Robert Pattinson In "Playgirl" UK (Yes Really)

I'm not kidding!



While I was out shopping I spotted this and nearly fell over when I saw it!
Robert Pattinson on the cover of "Playgirl" magazine !!
I had a look around and carefully reached up to the top shelf and took one down ran to the checkout to pay and out of the shop.

I don't know if I was relieved or disappointed to find that the magazine did not have a naked Robert Pattinson in it, of course I was only buying it for the articles anyway!

SO I decided to research it when I got home (naturally) and apparently "Playgirl UK" is a new magazine(this is the first issue) and unlike it's US counterpart it does NOT have any nudity!

According to InPublishing "A survey conducted on behalf of Playgirl amongst women aged 18-40 found that women are not interested in looking at ‘men's bits’ and would rather look at a man's chest or eyes"

WRONG QUESTION people. I'm thinking you might have had different results if you'd asked about "Rob's Bits"!

I think they knew what they were doing putting Robert Pattinson on the cover. You can read the article that's inside above, there's nothing new in it.
Still I guess it's publicity for "Water for Elephants" although I'm thinking they should have included THIS pic too. AT least give us something!!!

It was early April 2008, and "Twilight" hadn't yet become a global box-office phenomenon and set off an epidemic of pop-culture copycats seeking to suck up some of the franchise's supernatural lifeblood. Back then, when Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart were just two up-and-coming actors making a movie for an independent studio, MTV News traveled to the film's Portland, Oregon, set to find out just what was happening with this gothic-tinged love story everyone seemed to be buzzing about.

The duo were alternately shy and unguarded, jokey and awkward, and generally far different than they are these days, with the press invading every aspect of their personal and professional lives. That's why, even years later, our first-ever "Twilight" interview remains one of our favorite RPattz moments. And as we count down the days until "MTV First: Robert Pattinson" airs next Friday at 8:56 p.m. ET, we hauled the footage from our vaults.

"Kristen's the best actress of her generation, and that's why I wanted to do this movie. I don't know why she is, but she's better than everyone else," Pattinson told us, breaking out into laughter as he kept the attention on his co-star and away from himself.

"You don't want me to talk about you?" Stewart asked, before doing just that. "I think he's really handsome."

Throughout the interview, they exchanged knowing glances, laughed at themselves and each other, and paused for long periods as they searched for the right word or anecdote. This was the "Twilight" stars, pre-media training, and it's utterly endearing. Can you imagine them now so openly discussing what it's like to smooch on camera?

"His teeth are pretty sharp," Stewart laughed. "It's great. I like it."

"Every time, I just try to kill her," Pattinson added.

"And [Bella] likes it," Stewart said. "She's a total sadomasochist, if you think about it."

First Episode In New Fox Movie Channel Series To Feature Robert Pattinson's "Water For Elephants"

Rob is a sweetheart! He signed my book but another girl had hers on top of mine so I kinda had half of the famous "R" and I asked him if he could do it again. But there was so much noise I had to call after him and I touched his arm for him to turn his head. When he did I said I was sorry but I would like him to sign my book again and when he realized he didn't really signed mine 30 seconds earlier he started to touch his hair and kept apologizing (I swear it was like I told him he killed my cat) So I told him it was ok, that with all the madness. He smiled at me and I almost died lol. He is so dreamy!

Another new trailer for Water for Elephants has hit and the big guns are out: Mainly, a glimpse of at least one forbidden sex scene between veterinarian Robert Pattinson and married, abused circus performer Reese Witherspoon. Watching it, I have to say I’m excited for Pattinson, who gets to show a far wider range of emotions than he does in the Twilight movies or Remember Me. He looks up to the challenge, even if his breathy voice at one point (“You’re a beautiful woman… “) sounds a little Brando to me.

Brando comparisons from EW??? Wow....this is AMAZING buzz for our guy. :))
