"Warm&ToastyRob has been popping up the last few days and with the welcoming cooler weather, my Robporn fix has been Rob in sweaters with ScruffyRob. they all symbolize a fall feel for me. i love Rob in this cream knit sweater. i swear we’d NEVER see him in something like this style in real life but that’s ok. he’s rockin’ it in this picture, even half on. i bet it smelled great too. i bet a nice amount of his personal sweaters now smell like Dior Homme…*spritzes Dior Homme around the room and sips hot chocolate by the fire while bingewatching TV*. it’s a good Robporn day. ;)"

It was the first time we saw Rob with this facial hair look and we haven't seen it again since BD1 promo. BUT IT LIVES ON FOREVER IN OUR WORLD!!! And look at the twinsies LOL

UPDATE: The Rover will have a session (The Trans-Pacific Partnership: A Case Study on Financing “The Rover”) at a conference in Melbourne this November. Click HERE to read about it and if you're interested in attending. We'll post any news that surfaces from the conference about The Rover.

The Rob films that are currently cooking are Queen Of The Desert, Mission: Blacklist, Hold On To Me and Life. Hold On To Me remains on the back burner but still has positive buzz. Excerpt from Hollywood.com:

We don't know too much about this next project, but we're excited to see Mulligan alongside Robert Pattinson, who's well on his way to shedding that Twilight image. Oscar-winner James Marsh is directing the film, and it looks like we can expect good things.

Life is still on schedule for February 2014 as far as we know. Dane DeHaan was named one of the 10 actors to watch by Variety so it's great to see a future costar of Rob's attracting positive attention.

The latest movement is from Queen Of The Desert and Mission: Blacklist. Cassian Elwes, QOTD producer, tweeted about the possibility for a January 2014 start date:

Queen of the desert is starting to move forward for a January shoot. Very cool.

We'll see how this holds up. The last update for Mission: Blacklist had a January 2014 start as well. Embankment Films has January 2014 on their website and an article from ScreenDaily, announcing the arrival of Sara May to Embankment, reported MB to be green-lit and financed for the new year:

Financed and green-lit for production next year are The Dressmaker starring Kate Winslet, and Mission Blacklist starring Robert Pattinson

So that's where we're at. Some juggling going on.


Rob still seems on board with QOTD but now there appears to be a conflict of start dates with QOTD and MB. We'll keep you posted! When we know, you'll know.

Since his role in the vampire saga Twilight, RobertPattinson is part of Hollywood’s A-list of actors.Therefore it is hardly surprising that he was chosen to bethe new face of Dior Homme. STYLE UP YOUR LIFE! met with the trendy filmstar for an interview.
Smells often trigger memories of certain things.What do you associate with certain smells?I remember very clearly that my father always used towear „Brut de Faberge“. Do you remember thatfragrance? He still owns it today and it reminds me of myearly time at school. It‘s anchored very deeply in mymemory and to this day I remember exactly how itsmells. When I started getting interested in girls (atabout age 12), I decided it was cool to wear perfume. On a holiday in Portugal I watched some teenagers go intoa bar. To convince them I was older, I put on some Eau de Cologne (laughs).
Are there landscapes or towns you associate with certain smells?My father is from Yorkshire, where you get a lot ofheather in the moors. That smell is simply unbelievable.We used to go there at Christmas and although I haven‘tbeen there for a long time, I still remember that smell.
Do you have a favourite smell? It doesn’t necessarily have to be a perfume.I like the smell of people! (laughs) It is really strange andI‘m sure it has to do with pheromones.  We like peoplebecause subconciously we like the way they smell. Ialways find this very interesting to observe.
You are 27 years old. Do you wear perfume to feel comfortable or to seduce?It still feels like something very grown up. If you use perfume when going out, you‘re going out for a very specific reason (smiles).
Which woman could wear Dior Homme in your opinion?A free thinker! A headstrong woman who refuses tosmell „pretty“. She never does exactly what you wouldexpect of her. It certainly would be a woman with a veryspecific image of femininity.
Do London (where you have lived), New York (where you shot the campaign) and Paris (home of Dior)have their own smell?Apart from my family I miss the smell of London after itrained the most. The airports Heathrow and Gatwick aresurrounded by fields. When you land there youimmediately smell wet gras and it really always rainswhen I land there. New York is totally different. For me the town smells of food, because it’s available at everycorner. Strangely enough I never associate France withfood although it is a large part of the French culture. It’smore of a visual thing, a certain feeling. Paris IS a feeling. To describe Paris is a bit like describing Dior. It’sa very different world. I really love strolling freely througha town in which films are still respected as an artform.

"There are so many… but I had to go with DiorRob. Rob… bringing sexy back sweater style!"
