Not saying his normal voice isn't sexy, but it lacks the velvet touch and control. In a normal voice, he, and all of us for that matter, have fluctuations that can sound off. But since Edward is always in control, his voice is velvety. Honestly never really understood the velvet voice while reading the books, but I'd say Rob nailed it here.

It reminded me of in BD when she walks into the bedroom and looks up at Edward staring at her from the other side of the bed. It sets the nerves going and you are even more anxious for the sexual scenes. I would love to see some of the Director's cut videos. I would hope that some of our favorite lines would be in them. I sometimes watch the extra dvd just to see some of those lines that were cut out in editing.

Hi Suzie, I thought he did win but wasn't sure. His and Maggie's performances were excellent, I just thought the movie was a little slow.(I take strong medicine for my BP and I drift off easy.That's aggravating when you pay to see a movie but can't stay awake. Guess I shouldn't blame the movie though.) But you should see StarMan..he's precious in it, very sweet story line, fiction, though. And if anyone knows, did he win oscar for it? I think he did but could be wrong.
It's gotta be an all-time favorite. A performance unlike any other.(that I've seen anyway) Remember when he ate the pie? His face was priceless! I'd like to find it on blu-ray. Haven't seen it in years. They tried to make a tv series from it but was unsuccessful. Jeff was StarMan and no one else would do.

Did you get any or were they playing outside last night?
There's no replies back there.. I've only seen BD1 in the cinema, but there's no marathon close to me. I've got my ticket for the 10:00 midnight showing on the 15th and I'm grateful to have it (already sold out). But I so wanna see the marathon. I'm still hoping it'll show near-by.
We popped down to the cinema and picked up our tickets when they were released but I don't know how sales are going. My daughter's friend wants to come along now so I'll probably find out soon when she does or doesn't get a ticket.
You should ask the cinemas if they have any plans for showing the marathon. Email their head office. If the showing that you're going to is sold out there must be the interest there....they could be making money.
