The stills photographer from The Rover wrote a blog post recently and had such kind things to say about Rob's fandom! Check out this excerpt from his post:
This period has seen several of my recent film projects getting busy. The Rover released one still almost a year ago, with a huge public response. My web site, good for about 4 hits a day, hit over a thousand that day, largely thanks to Robert Pattinsons enormous fan base. There has been nothing else released for almost a year, and now a bunch of new stills and a trailer have sparked big interest. Its a really exciting film to be involved with.
GAH. Are you positively buzzing with excitement for this film or WHAT??

Robert Pattinson is so talented and so are his fans! It's the most wonderful time of the year and we want to let it snow, let it snow, let it snow with Robert Pattinson holiday videos! So fire up your computers and grab those amazing Rob pictures and/or video clips to put together a festive RobHoliday video to celebrate the season.
Entering the ROBsessed Holiday Video Challenge is a chance for you to share your gift with our readers but also win cash prizes! All you have to do is make a Robert Pattinson video capturing the RobHoliday Season spirit and you can win $100 from us! The runner up will win $50 and third place will get $25! The winner will be decided by your fellow ROBsessors.
Official Rules:
The video must be about Robert Pattinson.
The video should be 90 seconds at the minimum and 4 minutes at the maxium.
The video must have a minimum 5 second banner at the beginning and end that says: www.robsessedpattinson.com RobHoliday Video Challenge Entry (VERY IMPORTANT that you do this or your video will be disqualified)
The videos should be posted on YouTube and the link to video for the contest entry should be sent to robsessedgiveaway@gmail.com. If your video is restricted in some countries (which YouTube will tell you) then you can upload your video on Daily Motion.
The prize for the contest ($100 for the winner, $50 for the runner up, $25 for the 3rd place) will be sent to the winner via Paypal. It's the winners' responsibility to get a Paypal account. ROBsessed will pay the transfer fee but any charges incurred on the winner's end will belong to the winner. The winner can also choose to receive a gift card from Amazon or Fandango. (All prizes are paid by ROBsessed, there are no sponsors.)
The entries will be numbered in the order they are received. After Dec. 20th, a post will be made on www.robsessedpattinson.com. The order of the videos will be decided by a random number drawing. ROBsessed readers will vote on the video they like in the poll we'll post. The voting will be open for 24 hours. The video that receives the highest number of votes will proceed to the next round. (ROBsessed will screen the videos before putting them up and reserves the right to decline.)

Robert Pattinson Fans Help The Go Campaign Reach Their Goal
You all know that Rob attended the Go Go Gala last week where he bid $5,600 and bought himself a cello, made from trash found in a landfill from the Recycled Orchestra of Cateura, Paraguay.
Last night The Go Campaign tweeted and asked Rob fans to help them reach their project goal and match Rob's bid of $5,600
When they tweeted last night the donations stood at $4,700. We know from past experience how fantastic Rob fans are for supporting his favourite charities and you guys once again did not disappoint. Rob fans rallied together and donated to this great cause that is so close to Rob's heart.
When I checked this morning the $5,600 had not only been matched but at the time of writing this post this is how the donations stand .........
In less than 24 hours the project is 71% funded! We've said it before and we'll say it again Rob fans are AMAZING!!!!!
The Go Campaign are on the home straight and SO near their final goal so PLEASE if you haven't donated yet GO HERE and do it now.

In an area where there is little hope and limited opportunities to imagine a life beyond a town built on a landfill and surrounded by trash, one man is working to make a difference. Using his love of music and the one resource in abundance in Cateura -trash-, he is working to transform the lives of the children and their families. The students in Favio’s music education program and youth orchestra are learning to play Mozart and Beethoven just like music students all over the world, but what makes this program unique is that all the instruments played were created from recycled materials. We believe that every child should have the opportunity to expand their horizons and develop their musical talents, especially in such an environmentally-aware way..........

IT'S THE MOST BLESSED DAY OF THE YEAR ON ROBSESSED!!!
This is the day our 80 baby was born and it's cause for a celebration! We've been counting down for a week and can finally send our waves of love and well wishes for Robert Pattinson in the comments and in this extra special birthday tribute video from some of his most devoted fans.

Robert Pattinson Birthday Countdown: Rob is a giver and so are we! "His fans care about his causes and it showed."
The ROBsessed/BagItTotes Scavenger Hunt is over and you guys are busy pulling together your answers to send to us. We'll post a recap for the questions later but in the meantime, we wanted to supply a "Rob is a giver" wallpaper that was requested during the ROBsessed Holiday Season and spread some awesome news from one of Rob's previous charities.
If you guys recall, the artwork displayed in the wallpaper is Rob's original artwork titled Unfinished City. Rob drew this piece on a home plate for the Home Plate Project of the Arizona Diamondbacks. Click HERE to relive what the Power of Rob brought to this charitable auction.
Tim and Cory from the Home Plate Project reached out to us recently in hopes of contacting Rob to participate in the 2013 Home Plate Project. They said Rob's contribution was amazing:
"[Rob's] impact, heavily aided by the support you provided us, was amazing. His fan base is passionate, you care tremendously about his causes and it showed big time."
Tim and Cory told us Rob's involvement ended up generating over $12,000 for the charity and their team won the first year of the Give Back league volunteer competition! This honor was announced at their holiday party in December and the whole team reflected on the great experience they had from Rob's lending hand and his impactful fan base.
While I would have rather enjoyed writing them back and saying, "Why yes, Tim and Cory! I can help you. Let me cc Nick in this email and we'll set up a lunch with Rob to discuss his next one-of-a-kind, home plate masterpiece," I had to instead wipe away a sad tear and explain that my connection with Rob is merely in my dreams. *sigh*
The silver lining is we do have this blog and well...this....
...so there's a slim chance we can help them out and get the message out there that Tim and Cory from the Home Plate Project of the Arizona Diamondbacks want you, Rob! Slim is better than nothing, right?

Thanks, twifreakgal, for the heads up! I loved this because it was my view. LOL I didn't take any video or pictures, I just observed - something I rarely get to do. It was pretty cool to see our fandom frenzy and the ease Rob takes it. The energy is intense and I'll miss seeing it on a big scale like you get with a franchise film. We'll see if Rob makes a move to go that route again in his career. For now, enjoy the video of Rob signing for fans in the bleachers at the LA premiere.

Hi ladies,
I had the most unbelievable pleasure of working with E! last night and stood with the host and camera crew during ALL the interviews for the World Premier in LA! My cousin is the camera man for E! and he got me in! The producer of E! actually had me working, handing the host and hostess there question cards during there interviews! It was amazing and something I'll never forget! Additionally, I had the pleasure of chatting with Josh Horowitz from MTV as well. His platform was inches from ours and he was so sweet! I asked him if he knew where the Robsessed girls were and he didn't, but was clearly interested. We chatted more and after the show, his last interviewee was Kristen and when his camera crew wrapped he looked so sad. He just stood there staring at the ground while they packed up. I finally asked him if he was okay and he said "No, I can't believe it's over"! It was heartbreaking!
I love you guys!
