Last episode, Rob was spotted exiting a boutique in NYC (3/1).



Where did Rob plan on taking the backpack? An early sighting and distant pic suggested Rob was off to show the new backpack the world!



Oh my! But where is this jet plane of heaven off to? Spain?



Ahhhhh....oooh la la! What did Puff Daddy (old school) have to say about this?



Indeed Diddy, indeed. The backpack is in for quite the adventure with Robear *rolls the R*.

The Playlist tries to prematurely predict the 2013 Oscar Nominations and guess who makes it onto their "long-shot" list for Best Actor
Yeap.......

Robert Pattinson - "Cosmopolis"
Starring in a David Cronenberg film has never been the way to Oscar, but "A Dangerous Method" was certainly the director's most palatable film to date (some would argue too much so...), and things won't get too much freakier in his Don DeLillo adaptation. Indeed, the lead role, of a limo-bound billionaire, has the potential to be a real tour de force. But will Robert Pattinson be able to gain real respect by pulling it off? Word on "Bel Ami" from Berlin was fairly weak, but we're genuinely rooting for him to pull this one off. We suspect even if he does that this won't be a nomination year for him, but you never know. (Kate: Well we know that he will pull it off. And as for an Oscar Nom, yes you never know! We're going to keep our fingers, toes and everything else crossed for him ;-))

Christina Ricci sat down with Irish Times to talk about Bel Ami. Here is the Rob mention:

The fragrant Robert Pattinson plays the cynical accidental journalist whose adventures drive the plot of Bel Ami. They must have had some interesting conversations about the pressures that early success can bring. There are few idols more hotly pursued than the star of the Twilight films.

“He’s wonderful,” she says. “He’s handling everything very well. He never brought any of what he was going through to the set. He was always incredibly well prepared, very professional and a very great actor. I loved working with him. We joked a lot. Made fun of each other and had a great laugh.”

Did she have advice for him? “Not really. He seems to be handling it all very well. I can’t imagine being as famous as he is.”
