EOnline shares more details about Robert Pattinon's night out at the On The Road after party

We posted some tweets and a picture of Rob from his night out at the On The Road after party but EOnline had some more details:

Photobucket Kristen Stewart walked the red carpet at the AFI screening of her film On The Road solo (and stunned in a gorgeous Balenciaga number). But the after party was a different story.

That's because the Twilight actress was joined by none other than boyfriend Robert Pattinson. For the record, Rob didn't walk the carpet and wasn't spotted inside the theater for the movie.

The Audi-sponsored fete was held at the Roosevelt Hotel across the street from Grauman's Chinese Theater (where the screening took place) and the couple spent the evening on the Garden Terrace.

So was the night filled with PDA for the newly reunited duo? Not quite.

Early in the night, K.Stew, who traded her red carpet look for a black leather jacket and black tank top, sat by a fire with costar Amy Adams. The two were deep in conversation while Rob, who wore a black jacket and jeans, sat nearby drinking and talking with some other people.

PhotobucketAnd when Amy left (after giving Kristen a big hug and making her way over to Rob to give him a big hug as well), the couple continued to make their rounds separately. R.Pattz drank a Stella and smoked an electronic cigarette while Kristen moved between groups of people, chatting.

The two seemed in great spirits the whole night. Kristen was bouncing around during conversation while Rob had his arm around a male pal as he threw his head back laughing.

PhotobucketFinally, a bit after midnight, Kristen was dancing and Rob made his way back to her. They spoke energetically and were playful, with Rob jokingly showing some dance moves of his own.

As for PDA, she patted his chest a few times as they talked and rubbed his head at one point. He whispered in her ear and put his arm around her for a moment.

Just before 1 a.m, Rob looked like he tried to rally some people to leave and a few minutes later Kristen followed after him.

Hehe....I got a kick out of imagining Rob's showing off moves. I'd give anything to see Rob get down on a dance floor. He's probably got some hidden moves even though Rob just told us how good a dancer he thinks he is...

Robert Pattinson talks to M6 (France) about Breaking Dawn Part 2

UPDATE: Added better quality video

Our readers are the best :) Here are the translations you guys shared in the dark recesses:
Over the rainbow: He's not sad about it being the end at the moment, but he expects to be at the very end of the promo. He's sure people will say they've changed the story, but he hope they like it anyway.
CDL: He was talking about his 3 new projects next year... The Rover, of course, a film in Iraq but he doesn't know when it will be done, and 3rd one with David Cronenberg (and apparently, he's quite exciting by it... lol) (apart of that, he isn't sad for now with the end of the saga... may be he will be at the very end... he talked also about the end of the story, being a bit modified... and hope ppl will like it...)
Gigileo: Right now I'm not really sad but I think that I will be at the end of the franchise. It's lasted a long time and here we are. It's really over. It's quite exciting. I'm sure that people will say 'they changed the story' but I hope they'll like it anyways.
From Mission:Blacklist France:
I'm filming a lot of movies next year. For starters, 'The Rover' is some sort of futuristic western that means a lot to me. And I might film in Iraq but I'm not sure when. And finally I'm gonna shoot with Cronenberg again, it's incredible.

VIDEO: Robert Pattinson talks about Breaking Dawn Part 2 filming and his future film roles

VIDEO: Robert Pattinson talks about Breaking Dawn Part 2 filming and his future film roles

Rob sat down with Jeanne Wolf at the LA press junket for Breaking Dawn Part 2. Highlights:
  • Jokes about Kristen taking the vampire hunt too seriously
  • What it was like for Edward & Bella to have a child
  • Edward & Bella's happily ever after
  • Shooting in exciting and dangerous places next year to see what he has inside of him

I can't wait to see what he does with these upcoming roles. They are definitely diverse. :)

VIDEO: Robert Pattinson talks about his dad giving him a phobia of combing hair and producing films

Talking Pictures talks to Rob during the LA Press Junket for Breaking Dawn Part 2 and we got some cool info! My favorite is the bit about his dad combing his hair and the producer tease :)

Highlights:
  • Can't get a tan and why does he have a phobia about cutting his hair?
  • Mentions busy filming year for 2013
  • What's it like to say goodbye?
  • He's trying to get stuff together as a producer!
  • Sweet goodbye :')

Hmmmmm wonder what film Rob's going to produce....
*mind explodes at possibilities* Oh! Oh! And didn't it seem like the directing window is open at the very least? The way he said it made it seem like way down the road, that could happen. :D

Tweets and tumbles about Robert Pattinson: The latest in little mentions and film news

Tweets and tumbles about Robert Pattinson: The latest in little mentions and film news

We have a mini smorgasbord of info for you guys. First up is a fun picture and tweet from Alicia Malone who got to interview Rob during the Breaking Dawn Part 2 press junket in Los Angeles:
Rob Pattinson took my fist bump explosion move to a whole other level... And I appreciated it.
Photobucket

Just when we think we can't love him any more, right???? Too too cute and adorkable.

Sticking with the press junket, you guys might recall this interview with Extra TV the other day when Rob was asked about chick flicks:

New York Times best-selling author of The Fault In Our Stars, John Green, reblogged the gif with this comment:
A++, would hire again for role of Person Who Can No Longer Bear the Vapidity That Surrounds Him.
LOL well Rob does get asked some mindless questions yet keeps his cool. Love how he's always kind, charming, witty, professional....I could keep going. ;)
A little trivia: The Fault In Our Stars film will be produced by Wyck Godfrey.

Moving into film news, this doesn't have anything to do with Rob directly but some of you asked about the role Jude Law will be playing in Queen of the Desert. The producer, Cassian Elwes, revealed the info on twitter to fansite, @QOTDfilm (this is a fellow fansite, not the one Kate and I work on):
'Henry' is Henry Cadogan. A British diplomat that Gertrude Bell fell in love with!
This film continues to intrigue. The Playlist fanboys said "damn, this cast is shaping up pretty nicely..." and Screen Crush is ready for the maddness Herzog brings - "Knowing Herzog, Bell is surely going to have a brush or two with madness."

A couple of Rob's other film projects got some quick buzz on Saturday from the American Film Market, still underway (ends Wednesday). Variety had a quick mention for The Rover and Hold On To Me. Excerpt:
Solid rather than spectacular -- that's the consensus so far among buyers and sellers at the halfway point of the 33rd edition of the American Film Market, with more than 2,000 projects for sale.
...
FilmNation topped Glen Basner said that the first half of AFM had been a scramble with "The Rover," "Nebraska," "Hold on to Me" and "Genius"
That sounds promising. Folks want to gobble up TR and HOTM :) We can't blame them. We want all these projects gobbled up and we pray daily that distribution is better than what we've experienced in the past with Rob's indies. Either way, we'll be there every step of the way supporting him. :)
