ABC is giving Jimmy Kimmel a full primetime special dedicated to the June 30 release of "The Twilight Saga: Eclipse."
Titled "Jimmy Kimmel Live: Twilight Saga: Total Eclipse of the Heart," the special will air from 10:01-11:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 23.
ABC boasts that this will be the only joint primetime appearance by "Twilight" stars Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner. And if that's not enough, co-stars Dakota Fanning, Bryce Howard and Xavier Samuel will be on-hand, plus "special guests."
Kimmel will sell his soul to the devil -- or, we guess, to the werewolves and vampires -- in exchange for exclusive "Twilight" content and more.
Eagle-eyed ABC scheduling freaks will note that June 23 was supposed to be the airdate for the penultimate episode of the summer burnoff for the mystery dud "Happy Town." Instead, the episode titled "Dallas Alice Doesn't Live here Anymore" will be pushed to June 30 and the season [series] finale of "Happy Town" will air on July 7.

Ellen's website shows Rob as her guest on May 19th. Can anyone confirm this?
Susan, it's true. but they are taping on the 18th. I tried for those tickets too but nothing :( i guess ellen & oprah dont love me. i will try for jimmy next...wish me luck.

This is going to be great! If they're moving him to primetime, they must be expecting HUGE ratings. It's going to be so sad after all the Eclipse promotion, we won't be seeing anything Twilight related for close to a year & a half. :-(

Big sigh, I am trying to occupy myself as I have had a pact with my friend that we will watch the Oprah show TOGETHER tomorrow and I am nearly going CRAZY. Goodness only knows when they will get around to showing it here in the U.K so we will have to make do with the Oprah site. I know it is just at the click of a button, oh why did I agree to this!!!!!!!!

Oprah was fantastic. All three were great and you just wanted to eat Rob up. BTW the birthday banner is wonderful. I couldn't wait to get on this morning to see what you had for the banner. Love it. Now, I will probably spend the rest of the evening watching the Oprah clips over and over. The very last clip on the show blew my mind.
Kimmel for NM with the trinity waa really good. I like him. This should be great.

And Oprah today, just watched it and although she did ask some of the same lame questions, withe her pull she made it different. Loved Rob going to those houses! He was so adorable.
Except that Oprah didn't ask Rob about RM but did ask the girls about the Runaways. Another missed opportunity. Bet she hasn't seen it.

Awwwwwww they are so cute on Oprah right now.........this has been a GREAT show......even though I don't like Oprah that much - they are giving us a LOT of face time with Robsten and Tay.

It was buggin' me how Oprah kept mispronouncing Eclipse...............rather than putting the emphasis on the second syllable she put the emphasis on the FIRST syllable........wierd.
She could have asked SO many more in depth questions......Rob was so funny though with his answers.......and his facial expressions were so cute.
So cute when Rob went to the people's doors and Taylor even said......"that's amazing".

I agree, questions were a bit lame, could have gotten more in-depth, but the home visits were priceless.
And, watching KS look at RP was priceless.

Just posted my comment about the Oprah show on the other thread. It's long of course. But I just want to say here: Damn! I hope Rob got to celebrate his birthday. Maybe waiting for the weekend, but come on, surely his nearest and dearest want to celebrate with him. God knows his fans have had a field day.
