunt sequences

Another junket interview with Rob and this time with moviefeuds. I like how he's getting that "what's the end like" question for the millionth time and you can practically feel the internal sigh when he responds. But he's a trooper. :)

Highlights:
  • Entire interview is unedited...7 minutes, all on Rob :)
  • Reflected on filming the final movie, Edward & Bella off into the sunset
  • Playing a father, praising Mackenzie and all the other kids
  • Final battle sequence felt like a vampire movie
  • Mentioned a fun stunt he did filming BD2 and the swing Bella around into a roundhouse kick stunt
  • Praise for Bill Condon
  • Likens his experience to going to college
  • Favorite scenes are Taylor scenes with Renesmee LOL as well as the Christmas scene. Hmmmm

LOL seriously this interviewer...um. Do you guys feel like he was a snooze? I liked Rob's "cool" at the end. I felt the same way. Out of time? Cool. Bye. LOL

I should be kinder. They gave us 7, uninterrupted minutes with Rob. Thank you, moviefeuds. :)

I would seriously lose my cool with the same questions all the time...they should have to present the questions first so the can weed out the repeats ..lol original questions only. That might make them work a little harder on thinking up questions......>*<

I get the feeling this was at the end of a long day he looks tired and maybe a little bored !!! No original questions !! poor sod lol !!

Can someone enlighten me? What's "a snooze"? Bing translater is failing and I'm curious :)

was a little boring on the interviewers side but always love rob, his answers & mannerisms. idk how you get all of this but i love it & thanks!!

I love the way Rob's humor changes in the middle of the interview like... he doesn't really like the interviewer, he gets serious and he doesn't laugh, the dude who asked the questions was kinda answering for him...

I know this is WAAAY off topic, but I was just watching Ellen with Nikki Reed and Mackenzie Foy, and in the audience was Mr. and Mrs. Pattinson themselves! I couldn't believe it, but then I figured that they came to the taping of Rob and Tay, and they stayed for Nikki and Mack. Maybe they were filmed back to back. Either way it was fun to see them.

A snooze is someone that's boring. Usually so boring that you want to fall asleep while watching them. Snooze is also another word for sleep.

Oh yes, snooze, I get it now. Thanks knikky, my English has improved once again :))

I kept asking myself... WHAT is he doing with his fingers??? Haven't seen this amount of fingerstretching for quite a while...

Gozde said...

Yes you're right he's frowning and fidgeting a lot too !!

I think he looked bored and uncomfortable - no rapport with the interviewer - that vein even appeared at one point!! lol. Rob did a remarkable job especially when you consider what he was dealing with. The interviewer sounded bored too and BORING, almost rude when he said 'we're out of time'. Poor Rob....not long now :-)

I know very rude at the end...Rob looked relieved, Its mainly chat shows now in US which is not so bad...then UK (yay closer to us) and the rest of Europe !! hopefully different questions but I expect not :(

Gozde said...

hahahaha this guy was lame. how many times have we heard every one of those questions? the relief on rob's face when time was up was priceless. oh rob, what a good sport...

Gozde said...

thats the best idea ever. shall we petition?

I love the chat shows, Ellen particularly, always fun. He is here so fleetingly though :-(
I don't care how much they get paid.....they earn it for sitting and answering these endlessly repetitive moronic questions from interviewers such as this one with the IQ and personality of a slug.!

I so agree with you. I personally would just start rolling my eyeballs after being asked for the 'nth time about what was it like...fill in the blank, same questions getting asked ad nauseum. How he manages to keep his cool and reply, is testimony to how cool and professional he is, but the fidgeting tells the story. He must be bored to tears having to regurgitate the same answers to the same silly questions, all part of the job, which I'm thinking he'll be glad to graciously say "bye-bye" to.

He did fine, I think its hard for him, he is doing so many interviews right now and basically he is getting asked the same questions over and over, he probably is having a hard time giving the same answer in different ways. He is such a great guy,so good to his fans thanks for five years of heaven.Rob!! Meeting him is definately on my bucket list.

The only really good thing about this interview was getting to see Rob.

Gozde said...

Rob, too bad about the boring interviewer but you were gracious as always. What was in the glass? soda? nah. grape juice? probably not. A wine? I would drink too after a long day of questions. Wonder what blend he likes.

Gozde said...

Seriously? Can this guy not think up one single original question that Rob hasn't already answered a million times already. Why do the ask the very exact same questions????? Poor Rob...but he does it with a smile each and every time. Gotta love 'im.

Gozde said...

Patience is one of his traits for sure. I would think if you were an interviewer you would want to engage the person you were interviewing. This guy was simply reading off a piece of paper and was not reacting to anything Rob said or did. You could tell when Rob would say something with a laugh and quickly get serious again. If I was interviewing Rob I don't think I'd be able to stop giggling. It would be embarrassing!

Gozde said...

Shame on you, interviewer!!!! Your work s*cks. 7 minutes wasted of Rob's precious time...

Poor Rob, days on end of back-to-back interviews and they ask the same questions over and over. He is such a god sport about it,but he just looks awfully tired. I couldn't stop watching him fidget. Do you think he could be trying to keep himself from strangling the interviewer.

Gozde said...

Bless it..He's so sweet, even to the boring interviewers. He even manages to come up with different answers to the same old questions. Loved the part about "Edward and Bella off into the sunset" , and how BC was so different to DS.. that BC worked with the actors on the script (as opposed to against them). Good thing that.

Admiration for Rob´s professionality even in such a boring interview situation! Love the finger play ;) and how he says "comp...leeetly" !!!!

Gozde said...

yep, feel the same!

Gozde said...

LMAO i got distracted with that too

Gozde said...

LOL complete snooze ! but 7 minutes stare time.... did you see Rob scratching his ear at the beginning? after that my attention was exactly there, on his ear...and hands...but you all were faster ;-)

Gozde said...

personality of a slug :D.....there has been a few of those !!!! I love the Ellen shows they are some of my most played youtube videos :)
