Twilight's Elizabeth Reaser feels for Robert Pattinson. She really does. (Kate: Oops For a minute there I thought that it said she feels Robert Pattinson :-0)

The obsessive fandemonium surrounding R.Pattz can't be easy.

However...

"It's a complicated situation," Reaser, who plays Esme in the Twi-franchise, told me while at Sundance's Bing Bar to promote indie flick Homework. "If you're going to be an actor and you don't want to do dinner theater and you want to do movies like this, it's a crazy risk."

She continued, "I know for me, you want people to watch you tell stories. There's some part of you that is somewhat of an exhibitionist... I'm not saying you want people to chase you down the street screaming and attacking you, but it's a price you have to pay, I think."

As for that steamy BD photo of Rob and Kristen Stewart, Reaser laughed, "At least everyone knows: OK, people are naked. Just in case the frenzy was dying down, (Kate: As if!) just in case no one cared, here's a naked picture of Rob and Kristen."

Robert Pattinson's "Water For Elephants" Special Screening Postponed?

We're hearing that tonight's screening of Water For Elephants in Washington State, first posted HERE by Kate, has been postponed.

If you're lucky enough to have reservations for the screening you should have received a call from the hosts, but here's a heads up if you didn't. I'll update this post once I have confirmation and/or a new date.

And Reese, a huge fan of the Twilight films, is amused that the Brit is now a moody vampire pin-up.

"It's so funny because he's really not a bad boy. He's just a great guy and he looks very different in our film," said Reese.

Making the rounds recently was a report from UK paper The Daily Express that Robert Pattinson was going to play the late singer Jeff Buckley in an upcoming biopic. The quotes originated from an unknown Hollywood insider and worse, this rumor isn’t even new—it first popped up back in 2009. We reached out to one of the producers on the gestating film who told us “I did see [the U.K. report], it’s pretty funny.” So sorry, RPatz lovers, he won’t be crooning “Hallelujah” on your prom night anytime soon.
