UPDATE2: Colin Hanks says he didn't film a movie with Death Grips. From CoS: Hanks tells Consequence of Sound that news of him making a movie with Death Grips is untrue. So it definitely looks like we can chalk this one up as a hoax. Sorry, folks.

UPDATE: Well now another website is saying Death Grips is denying this to be true.

The band tells Pitchfork that none of this is true. There is no short film directed by Zach Hill and starring Robert Pattinson. They don't know who sent the letter. But, this being Death Grips... who knows what's going on.

How odd. There WAS a film Zach Hill was working on as of May of this year. Read HERE.
Fun while it lasted? It did make me listen to Birds....we'll see how this rolls out and keep you posted. :)

"i love HTB. it was my fave Rob film for the longest. i love this pouting, brooding Art still. he was so comically angsty in this film - having his quarter life crisis. i have a hope Rob will do comedy again. he has good timing for it and uses his body well. we saw touches of humor in Cosmopolis and i suspect MTTS will deliver some goods for being satirical but for the most part, Rob sticks with serious films. whatever the case, HTB was our moment in the ComedicRob sunshine leaving us looking for more. ;) bonus gif! that pouty-ness in motion. look at them brows go. :))"

Australia will flex its Hollywood muscle in Los Angeles next week, with Baz Luhrmann, Jacki Weaver, Joel Edgerton and Alex O'Loughlin among the list of Aussies to be honoured at a benefit dinner in Los Angeles.

The dinner, organised by LA-based non-profit Australians in Film, will also include plenty big name non-Aussies, headed by Twilight heart-throb Robert Pattinson, Oscar-nominated director David O. Russell and Matrix duo Andy and Lana Wachowski who will present awards.

Luhrmann and Edgerton's Blue-Tongue Films collective will receive the Fox Studios Australia-sponsored Orry-Kelly International Award, named after Australia's most prolific Oscar-winning costume designer, who won three Academy Awards in the 1950s for An American in Paris, Les Girls and Some Like It Hot.

Weaver, who became hot property in Hollywood with her 2010 performance in the Blue-Tongue crime drama Animal Kingdom, and Hawaii Five-O star O'Loughlin, will receive Breakthrough Awards.

Australia's touted next big thing actor, Sullivan Stapleton, who stars in the upcoming 300 sequel, 300: Rise of an Empire and had a role opposite Sean Penn in Gangster Squad, will also receive a Breakthrough Award.

The AusFilm international award will be presented to Warner Bros president of worldwide production Steve Papazian.
The annual benefit dinner, to be held at LA's InterContinental hotel next Thursday (October 24), will support Australians in Film's mission to usher Australian filmmakers into the international market and provide educational programs for the organisation's members.

A lively person! In between the shooting when everyone was in a hurry she would never change have her 'no need to rush" attitude. Nan definitely lives by her own rules but I can't say that this is a directing attitude. One day when we shot on top of the roof it was very windy. Three people had to hold her but nothing discouraged her. We continued to do more dangerous things but we also enjoyed it very much.  Nan is until today the only free spirited person that I have ever seen.

Romain Duri's character is struggling but is not holding back his feelings everywhere. He thinks being sensitive doesn't mean being weak. He only learns how to listen. This film is a wonderful story about proving his maturity.
